body modifications

Where in the Bible does it condemn piercings, tattoos, or even implants? Indeed, many body modifications are obtained for inappropriate reasons; however, I don't see why God would condemn any of them if obtained in the correct context.

Implants - GROSS!!!! Heck NO!

Piercings - I don't see anything wrong with them. Except the ones that are in terribly gross places. I just have them in my ears. I want a second one in my left ear though. I kinda want to get my nose pierced but at the same time I don't.

Tattoos - I don't see anything wrong with them either. Except the ones that are ugly, nasty, or say bad things. I kinda want one when I get old enough. My mom and sister recently got some actually. My mom got pretty flowers on her foot and she wants to put a verse under it. My sister got a koala bear, they're her favorite animal. My sister also got one on the inside of her ankle. It's a cross/anchor. The anchor is for trust, the cross for faith, and there's a heart for love, and flowers for peace.

Tattoos are okay in my book...but ONLY CERTAIN ONES.

Examples:

I) DOB of your children

II) Memory of a lost loved one (Like a parent or sibling)

III) Unit, Division, Regiment, Ship etc in the Military

IV) Message of Faith
