Publishers really ought to get with it, and put their stuff online. They'd make a butt-load in ad revenue, and destroy the pirate market.
They could sell those ads for tons, because of the number of unique users they'd be pulling in.
I mean, seriously, they'd probably make more money than they do from all the 1 out of 100 mango nerds that actually support publishers.

I'd actually prefer to read them. I just don't want to spend the money and I'm not going to download them illegally.

I like to hold something, personally, but I'm jut saying, their current business model is not working. They define themselves as being publishers, and I can respect that... they make BOOKS... But like, once upon a time there were all sorts of things that people made.. .what things? I don't know, they were obsoleted. I kinda hope books stay, though. They're like decoration with meaning!

Lol, I remember when I was at the hospital for the first time for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and they were trying to persuade me to be on the computer less. They said stuff like 'people on the computer are not real' and I was thinking... Yes... Yes they are...

I mean, I get what they're saying in that online relationships aren't really as wholesome as IRL ones, but it's still dumb to just say that they're not real.

Waynebrizzle I mean, I get what they're saying in that online relationships aren't really as wholesome as IRL ones, but it's still dumb to just say that they're not real. For instance, it would be dumb to say that I didn't hate you all with a passion love you just so dearly.

Figuring out people online is what made me not as socially awkward in real life.
But the internet normally has the opposite effect on people.
You have responsibilities to people in your immediate network that aren't as real with people online.
That said, I'm not really living up to my responsibilities, as a productive member of society.
Too ADD to build anything.
