I've heard of someone actually naming their kid Sephiroth. I think it might have been here someone posted the link to the article actually.... don't remember.

That's actually the name of my kid brother's friend. It took me about two years until I figured out that it was "Seph", not "Seth" and then that was short for Sephiroth. My best friend once said that he wanted to name his future kids Cloud and Tifa. And my cousin's friend's older sister (I think) named her kid Link.

I can't vouche for lil' Seph or Link, I never met them. They might be nice though. Anyway, it's not nearly as bad as the girl who wanted to name her future kid Gaylord Fokker.
