Well, keep in mind her history with Ridley, too. There are some things even alien training and adulthood won't really fix.

I dunno. Maybe it's easier for me to understand because I saw it in context.

If I saw a dragon that had killed my parents and I had alien training and weapons I would be thinking. ******** REVENGE! ******** I would have been looking for a colony of his species to wipe out. XD

But seriously though. She's beat him XX amounts of times before, and she beat him every time, and didn't really stop.
Super Metroid. She's like, and the player's like. OH s**t- WAT? KILL IT BEFORE IT KILLLS ME. And I feel like that what should happen. Like, I feel like it's not that big of a plot twist, as he's come back several times. So, why freak out now?
I understand initial shock, but this is over-the-top

It's not a big plot twist at all. It's never surprising to see Ridley in a Metroid game. I'm just pointing out that it's not that surprising she'd freak out. As far as I know, the timeline dictates that Ridley was last seen on Zebes when it exploded, meaning there's not even a ragged body for the space pirates to reassemble. He's been brought back and modified a lot of times, but he legitimately comes back from the dead in this game.

And in Super Metroid they couldn't really emote her too much. The emotion was kind of given to her by the player.

Little did we know behind all that armor laid a woman. A woman shitting her pants when a ******** SPACE DRAGON THAT KILLED HER FAMILY AND SHOOTS LASER BEAMS AND FLIES THROUGH SPACE AND FOLLOWS HER AND COMES BACK FROM THE DEAD appears and starts screaming at her.
