I don't see much wrong with your element list though.
Only thing I don't sit with it Psychic.
That's not much of an element, just a power.

I have no problems with sharing elements. I'm not nit-picky about who gets what element, etc etc. Just choose the element you want.

Psychic isn't really an element...
It's a power.

If we REALLY stretch the band it COULD go under energy (like energy based people are either psychic or electric).
But that's a HUGE stretch.
And because of it, I'd recommend getting rid of it all together as an element.
It just doesn't fit.
