Demios smiled at Amara "My name is Demios" He said as he took her hand. "I'm not sure why she wants you to come exactly Lady Sakura is mysterious in her ways" He said. He was surprised that Amara had powers. "Lady Sakura please be careful" He said.
His grandmother smiled at him and then looked at the girl "So I was right there was something to be found here" She said. She looked at the beast and smirked "Rock wave" She said as she launched a rock through the ice shattering the monster. She then looked at the girl and frowned "I'm sorry for your loss...please accept my offer for you to come with me...at least you will be safe" she said.

Amara smiled at Demios. "Well it's nice to meet you" she told him. Looking at Lady Sakura she was impressed by what was done. She thought about it. Her family was dead...she really didn't have anywhere else to go. "thank you...you don't know how much it means to me" she told her. Running her fingers through her hair she looked around. "Thanks again" she said.

Demios looked at her glad that she had decided to join them. Lady Sakura turned to the two of them. "Well we should get moving incase that thing had friends" She said. She then looked to Amara "Once you get your things that is....it's quite a long walk but you look like a strong girl" She said. Demios looked at Amara "It's about a days walk, but I think you'll like it" He said.(If you don't mind I want to time skip two months in the future so that we can get to the death of his grandmother...she's going to get hit by a demon and get sick and die)

Amara looked at Lady Sakura and smiled. "You're really considerate" she told her. She went towards her house as she looked at the dead bodies of her family. She took a locket that was around her mothers neck and took a few books and paintings of their family.
Looking back once more, a tear fell down her cheek as she returned back to Demios and Lady Sakura. "Okay I'm ready" she told the couple.

Sakura smiled "Thats great we should be moving now" She said. She turned and led them towards the village. She had a dark secret she had been the reason the beast appeared. It was after her for killing it's kin. While killing the beast he had released a toxin that would've killed Amara and Demios so she used her magic to absorb it. She knew that she couldn't tell them of this. She didn't want to worry them.
It had been a few months since Amara had been taken in by Sakura. She had done her best to train Amara and Demios although she wasn't sure how much she had helped. As to be expected her health had declined. Even now she laid weakly in bed her body barely had the strength to stand. In fact she relied on the care of Amara and Demios. "Amara..." She called. She had come to view her as sort of a granddaughter and new that she could handle the news better than Demios.

For the last few months Amara had really grown closer to Demios and Lady Sakura. She had noticed that Lady Sakura was getting weaker and weaker and wondered why. She didn't mind help taking care of her...it just sadened her to see her in this condition.
When Amara was called, she came in with some cool clothes and water as she placed the cloths on Lady Sakura's forhead. Stroking her cheek she looked at her. "Yes?" she asked. "I hope you're feeling a little better" she told her with a kind smile.

Sakura smiled at her but shook her head "Amara...you've matured so much since you came here...I really am glad you came with us..I can still see the fire in your eyes and the passion in your soul...your going to be magnificent one day" She said. She coughed having a little blood show up in her handkerchief. "Amara I have seen whats to come some great some tragic and I know that I am going to die today, but don't be sad I'll be going back to the realm of the spirits" She said. She reached her hand out and touched her forehead "I know that when I die the people will blame you and Demios...but don't hate their arrogance like when we found you they are confused and lost...I never told you that demon who came to your home so long ago...it was my fault it was after me...I hope you will find it in your heart to forgive an old woman" She said. She then went into a coughing fit. "Promise me you'll take care of my grandson...without me he will become lost...don't let him fall into the darkness" She said.

Amara was silent for a quite a few minutes. She didn't know what to say. It was very hard to take in. She could forgive Lady Sakura it wasn't like she directly tried to kill Amara's family. Looking at her tears began to flow in a rythmic pattern. "Thank you so much for your help Lady Sakura...I've learned so much about myself as well as life" she told her. "I promise I will take care of Demios" she told her with compassion.

Sakura reached a hand up and wiped her tears. "Don't cry you need to be strong...now I want you to get enough to leave and take Demios...give him this and he'll understand" She said as she handed her a pendant of a blue stone that glowed faintly blue. "And this is for you" She said as she handed her a pendant that glowed a faint red, but glowed brighter in Amara's touch. "I'm glad to have met you....I have truly been blessed.." She said. She then lowered her arm "...now hurry....I think I'll rest...I've done so much...I'm tired...so tired..." She said. With that she took her last breath. Suddenly petals began to fall from the roof strangely.

As Lady Sakura handed her the pendents she looked at her take her last breathe. "Rest in peace Lady Sakura" she said bowing her head saying a silent prayer. She then got up and took the purse full of coins that Lady Sakura had left as she inhaled deeply looking for Demios.
"Demios...Demios" she called for him. She finally found that Demios was outside of the house practicing. "Um..Demios...I have something to tell you..." she said. She couldn't bring herself to say the words. Taking the blue pendent to Demios she was silent. "She left....she left this to you" she said.

Demios frowned as he saw the pendant. He knew what it meant and took it from her. It glowed brighter as he held it and put it on. "I....I see" He said trying to mask the sadness. "I knew she was sick...but I never thought it was this bad" He said. He then looked at her until he herd a voice "My Lady!" He frowned "What do you think will happen now" He asked. Suddenly a woman ran out dressed as a priestess "You witch what happened to her?" She said accusingly. Demios stepped infront of her "Watch your tone!" He said. The woman just shook her head "She's seduced you that witch" She said.

When the young priestess ran towards them and called Amara a witch it kind of surprised her. Lady Sakura did say they would blame them but this quickly? "What do you mean by witch? I know no such magic" she told her. "And seduce him?? I've never even kissed him yet alone seduce, so please tell me who the hell you are to come barging over here accusing me of things and calling me names" she said her emotions were a wreck right now. She was sad and now being quickly angered.

The priestess had a dark look in her eyes she was obviously under some dark influence. "Don't lie I've seen your dark charms you killed Lady Sakura!" She said angrily. She held up a sword "guards help Lady Sakura had been murdered by this witch" She said. Demios stepped forward "How dare you speak such lies" He said. The woman shook her head "You have been seduced by her black magic" She said. The woman held a hand out "I will banish the witch and break her spell" She said. She ran at Amara and swung her sword. Demios reacted quickly and tackled Amara moving her out of the way.

Amara fell to the ground looking at Demios. "Thanks a lot" she said grateful to him. "You have to belive me I didn't kill her!!!" she said yelling at the priestess. "I dont posses any ability to use dark magic" she told the young woman. "Now please leave before I am forced to defend myself" she told her. She really just needed the time to think more than anything, Lady Sakura's deaht was enough to try to handle and now this b***h of a priestess was accusing her of such evil.

The priestess smirked "You can't fool me I know your powers I know all about that beast who destroyed your home how you brought it to kill" She said. She raised her sword "But guess what I wont let you kill anyone else here" She said. She then readied to lunge her sword into Amara.
Demios had enough he wasn't about to lose two people. He raised his hand "Kazapp!" He yelled as he swung his hand out firing a large lightning bolt from his hand at the girl. Suddenly she flew back from the spell. She then laid on the ground bleeding. Demios was in shock he had never used anything but healing magic before. He closed his eyes. Suddenly a guard showed up "Whats going on?" He asked. The priestess looked at the guard "I came to check on Lady Sakura and I saw them poison her...then when I confronted them they blasted me...don't let them kill anyone else" She said. The guard was surprised and all he could see was the dyeing woman and Demios with his hand pointed out. He frowned "Leave now...or I'll be forced to expel you from here" He said. Demios was too shaken up to say anything.
