Viktoria Kalina Sidorov  xxxViktoria's lips twitched as she tried to hide back a smile as she had seen that she had gotten him upset. She put a hand to her ear and said in tone that meant it irritate him further. "Hm, could you say that a bit louder? I don't think I quite caught that," she said sarcastically. She waited a few seconds before she shrugged and said, "You can go ahead and take me into questioning if you want, but it's still not like I'm going to speak," she said to him, set on this fact almost no matter what. "And of course, you'd first have to catch me. Or climb this tree and drag me down I should say, seeing as I can't exactly run away when your dog is on my heels I suppose," she said looking at the dog below briefly before she brought her eyes back to the man.

Scowling irritably, Kyle reached for his bow. Taking an arrow he aimed carefully at Viktoria's chest. "I don't want to have use this, but if I have to, I will. I want a straight answer, now." he said firmly. He would not be toyed with.

Viktoria Kalina Sidorov xxxViktoria kept the smile on her face even when the bow was aimed at her. She honestly didn't really know how to proceed with her normal joking and sacastic self at first with bow aimed straight at her chest. She sighed and shook her head, moving around on the branch like she was about to come down, which she was, but she quickly slipped the necklace out of the fold of her cloak and put it into a small hole that was in the tree with a swift move that she was sure the knight would not notice since she had her back turned, preventing him from seeing what she was doing. She dropped to the ground after that and then quickly turned on the man, pulling out a dagger from the strap that was around her hip and moving behind him to press it to his throat. "Don't even think about setting that dog on me," she said to him as soon as she had the cool blade touch the skin of his neck lightly. "Pulling the bow on me was your mistake, don't forget that. I was perfecty content to go on my own way, but oh no, you had to come and demand and answer from me. One in which I'm rather set against not giving," she hissed as she still held the blade to his neck. She had not intention in killing him, but she wanted out of her current situation and she saw threat as her best option right now. While she wouldn't kill him, never kill. She had no problem in wounding someone in order to get away.

Kyle frowned, he was in a bit of a pickle now. He thought about how to react. If he was too slow in a counter, she would be able to kill him with hardly any effort. However, go too fast and risked the blade accidentally slicing his throat. As he thought, he noticed that she was shorter than him by about a head or so. Hoping against hope, he quickly jerked his head backwards to perform a head-butt against the top of her skull.

Viktoria Kalina Sidorov xxxViktoria watched him closely as he had stopped moving. She wished that she could no one what he was thinking about right now, but with that being impossible, she simply watched him looking for any sort of movement. Admittedly, she had expected the movement to come from his legs, arms, or elbows. Not from him jerking his head back. Her reaction time to it was to slow, and she winced as his the back of his head made contact with her own. Though it didn't really hurt her all that much, there was still a dull throb of pain where his head had connected and he had suceeded in managing the blade to drop from his throat but she still kept in her hand. She shook her head once before she she clapped her hands together a few times and said sarcastically, "Well done, caught me off guard with using your head." At this point, Viktoria would normally have ran, but one look at the dog who was watching her intently, seeming to just be waiting because the knight hadn't commaded him to do anything yet, watched her every move like a hawk. She knew she would be running with the dog here.

Kyle quickly grabbed her knife and held it tight. "Alright, now tell me. Why are those men chasing you? I don't want any sass from you. I want the truth." he said calmly.

Viktoria Kalina Sidorov xxxViktoria frowned when he grabbed her dagger and heard what he had said. "I want that dagger back, mind you. It was my mothers before she died," she said to him as her eyes were focused on her dagger in his hand. That he had taken her knife from her kind of pissed her off. She looked back up, her icy blue colored eyes meeting the knight's eyes. "No sass? Too bad, that's all I give. Let's just say I wasn't harming anyone exactly, the men just wanted to inflict thier revenge upon me for what I did," she said to the knight with a simple shrug of her shoulders, still not giving him much of an answer but she liked toying with this man. Or anyone for that matter, to irritate and just generally frustrate people was a huge thrill for Viktoria.

"I tend not to give weapons to people who want to kill me." said Kyle in a serious tone. Look her straight in the eyes, he asked her in a polite voice, "Would you please tell me exactly what happened? If you stole something, I want to know what you stole and where you put the stolen item. If you killed someone, I want to know who i was." Even though he strongly doubted that she would provide any answers that were truthful, it was worth a shot.

Viktoria Kalina Sidorov xxxViktoria rolled her eyes, crossed her arms together and sighed at him. He was persistent, she had to give him that much. "Oh, please. I don't wish to kill you or anyone for that matter. Maim you maybe, draw blood maybe in order to get away, but kill you? That I have no intention of," she said to him as her eyes still would glance at her dagger every now and then, an item that she held dear. As she heard him yet again try and get her ro spill what she was hiding, Viktoria merely smirked and said, "Secrets must be kept secret. Surely you know something of that, good Sir. Still, I will tell you this, I did not kill anyone." While Viktoria might be a thief, she wasn't cold-hearted enough to kill someone. The very thought of killing someone made her sick and her gut clench in revolusion.

"Those men will probably pass by here again. When they do, I'll ask them why they were chasing you." said Kyle in a calm voice, not taking his eyes off of her. "I don't care how long it will take, but neither one of us will be leaving this spot." he added.

Viktoria Kalina Sidorov xxxViktoria frowned at his stubborness and then finally shrugged. If he wanted the truth, she'd tell him the truth. If she were to get into trouble for it, then that was a different matter and one that she would take care of with some other devious plan of hers. "Fine, I'll tell you the truth because honestly, those men will probably still be wandering around in the woods like fools till morning. I took an item from them that was particularly valuable," she said to him as she glanced over at him with one eyebrow raised, wondering what he might say to that. . . or rather do.

"Hm... So, let me guess. You escaped into the woods to escape those men, knowing they don't know the forest half as well as you do. However, when I got involved you panicked and hid in a tree, hoping that I would be able to find you. When you came down, you hid whatever it was you stole somewhere in the tree branches. Am I correct?" asked Kyle, after thinking for several minutes about all possible chains of events.

Viktoria Kalina Sidorov xxxViktoria listened to what he said and when he was done, she replied by saying, "You're right and wrong about several things that you've just guessed at." She paused for a minute and chose her words carefully that she wanted to use. "I did escape into the woods because I know these woods like the back of my hand, that you're right about. I didn't hide in the tree because I'd seen you though. I hid in the tree so that the men would pass by me, which they did. I'm guessing there still searching for me right now or something. I just stayed in the tree when you came hoping that you'd do the same, I didn't know you had a dog with you though so doing that was worthless. And as for where I hid the item, I didn't hide it in the tree. I've hid it somewhere else," she said, the lie coming easy to her on the very last part that she had spoken about. The necklace was still up in the tree, but unless he searched for it, he wouldn't know that she was lying. She gave him a bright smile all the sudden and acted as if she'd done nothing wrong and that she was the most innocent person you'd ever meet as she said, "Now are we done here? I've got somewhere else to be." Viktoria had in fact no where else to be other then home right now, but she had just said the first thing that came to her mind.

Shrugging, Kyle said, "Well, I guess I can't always be right. But you have given me enough information that you are a thief." He looked at her for a moment, thinking whether whatever she had stolen was actually in the tree or not. It would make sense, seeing as she had been trying to run away from the men, thinking she could easily get away, not realizing that he was also chasing after her... Of course, it was also possible that she threw it somewhere into the woods along the way in the hopes of being able to look for it later on. "Alright, you have pretty much confessed that you stole something, so I'm going to have to arrest you." he said, taking out a strong chain which he planned to tie her up with.

Viktoria Kalina Sidorov xxxViktoria's lips spread into a small smile at his words. She found this all to be very amusing, and a little bit exciting as well. She looked at the chain that he had pulled out and she arched one eyebrow at that as she laughed slightly and said, "Oh? Arrest me, huh? Well, that doesn't sound very nice," she said to him as she turned around and ran flat out as fast as she could go. Viktoria was a very fast runner, fast enough to out run a dog? Probably not, but she had a good head start to maybe figure something out a bit later. All in all, Viktoria wasn't afraid of being arrested. The thought almost made her curious in a way but it wasn't like she was going to be arrested without a little persuit first.
