She cocked her head "Kulothuuusssu?" Was that what the soft stuff was called? She marveled over it for a moment, lightly stroking the cloth before shivering suddenly and wrapping her arms around herself as a sudden draft pulled cold air in through the door. It did not seem to bother the woman, however, so she guessed that maybe these "clothes" were to keep her warm? "Aiii kuloothussu?" The girl tugged a little at the woman's sleeve almost longingly. Would she be allowed to have some of the soft stuff too?

((lol, well you never said she was given clothes in the first place -- just born and age stopped at 13 -- so . . . >_<))

((So i have decided, i want his job xD Kemuri Rosu, rain Knight Commander.))


kemuri's eyes finally came from the door as he made contact with the Commanders. He thought for a moment, did he really need anything? For one Kemuri had never truly met the Amekage. There was a good chance that the girl did not even know who he was. "I'm just worried about our leaders health. The Village is weak at this point, and if she were to die or anything happened to her, the village would probably go with her. So I'm just a concerned citizen i suppose." he said to the commander. Kemuri felt stupid now, he had been wanting to get into the birth of the Kages child, but he hardly even knew her. What did he think he would even do? he was no medical ninja, all he was doing here was getting himself soaked by the rain.

Nayely got off the bed and went to the closet and took out a Kimono, it was purple and had flowers on it. She walked over to Noriko. "Here you go." She said with a smile.

-Rain Commander-
"She is fine, she is trying to bond with her daughter...is that all?" He asked.

The rain commander was clearly trying to get Kemuri out of the area. He assumed that Nayely was wanting some privacy at this time. "Just let me know if anything changed. I am Kemuri Rosu, chunin. you should be able to find me at the rain drop bar. Ok?" Kemuri was not going to force himself into the kages quarters, but he wanted to stay updated on what was happening.

The girl took the bundle of cloth, marveling at its texture and hugging it to her chest. Cooing softly, she rubbed her cheek against it with a blissful smile. After a few minutes of this, she pulled it away and examined it, looking from it to the woman and back. Seeming to decide something, the new-born pre-teen stuck her arms through the sleeves. Grinning at the woman, she held her arms up and wiggled her fingers almost proudly. The kimono, however, was on backwards.

Nayely giggled. "Put it on right Noriko...you need to make yourself presentable." She said with a smile.

"I will if anything happens, have a good day sir." The Commander said.

The girl returned the grin, unsure what exactly the woman was saying, but the laugh was definitely encouraging! Something felt off, though . . . her back was still cold. The child twisted and looked over her shoulder. Hmm. That could not be right. She reached back and tried to close the cloth, but it would not stay. With a frustrated grunt, she let go and looked back at the woman, peering at her clothes. Maybe if she copied it?

She took off the kimono and turned it around, sticking her arms in the other way. There! Now she just needed to close the front and . . . still it would not stay. She frowned and continued to try to wrap it tighter until she noticed something on the bed next to her -- a thick band of cloth like was around the woman's waist. Was that what kept it in place? Snatching up the strip in question, the girl fumbled about trying to wrap it around her own waist, only to continue to get herself tangled up in the wrap and large sleeves. Making a pitiful whimpering sound, she lifted her gaze back to the woman.

Nayely laughed. "Silly, this is how you do it." She grabbed the band and wrapped it around her waist and then went behind her and wrapped the band into a bow and then pulled it, which made the Kimono stay where it was at. "There you go." She kissed Noriko's cheek.

Kemuri turned and walked away from the palace, following his steps back to the bar. He had no reason to go to the bar, it was just the only place he could think to go other than the academy. As he got further away he glanced back over his shoulder, the silhouette of the palace could be seen though the rain, but that quickly fades as the downpour picked up. He reached his hand in his pocked and gripped his cigarette case, wanting to fill his lungs with the smoke drastically.

Giggling, the girl twisted and pressed a kiss to the woman's cheek in return before leaning back and holding out her arms to either side, fingers wiggling. "Puureezinntihbull?" She grinned up at the woman hopefully, searching her gaze for approval.

Nayely smiled as she was kissed back. "Yes, you are very beautiful." She said giggling a little as she moved Noriko's hair from her face.

"Yooo aaaruu veereee biioooteefool," the child echoed, holding still as the woman played with her hair. Hey! It was staying out of her face! How did she do -- ohhh! The girl found her ears, tracing them and feeling how the hair tucked behind them. That was definitely helpful! The girl wiggled a little and peeked off the bed. She had seen the woman move about the room. Could she do the same thing?

Carefully, the girl slipped her legs over the side of the bed and lowered herself down, gripping the side for support as she wobbled a little. Now, how had she done it? Ah. She swung one foot forward and placed it on the ground, shifting her weight onto it carefully and holding her arms out to keep her steady.
