Alex looked over his shoulder at Ambrosia as she came into class again. He looked away quickly avoiding his bright blue eyes with her own. He closed them resting his head on the table wincing slightly but he covered it with his arm before pulling a deck of cards out of his pocket. Pulling them out, he spread them out on the table practicing card "tricks" and other games he'd long since mastered. People called it magic tricks, but he looked at it as an art and he was very good at it. He looked over at Ambrosia again smiling softly as he knew something she didn't but it was also cute to see her puzzling face again.

Alex looked over at her and he smiled more and put his feet up on the table before trying to get a strait face looking at the board. Normally, he would keep from looking at her but he couldn't help it at all. To her, it was just a look, to him, it was adorable. He closed his eyes tightly and bit his lip hard realizing what he was thinking. He knew he had to try and be careful. He almost lost it last night and being with her made it even worse over and over again. If it was possible, he would die right away if it meant keep her safe. Still, he kind of felt selfish for it and wondered if she would fine out again what he was, so far though, her time was lasting longer than she'd managed to do before.

Alex noticed her blush out of the corner of his eye and pulled his coat off quickly realizing the hole in it. He left himself in the black button down he wore under it with the dark grey patterns over it. He slipped a hand up his shirt and then looked at his fingers finding no blood so he was so thankful of this. He closed his eyes mentally taking notes in his brain for a test he knew he would ace again and again as he always did. As much as he tried to start to focus, it was impossible for him. That damn girl was driving him insane. Again.

Alex had to look away from her as he felt himself slowly start to fall in love with her again and again. With what happened last time, he didn't want to do it again, but how couldn't he? There was a reason she was the source of torture, she was so irresistible to his vampiric mind. He bit his lip again with a fang puncturing his lip a little bit making him suck in air from pain. Still, he sucked on his lip a little bit to get the bleeding to stop calmly. He stole another look from Ambrosia seeing her like that again and he sighed loudly wanting to just get out of here. It was becoming to difficult again. Maybe Texas? He always wanted to be a cowboy.

Alex closed his eyes and slept the rest of the class until the bell rang and he was the first one up and the first one that left. He walked to math class reading his book her pulled out on the way. It was a black leather bound book that was filled with red ink from his writings with this one practically being a biography of his life, but it was fiction due to no one was actually a vampire. That just couldn't happen. . .

Alex stopped holding his leather coat over his side and snapping his book audibly shut. "What?" he asked with a slightly sharp tone, but it wasn't cruel. He tried to be so, but he couldn't. He didn't want to kill her, break her heart, but he would rather leave her with a broken heart than a broken life. And yet again, his mind stopped his body from doing so.

"I heard something about it, but no. Don't you think he would have been hurt and you would notice it?" he asked a lot nicer and softer. He crossed his arms across his chest looking at her quietly. He was curious how well she could put her things together to prove it was him. He hoped she couldn't, but then again, Alex wanted her to so he wouldn't have to hide it any more. While someone might look at him as heartsick, he looked at it as selfish for wanting her over than her being safe as he was convinced he could keep her safe.

"Wouldn't any guy have the will to give anything for that?" he asked slightly curious of what she would say to that. This girl was always interesting, but to hear her theories on how or why she thought it was him. "Come on you can keep talking, but we've got to get to math," he said before walking pulling her slightly with his hand calmly.
