The blade itself is made up of omicroium, a very tough, light, durable substance that was once said to be that of the strongest in the world, but disproven by the Oni clan of the Dark Metal. The blade was also combind with that of a highly potent paralyzing poison used as his go to poison during missions. Upon a slash of the opponent's skin, the posion would slowly begin to do its job. It would start to go unnoticed under a veil of unawareness, but kick in within 5 posts paralyzing the body part and spread outward in all directions taking out each other body part every 2 post.

xxxxxx Background History|| Akira was born in the Fire Country within the safety of the Nara forest like most Nara’s that had two parents of pure Nara blood. He started off as shy and kept to himself for most of his starting off years. He, like some Nara, were thought to be geniuses and lazy. He was anything far from lazy. Akira was odd and curious about everything. He excelled through the academy, passing with flying colors. When reached genin he was paired up with Detachi and Phi. The three looked towards reaching their goals. Akira’s goal was different from most. He didn’t look towards being a Kage, a master of Techniques, Strong unstoppable force that was to be feared by all. No, that was for your dreamers and psychos. He what he wanted was simple and understandable. He wanted to be a Sannin of his village, someone who is well respected and honored by all. He soon went there the rest of his years like it was foot work for him. Chunnin exams weren’t hard with his intellect and the next three parts where a matter of strategy. Akira eventual worked under Reiko Aburame, who was soon to become the 8th Hokage known as the Hachidaime Hokage. He quickly was promoted to Jounin where he worked in “Team Dark Force” under the Hachidaime Hokage, his previous Sensai, Reiko Aburame as her direct protector and head of the squad. Within that, he worked with the Current Kyuudaime Hokage, Hanzo Uchiha, as his Onin Commander. He was later promoted to Sannin.
Many years have passed since the start of my Jounery. I have seen many of my comrades and friends die in the heat of battle. Now after 12 years we have reached peace across the land. My clan has became well known in those year and Now has a part i the best of the best. Though this time of Peace I can learn many of jutsus for my clan. Unlike most of my fellow ninjas I knew peace will not last. There shall always be war. Things have been quite and I just know something is about to go down......
Just as Akira had thought, war had broke out expanding from the Cloud village to the Mist village. At the time, Hanzo Uchiha was the Hokage and was soon drawn into battle against the Cloud. The war waged on for weeks and soon ended with the death of both Kages. Time back up and a reconstruction age had begun, in that time, the Cloud Village had been completely wipped from the map and was soon rebuilded, but with a tarnish rep. The ties that once stood with the Cloud had been severed by many villages including the Leaf for many years. In that time, Akira was appointed into the Head Technologist within the Village. Which lead to the removal of layers of bone from the depths of the village and the construction of a gate composed of Living Metal. Along his studies and travels for the ultimate defense for the Leaf, the village had been destroyed, rebuilded, and destroyed again 1000 times over. He found lust within a Grass Sannin that helped in the construction of the Living Metal gate and soon found true love within his Wife, Cassandra Origina, who came to the village as a Jounin in the months he was abroad. When he returned it was love at first site and soon turned into a proposal. All while this occurred, he was soon named the Successor to Hanzo Uchiha and named Juubidaime Hokage [10th]. It was an honor he normally would have declined, but given the circumstances, he took the position with great pride. In that time, he adopted a Sister into his family as well as Yin, a baby girl left on his doorstep. Many conflicts begun to arise between the Leaf and the Cloud, mostly over the Raikage's childish antics about the Leaf still not wanting to do buisness with them. All was settled when a close friend and mentor of Akira came into power. Lord Lennon, was a somewhat unorphadoxie ways, but was all about buisness when it came to it. Currently Peace rains supreme through all of the Leaf's contacts with exception from a few rouges here and there. How long it would last? Who knows?

Panther Technique
Niomi
Niomi is the youngest of the panther family. She is small she is 1 meter long and 0.6 meters high. She is all black except for white paws and a white tipped tail. Niomi is very shy and it takes her awhile to warm up to people even her summoner. She has the power of speech like all the members of her family. Niomi has almost no fighting skills, but what Niomi lacks in fighting ability she makes up for with intelligence and stealth. Niomi has the power to turn her and others invisible for a short period of time, which helps aid on stealth missions. But after the effect wears off it cannot be used for several minutes

Tsuki
Tsuki is the eldest girl of the family. She is an all white panther and is 3 meters long and 2 meters high. She has razor sharp claws and teeth with a sword strapped to her back, which she uses when her claws can’t get the job done. The sword is made out of fangs and claws of her ancestors. Tsuki is by far the most aggressive family member; her temper has been known to crack a few skulls. She has a twin brother named Tenpi, which is probley the only member of her family she works well with, despite them being complete opposites. She has a telepathic link to her family members and the summoner which able them to coordinate strategies between themselves with no verbal communication.

Mamori
The mother of the family, she is fairly large about 8 meters long and 5 meters high. She is white with black stripes and very protective of her family and her summoner. She has a caring, sweet, and loving personality. But mess with anyone she loves and she will rip you apart faster then you can blink. She has the power to put up temporary barriers that repel most attacks; also her fur is designed to lighten the damage of most types of Ninjutsu and Taijutsu attacks.

Mikoto
The father of the family, he is the biggest of them all at about 100 meters long and 80 meters high. He is all black, but has white stripes and one stripe going down the middle of his face. Because of his size and power he can only by a person with Jonin level chakra or higher. His personality is more the noble type with respect for most people, he is also has a fathering type personality towards his kids and sometimes his summoner. He is very strong and very fast, and his Sonic Roar jutsu has the power to wipe out an entire forest.

Quote: Name of Weapon: Kagatsuchi Users Class: Ninjutsu (depending on the person, can be well used with Taijutsu. However it's main ability lies with Ninjutsu) The Range of the weapon: Is a pair of fans; so it's about a foot long, and about 1 centimeter thick (when closed shut). Weakness: It's a weapon that runs on chakra (I'm sure from here you'll know several ways of defeating this weapon) Description: [x]THE WEAPON- The sides of the fans are made up of a special kind of metal that burns blue fire, however like any other metal they CAN burn out they must be carefully used. The beautiful flamboyant designs at the very edge are blades, used to cut like any other kunai can. At the same time, the middle part of the fan (or the main portion) is also made of a special material (or special wood to be exact) which helps reduce the risk of burning out so quickly (but please keep in mind you can still break through it, since it's still a paper fan). THE USES- The Blades// The blades that hang out at both ends of the fan are designed in such a way for two main reasons. One, being that they can be used as projectiles; however, the way it cuts can be done in two ways. So if your character had this weapon in possession, instead of a kunai your character can use this as a projectile. Also, it may be used is if it was directly stabbed into a person, where the jagged ends would literally shred the muscles it pierces through (for it to be stabbed into and then taken out would put the enemy in alot of pain) (for this to be performed, the user closes the fans and then throws them). The second reason why the blades are designed so uniquely is because they may be used as metal rods for those who have Lightning affinity. Now this particular design is designed according to the style of the way the user fights (these are very tiny rods by the way). However, it requires people who're of Chunnin level to learn how to successfully use these rods with different sorts of lightning jutsu. The Abilities// As stated earlier, the fans sides are created from a special metal that creates blue fire. This blue fire actually is unique from regular fire- for example, it's much more hotter than normal fire however it's weaker compared to black fire (Amaterasu) at the same time, it's burning ability is quicker than black but slower than red/orange. A thin layer of chakra surrounds the fan, protecting the blue fire from doing damage to the weapon- at the same time, the chakra flows into the fire to keep it fueled (as does the paper portion of the fan). With this ability, the user may create any fire jutsu but requires to have chakra flowing into the weapon constantly. This particular ability is very helpful for users who carry Fire affinity. As mentioned before, when the fan(s) are closed shut they form into model rods which can conduct electricity to flow through it. With this, the user can do any lightning techniques which includes using rods. And of course, as a normal fan, it can enhance wind techniques by people who carry the wind affinity.

xxxxxx Background History|| Before Akane was born, her father, Seizo, was in love with a Hyuuga. The night before her older brother was concieved, it was decided that the next day will be the day that he would be wed with a woman in the Uchiha clan. Torn by this, Seizo believed it was the best thing before anything would arise by the rivaling clans (he feared for the peace to vanish). He married into his family and had children; a younger and an older daughter.
The eldest, was the daughter who was named Akane after Seizos grandmother since she was a sharp person just as it was passed onto his daughter. Day by day he grew hatred for the Hyuuga clan.. why? Because he believed that it was because eveything in his life was a conspiracy from Hyuugas. He tried to embed those ideas into Akane, but it didn't work. She was a carefree girl without a thing to worry about in life. A few days later.. Akane started academy and soon, started falling for a young Hyuuga boy. Her father was soon to find out about this, and eventually plotted the boys death (in which he was successful in)
A few days later, Akane had come to school to only hear that boy she gave away her heart to, had been killed by an Uchiha. She was uncertain which Uchiha was it.. but it was only said that it was one of her clan. Later that day, she had returned home with teary eyes, but to only see Seizo get arrested. Her mother tried her to keep the fact that Seizo was the murderer, but it was unavoidable; he was the killer.
A could of days pass, and Akane visits her father in prison to check on his health. She asks him why, and the only thing he could answer was that very fact that only triggered her own rage, "He was a Hyuuga."
At age 12 she was charged with murder of Uchiha Seizo in the cell. How? She burned him alive while visiting him. Using the fireball jutsu with her own specialty of blue fire. But that wasn't the only cause of death; Seizo was already weakened because he was not able to train. Not only that, but he was not fed properly during his time in jail.
How is Akane still on the loose? Her half brother, Hisanaga, took the blame. The authorities couldn't believe that a little girl could commit a crime such as this one, so the blame went onto him. Back then, she no heart when it came to anyhting regarding her father. During that time, her half brothers mother had just passed away and was forced to move into her house. Did she care about him? No. She barely knew him.

Yasha comes from a smithy family that used to live in Konoha. Her older sister Noa had gone to Konoha to be a ninja there. Not long after that, her family got attacked by rogues, killing her father and the rest of the group she travelled with. They took her hostage, assuming that she had her sisters bloodline. They needed it to find Jinchuuriki. Unfortunatly, Yasha turned out to be not even fully related to her sister, her mother took a wrong step somewhere. They threathened Noa with Yasha's life, so that she would come.
Noa found her, she was quite wounded at that time. Noa escaped with her, but the rogues followed them. The last time Yasha saw her big sister was when she parted with her, because Noa wanted to hold the rogues off so that she could escape. Yasha is currently running around Earth country with no idea where to go or what to do.

When he was in the ruins he would just fish or swimming in the harsh oceans of the area. Kori's family for a while almost thought he was suicidal the way he would swim around the whirlpools. The days were long and relaxing for the most part, Kori was just a simple farm boy until he showed signs of having a Kekkei Genkai. There was a mysterious man who passed by there home when Kori was 15 years old. The man was holding a horses reigns when he saw Kori showing off his basic ice making abilities to his siblings. The man decided to observe from afar to see what the boy did as well if he had any type of protection or anyone to train them. The man then went to talk with his parents to buy some crops from them as well to give them some advise in there sons special qualities, as well how they're dangers involving there boy's special qualities and that he would be safer in a hidden village for both training and protection from the outside world. Kori's parents reluctantly send there middle child away to one of the village, they wish to had send Kori with the mysterious man, who said his name was Zanzō-shin since he seemed more than capable to protect there boy, but the man suggested a village since there was more formal training in the village. Kori departed the next day with only a map at hand and supplies as well with a borrowed horse from Zanzō-shin. Kori promised his parents to visit as soon as he was strong enough to not worry to much about the dangers. Kori never really had an interest in the shinobi world, but he did love his abilities and would constantly practive when no one watching or in his free time. With this Kori walks a dangerous road as he has no knowledge of the shinobi world as well so the village he chose was actually involve two decisions distance and location along with meeny miny moe and that's Kori ended up in the world of shinobi. Zanzō-shin followed him silently to make sure he got the Hidden Village whichever it is. When Kori arrived at Konoha the random village he chose, the horse he borrowed just stopped before heading at a random direction as Kori was now alone.

xxxxxx Background History|| After my birth, I was raised by a family of three, my mother Sosei, my father Kenric, and my sister Teshi. I was adopted by this family, since no one ever knew my family I was raised by these three loving people, when I was around 6 my father taught me how to create weapons and multiply them, making me into a weapons crafter and a master at that. My mother then taught me at 8 how to play the flute, when I was 10 I was even better then her at it and could calm even the craziest of people down. At 12 My sister taught me how to sing by using singing excercises and when I was 14, I was a singing prodigy and made my family so proud, When I was 15, my family was out in the village and I was at hope playing my flute when all of a sudden a bunch of noise was heard outside, when I looked my whole village was being massacred in front of my eyes. I cowered in my house knowing my family would die and became very sad. When the ninja's left I looked around the village to find if anyone survived and no one did, that was when I decided to go to Konohagakure and train as a ninja, I am now 17 years old as a chunnin and proud to be a Konoha Ninja.

He took her in as his daughter, who apparently and luckily had inherited a past relatives clan blood. She never knew that she was adopted and where her real parents were.
