Well I was had, But I know that there have been reports of 3ds overheating terribly. Probably because of lengthy play and hot swapping the cartridges (in other words people can swap games without shutting off the hand held.

Mine gets warm sometimes, but I'm willing to bet people are just overreacting about that.

Mine also gets warm sometimes, but I'm not sure if its because Its charging due to being drained or maybe because its sitting on my sofa and not breathing?
