I don't think she's keeping it as a pet. She said it came up to her during Spanish class. I would have taken it home though XD My mom had a skunk as pet and a duck.

Oh, it is a pet, but it's not MY pet. It belongs to one of the science teachers in my school. (but I think she's trying to give it away now...)
The mother, sadly, is dead. Actually, its whole family is dead. They all got ran over, and this one was the only survivor... poor baby. emo
