Well don't be too hard on them, they DID donate their time and supplies to give zombie makeup to us zombies for our event. Although I think maybe they changed their mind after I talked to them about it, and they did thank me for my comment. It was some Cosplay Making Group

Ayanami Rei First Child Well it's a real good one, but there's other really awesome Anime out there. you still fail to see my point most anime out these days is loosely plotted and stupid imo anime has long gone since plot qaulity meant anything now is all about ratings, the naruto bleach and one piece generations have soerted that out, havent you noticed since they all came out the shorter series are no where near as good as they used to be? Outlaw star pretty much craps over them.

I dunno I'd say that Naruto is still better then DBZ and DBGT. Furthermore there are some really great ones like High School of The Dead that's really new. The only real complain, oddly enough, is the hentai. That's only because it just usually feels forced and out of place in that Anime.
Kekkaishi was a really good one, I definitely enjoyed that one. Death Note isn't that new, but still a lot newer then Tenchi and is real good. Code Geoss. There's a lot of really good newer Anime.
I think both new and older Anime certainly has it's place. The main weakness of the older Anime is a good chunk of the newer generation hasn't seen it, or at least much of it.

Well lets see death note is awful, no other word to describe it, high shcool of the dead is using a concept that movies have butchered zombies -.- lame code geass is good but it too is oldish.
Also sadly new generataions of anime watchers have terrible taste, it could just be me of course, but most of the shows that have come out bore the hell out of me.
not many anime are better than dbz for action and naruto isnt one of them as good as naruto is, its main failing are two things its obsessive fanabse who ruin it when ppl ask questions that seem stupid etc. Two the series has got tot he point where they are no longer ninjas and have become DBZ wannabes
If Naruto hasd remained like it did when everyone was in the beginning where their skills were more based on ninjas than super all destorying skills like it has become it would be much better.

Okay granted I WILL give you that, in terms of it being a lot like a DBZ clone these days. Although it's still better because there's a lot more variety. It's not everyone just shooting lasers at each other. There's also more plot. Considering that DBZ was one of the first of it's time and the most popular....any high action show that gets to be over 24 episodes, tends to get compared to it.
Well I thought it was a good and interesting take on Zombies in Japan, which is a little different, ESPECIALLY when the main heroes are just teenagers.
Kenichi: The Mightiest Discple was definitely good, had 50 episodes, and wasn't a DBZ clone. It's also new considering it first started a little under 5 years ago. There ARE some real good new stuff. Spice & Wolf was really awesome to! Not only that, but it was wonderfully UNIQUE!
