Trying again, Else began to add more color to her new sky. Grass appeared, people were added and it just looked like the real earth. She wasn't satisfied at this point however. Though it looked like the real earth, smell and feel made the original earth still feel like the real one(4/9)
So she began mixing the breeze of the wind, the smell of wet grass, the sweat of training shinobi and the personal smells of all people she could smell around her into the genjutsu. It took her a lot of time to figure out how strong each odor had to be in order to look real. Else wished she had to nose of an Inuzuka, she would have figured it out much and much sooner then.(5/9)
When she did the genjutsu again, her clone was pretty confused. The fake Else was still standing on the ground, but there was no air, there was only a reflection of what she was already seeing. It was time to add some ''air'' to the jutsu. Else looked up in the sky to determine what everything was there. It should be a bit colder of course, and the breeze would be harder. There would be less oxygen and so fort. She puzzled out every compartment of it before she attempted to create it. (6/9)

She tried a few things, adding moist into the air, removing oxygen and adding cloudlike forms untill she believed she had created a sky. Trying all she had learned so far, her clone believed there was a sky down and earth up. However, there was still a basic part of the jutsu missing, where you'd feel like falling in the air if you move(7/9)
Else found a nearby tree and climbed into it, untill she reached a branch on which she could sit. She then lowered herself to hang on it. Knowing she could not keep that up for long, she imbedded the feeling she had in her mind. She then let go and dropped to the ground. All she had to do now was to incorporate that feeling in the jutsu. Piece of cake, some should say(8/9)
She now added all elements to the jutsu and cast it on her clone. It was perfect, everything worked as it should, as her clone stopped moving. She convinced it to take a step and the jutsu was dispelled. Now she could work on the advanced version of it(9/9)

Moving on to Koudo Tenjou Gyakumodori (Heaven and Earth Reversal, Advanced Version), Else read carefully how she should perform this jutsu. Knowing there was a chance of getting herself into a coma, she should be carefull with it. She didn't want to be in the hospital when the chuunin's came around. So she carefully read each step and practised each sign. Lucky most of it was the same as the basic version(1/9)
She performed it on her clone again, and tried to mold the basic version into the advanced version. That was not even close to as easy as it seemed, and soon Else found herself with drops of sweat on her forehead. Her clone kept walking out of the jutsu, just like the regular Heaven and Earth Reversal.(2/9)
She sat down again. The petite shinobi had experienced the fall previously, so she should be able to add that in the jutsu. To be sure she climbed her handpicked tree again and jumped down. The feeling in the jutsu should be slighty different, she decided, as she was going towards the ground now and going higher into the sky would not feel the same.(3/9)
But first she had to work on how to keep the clone inside the jutsu, it would be no use otherwise. Increasing the chakra funnaled into the jutsu, Else blocked the clones way out. It was able to walk around in the new created sky now, but it wasn't falling deeper into it.(4/9)

Once she managed to keep her clone inside the genjutsu. She tried to make it fall. She let the clouds move down, which worked, but it still didn't give the real feeling of falling, as the ground kept at the same distance from her clone. The falling feeling failed a little as well, it felt more like jumping to her clone(5/9)
She decided to get at each of her problems at a time. First she worked on the feeling of falling. She had to try a few times before it really felt like falling out of the tree. Being pretty confident now, she began to think of how to move the ground down. She could not exactly see how the ground would change because she couldn't get that high(6/9)
Again, she dropped the jutsu on her clone, widening the ground beneath it, untill it looked like everything was getting tinier and further away. She added the other elements to the jutsu as well, but soon disbanded it to see if she could perform it as a whole(7/9)
Else put the jutsu on again and advanced fast through all of the stages she had just learned. When she was falling through the sky, she noticed her clone's mind began to act weird, and she could feel it pull on herself as well. As if like she was fading into a sleep of exhaustion. She quickly ended the genjutsu herself and looked deeper into the matter before attempting to it again(8/9)
Again the kunoichi did the jutsu and this time it succeeded, she kept herself at a distance from her clone to keep her sanity with her. When it became to much, she killed off the clone.(9/9)

Else sat down for a bit and consumed some food before she started on the next jutsu, a water jutsu again. She decided to switch between genjutsu and ninjutsu training so she wouldn't overexcert herself in one thing.
The technique she wanted to learn was Mizu Tate no Jutsu (Water Shield Technique), which she deemed usefull, because she would be exposed most of the time, as a genjutsu user. She didn't have much moves to defend herself, so this one would work pretty good, or so she thought. She started with summoning water around her in a barrier. She succeeded in getting the water, but it just splashed in small waves over her feeth, instead of forming a barrier.(1/4)
Else tried again, and this time the water wall erected fully around her. It wasn't very orderly, little waves splashed at her and the shield wasn't easy to hold up at all. It seemed to collapse every second, so Else fortiffied it with a chakra structure that was similar to most of the genjutsu she used, giving it a strong base to wirl around. Which seemed to work, as the shield stood upright(2/4)
Summoning a clone, the little ninja set out to see how strong she could make this shield, and how she could defend herself with it in the best ways. She told her clone to throw kunai and shuriken at her, and attempt a physical attack. She summoned the shield again, which appeared quite easy now. She held against the thrown kunai and punches, but she knew very well that she herself had a weak physique when it came to taijutsu(3/4)
Last but not least she should learn how to work the water form of this jutsu. According to the scroll, she should be able to form the shield to her desire. She imagined tentacles spreading out from the water, formed of the same water. It succeeded. She tried spikes, loops, forks and everything she could think of. All worked well with this jutsu (4/4)

She also wanted to learn Mizu no Yoroi ( Water armor). Sitting down, she studied to requirements and form of the jutsu in her scrolls. It seemed not too difficult at first hand, but she figured that keeping a constant flow of chakra emitting from your body would strain you, and that keeping the armor strong enough to actually function as an armor could be quite tricky( 1/12)
She decided to give it a shot at first, and practised the needed handseals. There weren't that many. After as while she got them right, and could she use them at decent speed. After this, she would seriously try adding chakra to the whole form.(2/12)
Else did the seals again, and added chakra with each seal she made. She could feel a decent drain on her chakra reserves, and chakra flowed around her body, but not in a good form and not even with water at all. It was just... just flowing around, draining her and doing nothing. She cut her chakra off and got back to the drawing table(3/12)
Again she tried, to no avail. Her chakra didn't start spinning wildly, but it didn't do much else either. Like she was blocking it or something. Searching deep inside her, Else found that she was trying to keep her chakra from flowing out her in too great amounts. She released her block and readied herself to try again. (4/12)

Being more carefull, Else tried again. She found the balance to using chakra and spilling chakra and finally managed to keep her chakra flow right. However, there was still no armor flowing over her body, so it was evidently she was doing something wrong (5/12)
First she summoned the water shield she had learned earlier, and then made it smaller and smaller and tried to form it like the forms of her body. It was a pretty lame technique, but she guessed it couldn't hurt to try. She could make it pretty small, but not small enough to be like the armor. It was still circled around her and left her open for attacks from above(6/12)
So she had to do it another way. Summoning just water, she tried to cover up parts of her body with it. She used the chakra technique she learned earlier to keep it in place. It did not hold, save from a small spot on her hand, where most of her chakra was coming from.(7/12)
Knowing she was getting anywhere, the kunoichi tried again. The spot of armor appeared again, and Else tried to make it larger. With some effort, it enveloped her hand completely. She had to dispose of the jutsu for a while however, or else it would drain her too much. She took a little nap against the tree to get some new energy(8/12)

When Else woke up again, she was full of energy. She decided to pick the one Jounin jutsu she wanted to learn, since she still had the energy now. The jutsu was called Nehan Shouja No Jutsu (Salvation Temple Technique) and enabled her to put a crowd into sleep. She would only use it in battle or one, maybe two persons, but it would serve her when she advanced to chuunin level. She read through the technique carefully (1/21)
When she was sure she had read everything about it, she began practising the seals of the jutsu. The basics weren't that complex, but she needed speed to utilise them. Almost as if she weren't thinking, because in battle she would have little time to utter this jutsu. She should be able to see everything around as she did this, while still being concentrated(2/21)
Moving on, she began to add a little chakra to her movements, hoping something would happen. Of course she wasn't so lucky, because not even the slightest thing around her changed. She could just feel the chakra being wasted on... well..nothing at all. She had to try better next time(3/21)
Again Else performed the necessary seals, still with very little chakra to not spill much of it. If she got it slightly right, she could always add more chakra to it. It wouldn't be such a waste then. This time, Else actually felt chakra flowing through her seals, chakra that wanted to be productive. But it couldn't be, because the jutsu required so much more. It was time to add more chakra to it(4/21)
The shinobi summoned a clone, as it was time to actually try something now. Calling upon her reserve, she began weaving the signs. She gradually added chakra to the jutsu. She began with forming the leaves needed for the jutsu, to trick the enemy into it. There were some flickers of ''something'' in the air, but no actual leaves or petals were falling down on her clone. She had to concentrate harder to make them appear, or so she guessed from what she experienced(5/21)
Her hands began to get used to the seals pretty well as they ran over them again. Her chakra flowed into the jutsu. Still no leaves appeared, untill she concentrated very hard on them, and one fell down. As one was better than nothing, there was at least some progress in the girl's efforts. Which kept her in good spirits(6/21)

She took a look at the scroll again and mentally slapped herself. She wasn't supposed to call on leaves or petals, but feathers. Else scolded herself for her stupidity. She had wasted valuable time training for nothing. Her hands molded the signs again and her chakra began to form small feathers. Only a handfull of them appeared, so she guessed making feathers was better for her than leaves. Wasn't she a lucky girl(7/21)
Moving on, she tried to create more and more feathers. Each time she tried more of the white stuff appeared. They looked quite real too. Else was impressed by her skill in this, she knew she was good at genjutsu but she had never expected herself to be this good already. The feathers rained down on her clone, it was just enough for one perso now. She could live with that, but she didn't want to start over with this later, so she'd better make enough for a pretty large crowd(8/21)
Throwing herself at it, Else kept on summoning feathers on the training grounds. This time, even the other genin and academy students around would occassionally see a feather falling down beside them. Though, this still wasn't enough for a large cloud to distribute her chakra over. She had to step up even more, and she was not sure if she could do any more. This was a pretty big accomplishment already. (9/21)
But she wasn't a quitter, and she wanted to prove she was just like everyone else. So she didn't wine, like if she could, but just continued on. Surprised she was, when the whole training grounds was being covered with soft illussionairy feathers. A smile spread accros her face, because she saw Saotome being covered in them as well. She secretly smiled at the thought of getting everyone in her genjutsu at one point(10/21)
Now she knew how to create one part of the jutsu, she had to focus on the harder part of it, getting people into a sleep by the feathers. It required to distribute her chakra among the feathers, so she could utter the jutsu at more than one person at the time. She tried first on her single clone. As the feathers began falling down, she formed chakra patterns that should send a mind to a fake sleep. Her clone looked a bit drowsy, but it didn't fell asleep(11/21)
Again she tried, and this time the eyes of the clone slit to a closed. She toppled over to the ground and poofed away in a puff of smoke. Secretly, she looked over her shoulder if anyone was watching her. She guessed she didn't attracted much attention, being small and not able to talk at all. Someday, they maybe would be surprised by her(12/21)
Now she was able to put one clone under the genjutsu, she should work on getting more in it. She summoned two clones to try this and began uttering the jutsu again. Feathers envelloped the two figures. But weaving the chakra around two people was far harder than just one. Concentration was essentional, and though she had much of it, she didn't succeed in creating a perfect jutsu stage at her first try (13/21)

Moving on, the poor kunoichi struggled to get her clones under the genjutsu. When she succeeded, she jumped in the air of happiness. It seemed like it was faring her well, and she liked it when things did go as she wanted them to go. Maybe she could prove herself to Saotome and deserve some extra training, maybe very secret techniques only known to genjutsu masters. She didn't think she was allowed to learn that because of what she did, but she could still dream about it(14/21)
Now two worked, three had to be learned. The feathers flowed around the three clones, and Else put them to sleep easily now. Her chakra control on this few people was superb, so she thought of creating numbers more exponentially to challenge herself into learning this(15/21)
She started with a new number, 10. As she had never summoned so much clones, she felt a bit of a drain in her energy. She would use the other people around later on, that would save her some chakra. Feathers were faling down gently as Else finished weaving her signs. She added the chakra structure between them. It occured to her that the placements of the people around mattered a lot in how she should apply her chakra, as she had to give everyone a nearly even narcose(16/21)
Trying again, she managed to get it right in the positions the clones currently were holding. But that didn't say anything. 10 people was not a large crowd at all, and most of the time, people in crowds were moving anyway. She pondered on how to this with the little amount of clones she had and guessed they just had to walk really close to eachother to do this(17/21)
The clones started walking and Else created the jutsu. She had difficulty keeping the jutsu up, due the shifting positions of her clones, but it satisfied her that she was getting better. It was making her happy at some point, controlling something that was so far above her own rank. She actually couldn't wait to learn more about it. After a while, she learned how to easily adjust small particles so the jutsu stayed in place for anyone who didn't kai out of it(18/21)

Spilling more energy, she summoned even more clones and tried to keep it up at this rate. She let them stay still at first, and when she thought she had fixed everything, she made them walk around, as she had previously done. It seemed to work out for the best first, but in time, two clones broke free of the jutsu and Else had to try all over again.(19/21)
However, since she was almost there, she cast the jutsu again. The clones started moving as soon as she did, and with a little struggling she managed to hold to the jutsu when they moved around. After a while she found it quite easy to manage her chakra pattern. She felt there was a limit to keeping this up though(20/21)
For her final try, she envelloped the whole training ground in feathers again, including Saotome and the other students. They all would feel drowsy at this point, and everyone her or lower level would fall asleep for sure. Her clones did at least. She was not sure if Saotome would appreciate being included in her genjutsu, but at least he could see what she was capable of now(21/21)

She decided to pick up a simple jutsu before continueing with a bigger one. Mizu no bunshin(water clone) sounded just perfect for that. She doubted she would have any trouble with it. Forming the seals, she created two clones out of the water she attracted around her. They could move and were better suited for battle than her regular clones. She let them fade away in small puddles of water again(1/1)
Then she moved on to a jutsu she was a bit familiar with. Suishi Hitokiri (Drowning Assassination) required her to perform an illusionairy suirou no jutsu, which she had already learned. As usual, she spend the first minutes reading through the technique, while eating an apple to regain a little energy form the previous jutsu. When she was done, she stood up and summoned a water clone. (1/9)
Forming the seals necessary for Suirou no jutsu, the clone was caught in a water prison that only he could see. According to the technique, this was where Else's hand should be inserted. Only thinking of inserting her hand to the jutsu made the water prison go hazy and ultimatly it faded away. Else knew concentration was vital, but she had not guessed it was so vital.(2/9)
Again she tried the jutsu, this time trying to mindless perform the tasks the scroll described. Unfortunatly it still didn't work out, she managed to get her hand in the prison side, but then she started to think about how to form the new chakra net that she lost control over the jutsu anyway. She stopped creating the water prison and thought of a way to prepare this jutsu on forehand(3/9)
When she was done thinking, she added the signs for this jutsu to the ones for the illusionairy water prison. The chakra pattern she had created was weaved over the prison now, ready to be activated. She had no idea if that pattern was right, she had to test that on her clone before she could say anything about it (4/9)

She brought the jutsu down and erected a new one around her clone. When she placed her second arm in the jutsu, the chakra pattern was activated. But nothing happened to the clone, at least not anything that should happen. The clone began to look a little drunk, which probably meant she had added something to the air inside the prison, instead of making the person believe they were engulfing in water (5/9)
Actually that made her laugh and she tried again, making sure there were no adds in her pattern. This time the clone did not react as weirdly as before, but it wasn't drowning either. It seemed to fall in a sort fo coma, due the supposed lack of oxygen. Else believed everything she was doing now was great in battle too, but she rather used the perfect description of the jutsu for now. Maybe when she was a little older and wiser she would proceed with inventing her own jutsu(6/9)
Again she formed the seals and this time it seemed to succeed. However, her clone took really, really, really long to drown in her genjutsu. She figured she should tighten up the chakra strings to make everything happen faster. A normal person could drown within 5 minutes, or at least be falling unconsious by the lack of oxygen in his lungs(7/9)
The next time she tried was a disaster too. Everything went well, but when the clone drowned, Else had her mind to closely with it, which scared the crap out of her. She quickly dispelled the jutsu and sat down to catch her breath. She was sure she had been about to die. It took a while before she dared to try again(8/9)
When she tried, everything seemed fine. Her prison was erected perfectly, her clone drowned and there were no after effects for her. She decided to rest once more, as she wanted to still do a thing or two before the day ended. She would have to leave soon.(9/9)
