Noto looked at the little dragon. blushing as she made the little cut noise it made. But he came back to his sense as his brother moved a step forward towards him. Hito looked at his brother "I can't believe you Noto. You would pick a little baby over your own brother." "Yes I would and I wont give her up to you just so you could sell her that Dragon Hunter Guild." "IT'S MY JOB YOU IDIOT!" He then charged at his brother with the sword "If you wont hand over the dragon I'll kill you then take it!" Noto wasn't going to let his brother take the little baby dragon so dodged his brother's attack then rolled into a pile of hay "Stay right here little one." He then told the dragon. Then rushed back at his brother making sure he came no where near the little dragon. He would protect it and his own body as long as he had. ((OutOfChicken: Remember what I said about the swords neither one can kill each other.))

Neon then started to sneeze as the hay tickled her nose. Atlas saw how scared she was getting from the fighting and lays down next to her. SHe then picks her up carefully and takes her to the barn laying down in a soft bed of hay with her. Atlas was a great mother to her own pups and care for them so much. She would never let anythign happen to Neon. No matter what she swore to protect her. Neon snuggles against Atlas andays on her front paws. Atlas looked as if she was smiling and was licking her to clean her. She had nursed dragons when she was younger for Hito and Noto's mother when she had brought one home but it died shortly after due to their father selling her to the black market. She didn't want that to happen to Neon. She then goes to look outside and goes over to the boys trying to break them up by whimpering. She gives them a sad look and was trying to tell them that Neon was a living creature too and she needed them,. If they couldn't see that then she and Neon would leave. SHe then goes to the barn and lays back down with Neon snuggled into her fur.

Noto realized that Atlas was trying to tell them something but his brother was so hell bent on killing his brother that he took advantage of the fact that his brother's let down his guard. he slashed at him and then cut him on his face. "Never let your guard down to an enemy little brother." "Twelve years........." Hito couldn't figure out what his brother was referring to "Twelve years since mom found that dragon and now you want to do the same thing to this dragon. mmmm? You want to do the same thing dad did?" "What are you talking about?" Hito yelled at Noto. "After that day mom was never they same. Ever since Dad sold that dragon mom had she was crush. She went from not well to worst. Now you want to go down the same route dad went. Well too bad I'm not letting near that little dragon." He was confident in his decision and wasn't goin to change his mind. Hito gritted his teeth then yelled "SHUT UP ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED IN THE PAST!" Hito held his sword over his head and brought it down on his brother Noto saw that his brother was serious then before his brother sword came down he kicked his brother in his shin then ran for the dragon. "YOU LITTLE BRAT!" Hito yelled out at his little brother hopping on one foot he then ran after him.

Atlas then hears them coming closer and when Noto came into the barn She comes in front of Hito and growls though she didn't bare her fangs. She was protecting Neon and Noto. SHe knew life was important.SHe Then barks at Hito telling him to stop and Neon was huddled in a corner of the stall crying and shaking. She was tense and thought she wasn't welcome. So when no one was looking she climbs onto the window and spreads her wings and flies off with Tears in her eyes. THough shortly after she was shot out of the sky by their father and put in a cage. She huddles and had tears in her eyes. She then rams the cage calling for Atlas and Noto. Altlas hears her calling her and comes running hiding behind the house. She whimpers and runs to the cage. whimpers and their father pulls her away saying "No Atlas." Neon looks up at their father scared and just as she was about to cry for Noto,Crystals start forming in her eyes.

Noto and Hito heard the shot then ran towards they heard the shot. Noto was first to reach where their dad was and when saw what his dad did he lost control of his emotions the ran after his dad. Hito jumped in front of Noto "Your not going anywhere..." Noto was starting to lose himself in his anger he then griped his sword even tighter tan usual and swung full force at his brother his brother tried to block it but in his rage Noto was just a little stronger than his brother. The sword flung out of Hito's hands and landed somewhere in the fields. Noto then continued to his father.before their dad could put the gun at the ready Noto already had the sword at his father's throat ready to run him thru with it Hito turned around and was about to stop his brother but Atlas jumped in his way growling at her owner. trying to protect Noto from his brother. Noto looked at his father with rage in his eyes "Release her now Dad or I'll cut your throat with this sword." Noto looked a lot like his mother when he was anger her rage was his rage.

Their father then looks Noto in the eyes and said "Noto, you know that crystal dragons are rare and fetch a big price. If I don't sell this dragon then we may lose the farm." Neon was flapping her wings in a frenzy and roaring trying to get out. She then had crystal tears in her eyes. SHe was not happy aboout being back in a cage. She then looks at Atlas who nuzzles her and whimpers wanting her baby back. Neon nuzzles Atlas back and looks down sadly as their fatehr loaded her into the truck.

"I won't let you take her!" Noto rushes to the car grabs the cage and starts to run off with her while Atlas is trailing behind him. Hito "Father I'm going after Noto get the people from the guild where getting that dragon back." Hito gets on his horse and road after Noto "Noto give back that Dragon."

Atlas then started to growl as she ran. She then stands int front of the horse and startles it maing it rear up and making hito fall off. she then takes off and once they were in the woods Atlas stops with them panting heavily.She was an old girl and wasn't as spry as she used to be. Neon roars wanting out of the cage.

Noto handled Neon with the most care he let Atlas nurse the little baby dragon back to health. Hito grumbled under his breath as Atlas tried to defend Noto and the dragon. He then ran into the woods with out the horse. He shouted out into the open at his brother "I KNOW YOUR HERE NOTO! WE"LL FIND YOU IF IT"S THE LAST THING I DO!" Noto backed up deeper into the patch of tree's and bushes so his brother wouldn't see him. Hito then ran back to where their father was waiting for him with his supplies and more men.

Neon then looks up at Noto and then snuggles into Atlas's fur. Atlas was panting heavily after that run. SHe had breathing troubles and would start to wheeze if she ran too long. SHe was just panting so she was okay for a good while. But if she ran anymore then she might make her lungs collapse and could posibly die from it. She was already old and with a baby to protect she would have to be on gaurd. Neon then lays in Atlas's fur and curls up looking up at Noto. She then roars at him saying thank you. She knew she was causing trouble for him and wanted to repay him somehow.

Noto petted Atlas "Good girl." He was proud that Atlas took his side over his brother's it showed that she loved to take care of the Dragon better then send it away forever. Hito was back at the farm with his father planing on capturing his brother and the dragon both at once. "Father is everything ready for the trap?" Hito asked his father as they laid out their plan.

After a little while of walking Neon was snuggled into Atlas's fur asleep. Atlas was starting to get tired and hungry as well. She then nudges Noto's hand and tries to tell him they needed to find shelter for the night and get some food. Back at the house ther father was getting the supplies needed for the trap

Noto realized that it was getting dark and the he didn't eat at all so he took his sword in hand then slashed down some tree branchs and made a make shift house for the dog and dragon to sleep in "Wait her Atals and guard little dragon with your life." He said to the dog he then realized that something was on the Dragon's leg it looked like a name tag. He looked at the name tag and saw that it had the letters N-E-O-N on them. "So Neon is your name huh?" He smiled then went off back in the direction to the house. "Thank you father." Hito said has he saw all the supplies. He then looked at the sky "Alright we'll start the search in the morning it to late to search there is no moon out tonight so we can't find out way."

Atlas and Neon were inside the makeshift house and Atalas had her tail around Neon like a blanket. Neon was fast asleep and was dreaming. Atlas was on gaurd not wanting to lose her baby. She eventually falls asleep exhausted and let's her hearing take over.

Noto came back from the direction he went in with food and water for Atlas and himself it wasn't enough to last them days but enought to make it to the next town where Noto could "get" more food for them. He was going to protect this Neon if it was the last thing he did. Hito was still slepping but their father was up near the fire of the camp thinking of other ways to punish Noto for disrespecting his older brother and pointing a sword at his own father.
