[EXAM] Savages Survival [Group 5]

See, fate had a funny way of telling you things. For Riyo, it was that she was never supposed to be a superhero. Never. Not in a million years. Riyo =/= hero. Did not compute.

Which is probably why the second time she ran into a building sent her plummeting to the ground. "OH FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-" Poof.

And then she was at Savage's side again. Defeated.

"... Justice can go to Hell." She mumbled before letting her head rest on the ground. Just uh... Needed to rest her eyes while she let defeat crush her soul.

This was...an interesting exam to say the least. Whisper wasn't sure what the other exams had consisted of, but she was happy she got this one. It was kinda bad a**. Especially if she made across all of them? Total bragging rights. Te only thing that could be better is if she had a crowd to bet with. She'd been keeping her gambling to a minimum while at school, but this was just such a juicy situation. Oh well. That's life.

Whisper cracked her knuckles, and prepared herself for her first attempt. This was either going to be the most fun thing she had ever done, or the most embarrassing.

"Oh shiiiiii-" The wobbliness caught her off guard, as she thought it was going to slip off. She would not like to go splat on the ground below. Luckily she managed to climb up onto the rooftop, and brushed herself off. Every body messes up at first right? Yeah, totally. No one is perfect right out of the gate.

She rubbed her hands and took off running for her second attempt.

Another wobbly grapple? Maybe there was something wrong with her hook. She examined it, and it looked perfectly fine. Could it be she just really sucked at this? This was beginning to look like that was the case. Please please please let me pass this... she thought to herself. She desperately didn't want to fail.

With another deep breath, she took the leap for a third time.

Yes! Finally, a perfect grapple! It felt so good gliding through the air with ease. So worry free, this what it must be like to fly. She suddenly became envious of those who can who had wings or were magically enchanted. She then debated how much it would cost for a flying spell....

Whisper had almost forgotten that she was taking her exam. When she landed on the roof top she giggled nervously to herself. Hopefully number four would be just as good.

The Riyo

And then Riyo was transported some how to the roof where Savage and Chuppi were now. The professor looked Riyo up and down with an actual frown.

"I thought you were going to make it but I hate to inform you have failed the exam." That didn't mean she wasn't a year two though. "But you did kick a** for a little bit." She gave the demon a toothy grin.

Next Whisper appeared on the roof top with the rest of them.

"And you failed too." Savage had her hands on her hips. "BUT HEY! You guys looked fabulous~ In those outfits~"

It didn't take long for Chuppi to wake back up from her panic-induce passing out, and the little monster rubbed her eyes as she looked around. The two ghouls from the starting point with her now, so was the professor, and. . . had Chuppi heard the word 'fail'?

Did that mean she failed, or did that mean the other two ghouls failed? Groaning slightly from having been in such a position for a while, the Chupacabra pushed to her feet and blinked up at the trio.

"Um....so..." What was going to happen now? She had no idea.

There was a lot of things that ran through Damien's mind when he saw the slip of paper tucked neatly under his dorm's blackboard. The the test was going to involve boats and/or water. and that he needed to wear a poncho just in case.

and it was like one of those graphic novel situations with the sudden change from day to night and in a place that looked like the seedy underbelly of a halloween city. "Great, where was Roch when I need him." he muttered out before openly gawking at what their test instructor had on and his jaw flew open even wider at the spandex suits that got thrown his way.

They never knew that the owner of the Hell hound cringed everytime he saw a spandex suit at conventions, especially those that left little, and he means little to the imagination.

It didn't take long fro the canine to don the wear, albeit it went over his current attire but the zip gun was something else foreign and creepy. "How do i even use this?" he asked in turmoil as thegun shot on its own toward the rooftops and sent the hound on his way, shaking around as he went. "OH JACK WHY HEIGHTS WHY!?"

The rocky start that sent him careening into that wall was probably not the best sign that it was going well as the solid surface and his face began to have epic superhero makouts. and the act of peeling oneself off from the surface and wobbling over to another building was just as horrible. "Why do super scary heroes have to travel like this?"

He was sure the grapple might have taken damage from the last hit as the hook didn't feel as secure as the last time, and it was enough the have him howling at the moon in the skyline.

Mostly out of the sheer fear of dying a horrible, gravity filled death.

"No, batboil could never take the bus or use his sweet feet, LETS PRECARIOUSLY SWING FROM BUILDING TO BUILDING CUZ ITS SO PAROUR!"

it was safe to say that Damien was not loving the exam, and had to question savage about her opinion in dominatrix gear and sadism from the exam. It was going to have to happen after the exam, that much he decided upon as he cried for mercy from the skyscraper that he narrowly swung around and onto the nearest gargoyle.

And clung to it like taffy to teeth. "Parkour can kiss my furry behind. he missed out in mild hysteria as the test went on, another building, and another year off his lifespan. "and hopefully it does not have to be when I become roadkill!"

The grapple gun took its time, but the ominous rattling seemed to have quieted down as the gun kept firing and the shot got even more secure to the point where swinging was almost easy.

and downright enjoyable. it was a blast! "WHOO I"M THE KING OF THE WORLD" Damien howled out in exuberantly as he sailed from one building to the next, the lights were beautiful from high above and the sky above, vast and wonderful. "I guess this could be a nice way to travel, superhero style."

Now if only they would let us use it on campus. Well, it was worth o shot to bring up to the student council.

But of course, the wonderful sights and breathtaking views was nothing more than a way to distract.

The test was still continuing, and a sudden jerk in the line was a grim reminder to the hell hound. He let out a confused grunt as the line just barely latched on to the stone, dropping the hound enought to remind the buffoon that gravity was still there. waiting. planning. "Ack! the jack?" he barked out as the line helped him ease along toward the next and final building.

it was crunch time, fly or fall. the pressure was high, almost as high as he was up in the air. after a careful and almost audible gulp in the rushing wind, he fired it for the last time and let his body free fall where it would go.

And It flew straight and true, supporting the weight of the pup well as he sailed along with acrobatic flourish in the skyline and the light of the moon.
"THIS IS AMAZING!!" he had no shame in his spandex covered body as he yelled to the sky above and the beloved land below. it was just fun. too much fun. even when his feet hit the flat surface above, he was ready to shoot the gun again, bouncing on the heels of his feet like a scareling on its first trick or treating. "So so, can I go again, huh huh huh?" he asked almost pleading to go again with the puppy eyes in full blast.

Night stared at the large buildings and shielded his eyes as he looked up at them. Buildings? What we're they going to do with them? His tail swished with excitement as he looked over at the teacher with her...odd costume.

When she described the task though, his head cocked with what most would recognize as a Cat's ease. He saw Chuppi and the other feline of the group kill the exam and sighed. Playing with the necklace from Red, he rubbed it for luck and grabbed the grappling hook.

Shooting it, he scaled the first building with ease. Alright, Night smiled. He could do this.

He shot the hook again, aiming for the building and managed to hit the ledge. Testing it, it seemed fine as he headed for the second building. As he jumped from the building he was on, he felt the grappler tug and give. Jack, Jack, Jack.

He hit the building hard and dug his hands in, like a true cat. There was no way in hell he was going to fall off the damn building.

"Almost....got it."
