We were allowed to enter the smaller pyramid but we didn't go in. It was so hot, I thought I was going to melt. A Scottish family actually passed out because of the heat. xd
And after a quick search on Google images, Hunyad castle is probably what I was thinking of.
We're hoping to go to Italy soon, but we're going to Paris again first. I'm doing a GCSE in French, and it really helped last time I went there. I must say, your written English is outstanding. >.< I'm attempting to learn French and Welsh (it probably doesn't help that I'm doing them both at the same time) but I don't think I could ever be that good at another language. :/

Thank you very much! The first time I have tried to understand English was at the age of three, and I've been practising ever since. But, judging by my age, that's not really that long for some. I'm also trying to learn French, but it's not a passion of mine. What I am trying to learn and really want to know is Italian. I've been a few times in Italy and I really like the country and I find the language similar (in certain aspects) with Romanian, but, after all, so is French. xd

I like Italian, it's one of those languages that just sounds very friendly.>.< Also, I usually hate rap music, but my friend showed me an Italian rap song and it sounded really sexy. o.o
I'm learning French, not only because it's compulsory to take the GCSE at my school, but because it has quite a few similarities to English and universities here love people with second languages. I'm learning Welsh because of my cultural background, and because my dad wants someone else to Welsh conversations with. XD Welsh is so different to English though. O.O
I've been able to speak a little since I was very young, but now I'm actually focusing on it more, I'm beginning to realise how abnormal it is. This bloke talks about it in this video. Hopefully you can understand his accent. >.< I don't expect you to find it funny, because I know many people from mainland Europe think our comedy is a bit stupid, but I won't tar you all with the same brush because doing that is wrong. Pehaps you will. ^.^ Either way, it basically highlights how strange the Welsh language is. What with all the mutations and backwards sentence structure. D: He starts talking about it at around 3:00 minutes. XD

You joking? He was brilliant! It was a bit hard to get past the accent, but he was absolutely brilliant! The part with the fried eggs was better comedy than what I've seen the past 5 years in Romania. Anyway, I got the point, Welsh has some weird bits. But I'm sure people who speak Welsh fluently don't realise that it has any abnormalities. Anyway, so is Romanian. We have two possible plurals for nouns, and you mostly have to guess which of them is right. Of course, if you can carry a dictionary around with you, you don't have to guess anymore. Or, for example, I know quite a few words in English which define different things, my perfect example is the word 'plot', as if in the plot of a book or movie. But, we don't have a single word for plot in Romanian. We have to say a whole phrase to express the word 'plot'. It's like every single time we want to use the word, we have to recite the whole definition. It's an annoying language to me, and I sometimes prefer English over Romanian.
Anyway, thanks, that guy made my night! rofl

I think other than the rain that sounds just like America.....

Also the only British people I have ever seen here on holiday were actually in decent physical shape, and one of them was perhaps the most gorgeous dude I have ever seen! (Long perfectly kept straight black hair, long beautifully painted black finger nails, and was very sharply dressed, in awesome goth attire.) Then again I'm told you guys have a much more prevalent sub-culture than we have here where I live....
