Cass was momentarily distracted by the glowing wolf-thing-what-was-it-even.

"Careful! She didn't use that against me when I fought her!" Cass called back to Marcus instead of answering about how she was doing against the Siren, looking back to Israfel and just seeming to be angry. Flat out anger.

Damage: 19 - 6 = 13 x 1/2 = 6.5

Shehk pulled back to look at Israfel, growling and trying to shake the Siren off of her as he held onto her, stilling her ability to attack Marcus properly.

"THEY STRUCK FIRST!" Shehk's voice in lupine form sounded in opposition to the movement of her mouth, rumbling out of her body like she was a God-wolf from Princess Mononoke. "THEY KILLED RED!" she shrieked, stomping her paws and sounding irritated, or perhaps even desperate for revenge.

"IT WAS THEM, THEY DID IT."

"YOU guys started it first!" Cass added along with Marcus, expression hardened as she moved to strike the Siren again, despite the fact that all he was doing was defending the Pricolici that was shrieking and sounding very angry about the entire mess.

However, in the name of Karma, she missed as Shehk shifted and flailed about in an angry tiff.

"If you guys could live without harassing us, we wouldn't exist to hunt you."

It was with great hesitation that Shehk's joints shifted and she shifted back into the more humanoid form that she'd entered the room in, gently patting Israfel's arm and leaning her head against his.

"Okay...okay, I won't fight them this time, but we've gotten run for the next room, Israfel." she urged, not liking running from a fight, but as it stood, all the hunters would do was pound on them while Israfel didn't want to fight back. It was better that way if they were to abscond and then she'd find a more willing partner for her next run of the house. Besides, this was giving her a good idea of how a run through the house would go as a group.

The pricolici and the siren seemed to be out the door Shehk had been playing with before Cass could reach out to grab either of them, just swinging the door open again to see that the room beyond it was not the same as it had been before. She huffed angrily, near ready to throw her weapon on the ground before she turned to Marcus in frustration.

"Goddammit! The house just..and they just.." HRRNNGHHHANGRYNOISE. And then there were ******** protection charms - or as they looked to Cass, Condoms. What did he think they were going to do? Just find a room in the house and go at it??

Still, Cass felt it prudent to hold onto them anyways. She'd file them with her mission report or something.

"That'd be the point of why he threw them at us." Cass retorted on the note of '********' and protection charms, grumbling and nudging his shoulder back. "Yeah...might as well. We're not going to be chasing them down in this place." she grumbled.

Still, she half leaned against him, carefully sneaking a hand over to grab his a** again before she laughed and went running off away from him.
