well taijutsu is awesome.

My bloodline for this character cant use ninjutsu or genjutsu. so cant really help in that respect.

And why choose ninjutsu? At genin rank a taijutsu class is as fast and strong as an average chunin, and can use all the same ninjutsu a ninjutsu based genin can.

Mostly for a more varied village. It just seems that to have a dozen close quarter combat specialists and no one to back them up isn't a good plan.
