I'm a full chinese... But yes we chinese are one of the very special nationalities. We are hard working, intellegent, we don't get fat (normally)and are (usually) good in economics. ^ ^

Nevertheless, there are aspects (yes, even in academia) in which "gwai lo" students do consistantly surpass asian students and that's in arenas of critical thinking.

That's very true. Disposition towards a particular field of study has a strong sociological and cultural aspect but biologically, I think it's safe to suggest the generally held position that we're all the same. Stereotypes are generalizations and sometimes continue in the face of being no longer accurate or valid.

u should proud of that.even we are chinese. english language is a international language.no matter where u go.english still can use.
