"Inheritor to Pluto, Neptune, Saturn, Crow. Cervantes nodded "I agree, its best we be careful from now one." he said and looked at her "Lets proceed." he said and the carriage continued, as did the guards. He looked outside for anything suspicious, he would make sure they got there safe at least.

▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄xx▄xx▄x▄▄▄▄x▄xx▄xx▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ►► Ellianna took a deep breath and looked back down at her hands. She was starting to doubt her decision to bring the Lunar Kingdom into this war. She'd spent weeks, almost months, thinking it over. Wondering about their enemies, thinking of her people... Hopefully the day's journey would pass quickly, the sooner the prince and herself could speak in private, the better.
"Prince Cervantes, I-" Ellianna cut herself off when she heard a slight disturbance in the wind pattern outside of the carriage. Ellianna turned around just in time to see an arrow shoot through the back of the carriage where her head had been mere moments ago. Ellianna's eyes went wide with fear as she stared at the arrow that was now stuck in the rear of her carriage, dripping with poison. "Devion..." Ellianna said just before she looked out the window and saw men clad in bright white armor fighting her soldiers.

"Inheritor to Pluto, Neptune, Saturn, Crow. Cervantes turned his attention to the back and narrowed his yes "Princess, duck now." he said and opened the door door and stepped outside. He stood around the carriage and watched for anything else. His soldiers joined into the fight having no problem taking on the soldiers in white. He looked around for the one she called Devion, he wanted to face this man now and get it over with before this got out of hand. He crossed his arms and closed his eyes and went beyond the sound of fighting for anything different which would most likely be her target.

He had disposed of the footman and since he had been quick enough to change into a Clavatian soldier's armor, no one would mind him coming close to the carriage. He listened and waited for the Lunar prince to exit. Once he did, he sneaked his way into the carriage with a cloth in his hand. As soon as he was inside, he wrapped his arm with the cloth in it around his sister's face and gripped her arms with his left. This was all to easy. "Do not scream."
Ellianna's eyes grew wide as she squirmed against her brother's grasp. And she'd be dammed if she didn't smell the sweetest rose sent on the cloth.
"You scream and I'll chop off that pretty little head right here, right now." Devion was more than positive that the Lunar prince would find him eventually, but Devion had business with the queen.
Ellianna listened intently to what her brother had to say, but by the time he was done speaking, her world was black with the sweet sent of roses lingering in the air.
Devion stepped out of the carriage. He had told the queen what he need to, and now his work was complete... For now. "Move out." Devion's powerful voice echoed through the air as he and his army burst into flames, vanishing from thin air.

"Inheritor to Pluto, Neptune, Saturn, Crow. Cervantes however had heard everything but making a move would put the princess in danger. When the man left and the rest of his surviving soldiers vanished he climbed inside. His men climbed back on his horse and they departed. He didn't say another word and simply looked at her as she remained unconscious. He wasn't going to wake her up to ask her how she felt. She was fine, he heard every word and every noise as it was the only distinctive noise among the battle. He would allow her to rest for as long as she needed. He looked outside and counted his men. He lost no men but the Nibruian guards left behind a ton of corpses. Devion got only what time would allow but now he had bigger problems.

The sounds of trumpets awakened Ellianna. She looked out the window only to realize just where it is she was. The dazed and slightly confused princess turned and looked at her guest. "Prince Cervantes..."
Everything seemed to come rushing back to her. Ellianna suddenly remembered everything that had happened and now realized everything that was happening now. She calmly collected herself and smiled her signature Princess Smile. "Prince Cervantes, I would like to welcome you to Castle Clavantis."

Cervantes kept a serious face on and looked outside "No need for the welcome princess, and just call me Cervantes." he said and stepped outside/ He looked at his guards "Take your positions." he said giving a small wave of his hand as the Niburian guard took their places all over the castle. Cervantes waited for the princes to step out so he could walk with her and keep a look out. He didn't quite like her princess smile because that wasn't a real smile, that was one you only put on for foreign dignitaries who came to do business or something like that. He preferred a smile when someone was actually having fun.

Since the footman was dead, the driver was the one who assisted Ellianna out of her carriage. Upon looking around and taking in her surroundings, a pure smile stretched across her face. The white and gold of her castle walls was certainly a sight for sore eyes. It had been months since she'd left and was ecstatic to see that the Catalyst hadn't destroyed her home.
"Announcing the long awaited return of Her Majesty, Queen Ellianna, and her guest, His Highness, Neo Prince Cervantes Maximillian of the Lunar Kingdom." the voice of the page boomed as the servants, courtiers, and even the commoners gathered and applauded.

He nodded "Lets proceed dear queen." he said "We have much to discuses and a lot of details to go over." he said and gave a slight bow for her to lead the way.

Ellianna gracefully started to glide down the covered outer halls of her castle. The nobles, servants, and commoners quickly started to disperse as she and the prince vanished behind the giant pillars.
"Prince Cervantes," Ellianna couldn't help but speak formally to him, she wasn't quite familiar with him yet. "My military has been fighting off the Catalyst for three years now. We've been able to hold them off in the fields of Clavantis, away from civilization. But lately, they have been advancing, wearing my troops down mercilessly. It has come to the point where I had asked other planets and kingdoms for their assistance. Of course they agreed, but their numbers have diminished as well. We cannot uphold this any longer." Ellianna said as she led the prince into the War Room.

Cervantes nodded "It sounds like a very distressing situation." he said "I will have to place the Niburian warrior on guard duty as this is a very important point, but I will send word to my father to send a crows." he said. He looked around the castle. It was grand, the most wonderful thing he had seen. He nodded to her "You were wise to come to the Cosma kingdom." he said "With out military backing you, it'll take hundreds of years to breech these walls." he said "We aren't only known for the power but for the knowledge." he said. He thought about something "Now, I'm gonna need you to tell me everything about Devion." he said "He's obviously cunning as he had the thought to kill one of your men and sneaking into the carriage." he said.

Ellianna's eyes grew wide for a moment, and then sorrow filled them as she took a deep breath. "My brother was once the heir to the Clavantian throne. He and my father worked hard to uphold this kingdom's good name. Devion was always there with my father, helping him make decisions for this land. But my mother, she would always tell Devion how he needed to watch his tongue. How he needed to act more as a prince and not a king."
Ellianna looked away from Cervantes and down at her clasped hands. "Devion didn't approve of the fact that my mother had more power than he did. He hated being third in power. So..." Ellianna took another deep breath and continued. "He disposed of her. And after my father found out that it was Devion's hands behind my mother's death, he banished Devion from this planet. Thus, Devion took out his revenge on my father, leaving me to reign."
