VAGUE OUTLINE OF INNER KIN PLOTS:
Timorous, By the Roots, and Dauntless function as a tiny family who plant groves around the swamp.
Soft Words and Blurs and Stains are a pair who mostly hang out with each other, Soft Words personally knows By the Roots. Blurs and Stains doesn't know them personally but knows OF them.
Bouquet knows Timorous and By the Roots, she doesn't hang out with them much.
Dauntless knows OF everyone but again, doesn't hang with them.
Timorous knows mostly everyone and Fragile, who appears every now and then.

The Pain in Your Heart (Guilt)... is a pretty perky, bright, and kind kimeti on the outside, a seemingly polar opposite to her brother. This exterior is just a cover up though, something she uses to lead other kin into her traps or to have them do things she wants because really, she's rather malicious doe. Guilt justifies this rather awful behavior by using it to try and help her brother Sting, by either trying to manipulate information or items out of kin when she can that she thinks will help. Rather cowardly, she will hide behind her brother whenever she gets in trouble with others and her cover up is not perfect. Getting her upset generally leads to her losing her exterior and showing her true colors.

Dusk Wave... is silent. Not much of a talker, he's quiet and kind and prefers to watch more than speak. He can appear weak but is a hard worker, trying to earn his keep and not cause trouble. A keeper of secrets of sorts, Dusk doesn't tend to do much but observe and file away, making him far more intelligent then he likes to let on or even put to use, preferring to just be kind and keep on going.

While the sea certainly calls to Dusk (and in fact, he loves the sea more than anything) he's a wanderer in the swamp, a dark figure that goes where he feels and thinks far more than should be good. His feelings are keeping him from the sea, especially his worries about his family and the fact he constantly feels useless and weak. He feels he should be stronger, but doesn't know if he is.

Adores his daughter but keeps his distance. Tries not to be an overprotective dad.

Sunset's Paint... is an artist, a painter to be exact, sunset is always on the go to find some adventure and bring something special back to his art, be it supplies or some experience or another. a bit of a flirt and a play boy, he keeps boundaries in check but can't help but be a tease occasionally, while also occasionally being an airhead. both genders interesting him either way. while he has plenty of experience to bring to his art, he rarely ever paints and as such a painting is always a momentous occasion to him

Reckless call... is unsafe. He embodies his name through and through and spends most of his time exploring(read: crashing) through the swamp in an endless search for something to dispel his boredom. Once he finds something, he'll be on it endlessly until it loses its luster and once again he's gone. Reckless and carefree, he's a bit of a stubborn and spoiled child and doesn't tend to understand the concept that he can't always get what he wants. Bold and loud, Reckless tends to be a flirt and a ladies man, but he is surprisingly less stubborn in this area.

Maybe because he's come to the realization that about half of all the pretty does he's seen are possibly his cousins.

While he has a son that follows him around, Reckless isn't too doting towards him. He loves his son, sure, but he firmly believes that he's old enough to be on his own now and do his own thing and maybe possibly not follow daddy around.

On the same note though, he's never exactly told him to leave him alone and never will.

Breaking Free... is a rebellious teenage daughter, except she doesn't have a dad to really rebel against. Up for adventure and a little clueless, she'll find her path eventually.

Naming dream: Link
Soft Words (Whisper)... is a Zikwa who came to the swamp to learn and explore. Cautious, Whisper makes sure to always think before he speaks or does anything, lest him or Bruise become endangered, as such he is somewhat wary of those he comes upon at first. He has a kind nature though and it is not hard to win him over, so long as you do not give him reason to worry and wonder about your nature. The minute you appear to be plotting something against him or Bruise though, Whisper will leave you without a care. However, he tries to keep this from happening because he wants to believe in the better good. The Zikwa is also rather soft spoken, often requiring him to repeat something multiple times to hear him or for the other kin to come over.
Whisper is a healer and has a vast amount of knowledge on the plants in the swamp and their uses. He tends to those he finds and teaches Bruise (or anyone who would ask) in his spare time, while also collecting knowledge of his own.

Soft Words found Blurs and Stains when she was young and took her under his wing as he adventured around the swamp, teaching her little bits of healing knowledge as he tended to those he could help and acting as a parental figure. The young doe took it upon herself to start helping when they came upon those who needed to be buried and the pair has been together ever since and are fiercely protective of one another as they travel to heal and comfort others.

Soft Words also has a friendship with By the Roots that began when he stumbled upon one of the Kio's groves one day. They struck up a deal that in exchange for Whisper and Bruse's services, they could take medicinal plants from the groves they come across. They kept meeting each other by chance over time and By the Roots eventually dedicated one of his groves to Whisper, full of medical plants for him to take and tend to as he needed. Soft Words only very vaguely knows Timorous through her appearances at some groves he has visited. While they haven't interacted much due to her shyness, he is kind to her as he knows she means no harm.

Personality Summary:
Soft Words (also known as Whisper) is a soft spoken zikwa who came to the swamp to explore and learn more about it. He's a kind and accepting buck once he figures out you aren't a threat and often tries to make others feel better as he goes about his tasks. Intelligent, Soft Word is patient and enjoys learning and teaching all the same. However the buck is not totally without fault and he can jump to conclusions too easily, often leading him to snub those who didn't do really do anything.
Soft Words would work well in the Mothborn as he is extremely driven to heal and holds death in a very high respect. He will follow orders he is given without question and will protect those he holds dear till his last breath, along with working extremely hard to make others better.

Blurs and Stains (Bruise)... has a mildly disturbing fascination with bones, death, and gravekeeping. While creepy in its own right, she'd probably be less unsettling if she didn't talk about how utterly lovely someone else's death was in cheery and upbeat tones. While she's a tad oblivious to how disturbing she comes off, Bruise is a sweet doe through and through and just wants the best for everyone. While she does mainly focus on death, Bruise will talk about other topics and quite often it's not until later she loses friends when she starts rambling about bones. She's a little lonely and insecure due to her general lack of friends and Bruise is all too trusting to someone who appears to want to be a new friend, allowing her to be easily used.
Bruise's fascination with death is not something the doe just admires though. Under Whisper's tutelage, Bruise has a small amount of knowledge on how to identify and use plants for healing and poisoning. She also will bury the dead of those who ask to their wishes, taking care of what very few want to do. These are the very few times Bruise is serious and she very rarely talks except to discuss details that have to be taken care of.

Soft Words found Blurs and Stains when she was young and took her under his wing as he adventured around the swamp, teaching her little bits of healing knowledge as he tended to those he could help. Personality Summary:
Blurs and Stains (Also known as Bruise) is a rather peppy and happy doe who holds a very healthy and high respect for death, bones, and gravekeeping along with it being her main interest. While a tad oblivious to others feelings and too trusting, the doe likes to make friends with others and is rather sweet and hopes the best for everyone. She's also quick to learn and enjoys being taught new things.
Blurs and Stains would fit in with the Mothborn as she holds a very healthy respect of the dead and death, as she used to bury the dead for other kin. While peppy and happy, Blurs and Stains becomes very serious and focused in her work and would follow orders without hesitation along with working extremely hard on her task until it was finished. She is not one to leave a task unfinished and has the patience to finish one till the end.

By the Roots is... somewhat odd. A half breed between a kio and a kimeti, By the Roots is stoic and silent buck who tends to wander the swamp much like his father did. Unlike his father though, who had some charm to his, By the Roots just appears very odd however, once you get past his seemingly tough demeanor the buck is extremely kind and gentle hearted. Down to earth, the Kio has an unusual gift for cultivating plants and he makes small groves of beautiful trees and flowers in the swamp for kin to wander upon. He habitually visits them to do necessary care of them before he's gone again, off to take care of another grove or to start a new one.

By the Roots is very good friend with Timorous, a doe he found staying in one of his groves and was tending to a small patch of flowers that weren't doing well. From there their friendship bloomed and now they work as a team, them both looking after the groves or in Timorous's case, she taking care of them while he plants another few. He has made a small grove in dedication to Timorous, one full of very soft colored flowers and nice smelling herbs and edible things. They are incredibly close, often being advice givers to each other and generally take care of each other.

By the Roots is also good friends with Soft Words, a Zikwa who made a deal with him for medicinal plants. They slowly became friends over time and he has also dedicated a grove to the Zikwa, one full of medical plants for him to care and take of. By the Roots also only vaguely knows of Blurs and Stains, but he knows she is good and will offer his help to her if she needs it.

Dauntless is Timorous's daughter and By the Roots is very close with her, acting as a father where Timorous is the mother. Dauntless holds Timorous's affinity for plant care, so he teaches her about the plants when they move about from grove to grove, and occasionally when he joins her for planting a new one. He usually mediates the rare arguments between the two and they get along extremely well.

Final Sprint... is sweet, spirited, and playful, she'll love you and leave you and if you want, you're free to chase after her again but really she must go. She has no sense of ties or commitment, everything free and flowing as she sprints her way through life and ultimately, to the end.

Name: Timorous
Acquired: Blue bribe, blue bribe!!
Notes: Part of Mother's Club!
Timorous... is a wallflower. Incredibly timid and very, very shy, Timorous finds it hard to make friends, although she wants to desperately. Cheery and kind, the doe is rather knowledgeable and has a dry sense of humor, along with a primarily gentle nature. It just comes to happen that when she tries to talk to others, she finds herself not able to meet their gaze and only able to nervously force out sentences to contribute to the conversation in her quiet tone. It's only if she manages to relax around the other does she find herself opening up, rather slowly like a flower. Occasionally, the doe tries to take bold outings from the groves in the swamp to try and meet others, but the usually end in failure from either her shyness preventing confrontation or simply being unable to find anyone.
Timorous's knowledge is primarily on flowers, mostly on how to take care of and preserve the delicate blossoms. She has a fondness for them and takes a great deal of pride in the flowers she manages to cultivate, among some other small herbs she has knowledge in. She is also rather good with small children, although this skill of hers does not tend to crop up much.

Timorous is close friends with By the Roots, a kio who is the primary caretaker of the groves she spends her time in. He found her taking care of a patch of flowers who were not doing well and from there, their friendship bloomed. She and him work as a team, with him doing the planting and checking of groves while she sticks around to spend more time to maintain their beauty. They are best friends, with them giving advice to each other frequently and he has dedicated a grove for the doe. In return, she occasionally hones her skills to make a crude imitation of her flower accessories for him to wear.

Dauntless is Timorous's daughter and the pair gets along very well, with Timorous only really worrying about her daughter when she runs off on one of her frequent adventures. They're very close though and By the Roots acts as a sort of father to Dauntless, where Timorous is the mother of her. It's very rare the pair argues.

Other Daughter is a wolf that Timorous found in one of the groves who was injured. After getting close and taking care of him, he decided to stick around with Timorous, who loves him dearly. While he spends most of his time with Timorous, especially when she's moving between groves as he acts like her protector, he's been known to go out on runs with Dauntless or By the Roots. He's named for his unnerving similarity to Dauntless, although Timorous figured out he was male long after the fact. He's a rather patient wolf and incredibly protective of Timorous and her family. He does anything for Timorous (that he can understand) without question.

Fragile... appears to be aloof and out of reach, everything you want and nothing you need. Behind that facade, Fragile is a rather skittish, unsure doe. She's afraid of most of everything and is quite clumsy, often injuring herself (mostly when running from made up dangers). When she's not being afraid, Fragile is a poet and loves nothing more than making up rhymes about anything and everything. Her favorite poems often question things that she isn't sure are real or not or are fantastical tales she made up. If she wasn't so nervous, she'd probably speak in rhyme. She often gets closer to others through attempts to gather information through her poetry. So long as one isn't outwardly malicious, she'll probably come near.

Dauntless... is bold. Her mother's daughter in sweetness and kindness, she holds a similar affinity for nature having grown up in the groves that her mother maintains. Where Timorous is extremely shy though, Dauntless holds a boldness and welcoming aura for anyone she comes across. Extremely energized, Dauntless often leaves the groves to run off to another one or to try and find some new kin or other plant to add to the ever growing collection of things she takes care of. However, while similar to her mother Dauntless holds an impishness about her, a slightly devious and trickster side that she shows in small jokes and harmless pranks.
Dauntless is apt at taking care of plants, primarily flowers through her mother's tutelage, but she does have a lot to learn. She's very good at identifying and bringing plants, along with scouting out areas of the swamp that new plants can be placed in, and she's able to transfer plants to other parts and get them to bloom in the new land.

By the Roots is Dauntless's father in a sense. While he's not biologically hers, she considers him to be her father and pesters and runs along with him when he journeys. The pair are close, with him teaching her about plants and other things she pesters him with. He ends up mediating the rare arguments between her and her mother, and she's extremely happy to have him around.

Dauntless has heard of Soft Words and Blurs and Stains, but she has not met them yet at all. She's sure they're fine if they have a grove for just them, but she has no real intention of trying to meet them.
