BlueCowGirl gdapw BlueCowGirl betas male n' female in two containers Big containers? Betas need space. their decent size... i gave them a plant but the plant died so they just have two containers... mom is trying to get me to put em in smaller ones
Okies cool cool, I think half a gallon is the absolute minimum space they need. But I preffer to give animals more than thier minimum needs.
People tend to not treat fish well emo
Hmm no plants. Do they still have cover to hide in?

the male has a tunnel going up for air bubbles... he did have a purple thing but he never went by it to hide in

Fish still have behaviours and bettas have quite intricate behaviours. hmm, its hard to tell if they are happy. But in a regular good size tank, if they are happy they will swim around and interact (normally boss around) other fish. In the natural they live in streams and ponds with leafy cover. Ours back home when resting always rest in the thick of the plants. I have a feeling I will be buying your fish a tank...I really dont think I could live with seeing them in conditions not suitable to what they really need. sweatdrop I would be like putting taff in a kennel and never letting her out.
they live apart with no other fish... the one is like a 3 gallon tank

gdapw Shannon Kyra Liannanon guess it's closer to their natural habitat Do you have them in a real tank, with plants...I mean at least you have a filter. But yep, just because they cant show much response dosent meant they aint a animal that deserves care. People whom tread animals as orniments make me sad emo
Hey! Sushi is talking! yum_shrimp
yum_onigiri plastic plants. filter. tank and you mean treat, not tread?
Fear the Sushi! yum_tamago
