Oh! Thats really good but im not good enough in art to make an opinion.....but if i could i would say work on the shading^^

There's not much to criique but here goes.
I have two suggestions. First, be bold. Use darker shadows and brighter highlights. Your sticking to close near the center. One of the best things about CGing is the smooth yet extremely heavy value shifts you can do. Also, try complimentary shading; shad one color with it's opposite instead of just a darker version of the original. The more colors you use, the more depth you create.
On a positive note, I really like the charecter; or at least what I can see of it. Next time, post up something more than a floating head mrgreen

....oh, my friend said those colors are fine for a HEAD! im not doin no rainbow crap for a head..but thanks anyway....T__________T i hate my lineart ><
