That's what everyone said about Pokemon when it first came to America. It's been almost 15 years. Also, My Little Pony has been around since the 80s, so what you call an "overblown craze" has been a tv show and toy franchise rivaling Transformers (which I also love) for 30 years. Clover_IceQueen Sagebomb Ep 5, I keep wondering is rainbow dash really a dude? He dosent seem like a female. But yeah no change on rank, though due to the lack of feature, top pony goes to fluttershy on that ep
Fans speculate that she's a lesbian. It's fun to think of her that way, but I doubt that will become canon in a show for kids.
I mean we know she is because thats all she is refferered to as. But she seems to talk like a boy, walk like a boy, act like a boy, and just generally is boyish. I wouldnt make the jump from a girl who is very boyish to lesbianism though. I know quite a few girls who are a lot more tomboyish than me. But they are still definitly straight |

Ginhi~kun Really not a fan, but cheers to trying new s**t. I've watched the first couple eps - I'm sure I could watch it but I don't really want to. I liked the country-esque horse chick though from what I remember. Apple Jack?
Indeed, Applejack is the character I like the most atm too, get its not my first choice show, but since im up to date on robot chicken, futurama, american dad, family guy, simpsons, once upon a time, south park and most animated movies that I want to see...its a good filler. |

ShadowedMoonlight I wouldn't peg Pinkie as ADD, just hyperactive. (Either way, I actually tend to get on well with ADHD or really effervescent people, probably comes from being homeschooled together with my severly ADHD brother.) She has tons of good points! She's always willing to help out her friends, doesn't complain, is really understanding and is way smarter than people give her credit for. Her biggest wish in life is for the people around her to be happy, and she dedicates herself to that wholeheartedly. I think that's pretty awesome.
I have nothing against them, as someone who has done quite a bit of work in the outdoor education field, kids with ADD/ADHD actually excel in outdoor education (maybe not acedemically) but thier wonder and energy is a great thing, and given leadership chance do well as well. At the start of the week, the teachers would give us the usual brief, what to what for, who to expect troubles with etc. Often they were suprised that the trouble makers in school, did so well with us, though with the experience it never really suprised me.
but what Im saying is, in my own time, I like to relax, take things easy, focus on specific things etc. Im just not a high energy socialiser, even if I am a high energy leader.
About pinky, indeed she means well, but I would spend more time with applejack and twilight than I would say pinky and dash. (though dash I would do adventure sports with, shes not the sort of person I would probally spend a friday night with) |
