Fair enough. Yep the reason I cant stand watching shows by "survivalists' like bear grills(sp?) is it seems more than half of what they do is wrong gonk and then I hear people talk about how they would use "his skills" to survive and Im like...Aww poor person...they will be dead in a day. Well....more resources for me then.

I've honestly never watched those shows, but I've heard they're full of a lot of bull. :/
That and with the camera crews they're a little...unconvincing that he would actually die out there.

Yeah he does things like...hes wrecked on a island in the middle of nowhere, and he has all the fruit, water and shelter he needs. Then he comes to a cliff...and hes like...I must climb down this cliff/ or find a vine and swing across/ drive off it....and its like....no...really theres no reason to.

Or hes at a place with lots of natural fresh water....and hes like...."my only way to survive is drink my own urine" (I think he just has a fetish for it) etc etc.

LOL okay so this is like the basis of the entire show then.

And yeah the vast majority of reality shows are at least somewhat scripted...
