When the small, exploding spiders were close enough to the men, they would explode, dealing nearly lethal damage to each one of them, causing a few of them to lose limbs, and possibly killing them outright. The spider-like woman then descended from the ceiling with her extra arms set to jab into the heads of the men that avoided his tiny spiders. As she whipped the brain matter from her arms, she and alpha worked together to finish them off using deft blows and quickly executed stabs upon their weakened bodies. Once they were dealt with, he sent kappa away to conserve chakra, and made his way to the next area. Again, he arrived just in time to cut them off. Beta and Alpha flew in almost as if from the walls themselves. The steel and zeal symphony was harmonious with the sound of Toshio's glee, painting a picture of utter annihilation in the minds of those yet to be cut down. He himself was pretty far down the hall, using the element of surprise and the quickness of his puppets to get in a heavy number of early kills on the men. Beta was turning their clothes and skin alike into nothing but shredded tissue papers. Alpha, with her numerous blades including the ones on her arms and legs, was simply overwhelming two or three enemies at a time while pushing them back away from the bombs, and executing them at every attempt given. As they thinned out in number, he made himself visible, taking on a highly intimidating face and laughing maniacally. The men, a sense of fear and foreboding overcoming there comradeship and morale, simply gave up and ran away from him. Toshio unsummoned his puppets and took a quick breather before moving on to the next group.

Theos TL;DRd Kay's entire post, and simply allowed it because brain melting. Kay proceeded to the next group without trouble, but it would be a little while before he reached them, obviously.

As for Theos' spears--as well as Eiji's leap, they seemed to be halted midair. As though an invisible force had kept them from moving further. Because Theos' rods had been stopped first, Eiji had time to notice that the rods were suddenly coated in ice and shattered before a wall of ice took shape in front of them. The strange part? The Hyouton user hadn't moved a muscle. There was more to this than meets the eye. However...there also wasn't much time to consider what had happened. A shower of ice needles would erupt from the wall at Eiji and Theos at rapid speeds, threatening to stab into them from almost all frontal angles.

In response, Theos extended his palm, and from it a plume of smoke took shape. In front of him was the bat summon, Adamus. The man wordlessly readied his bow, launching forth an arrow at the ice wall at speeds nigh untraceable by the naked eye.

Eiji felt himself freeze in midflight and looked around, confused. He felt cold, and his sharingan was picking up chakra everywhere things seemed to stop. Water molecules were freezing. Looking around, he simply formed seals and narrowed his eyes on the group, clamping his arms together. If he couldn't make it clean, then total obliteration was the only other course of action. Large amounts of chakra formed within his hands until it reached a bursting point, launching his arms outward. A supersonic boom rang out and echoed violently within the enclosed chamber. A wave of chakra going a negligent amount over the speed of sound cut straight toward the group of in a long, deadly arc. The force that the wave carried behind it either knocked away or carved through the ice needles like nothing, keeping at the very least, Eiji, safe from harm. That ice wall was going down, whichever way you put it.

When Toshio reached the next bomb site he was feeling the mode for sure. The coming fight would have to end fast or he would risk getting killed because of exhaustion. He got there just ahead of the group and took a defensive position in front of his creation. If the worst were to happen, he had some what of a contingency plan in place. Other than that, however, he prepared to defend this bomb to the death if need be. He would wait to see what he was up against in the coming battle before he made a move.

Unfortunately for the trio, the arrow was too fast--they were all Jounin-ranked ninja, and even with their genetic modifications, they had their limits. The man in the center--the modified Apocalypto--was sliced in half from the arrow and instantly killed. The other two leaped to the sides before a tremendous sonic boom hit the Hyouton user head on. She was unable to perceive it; an attack that was even faster than the arrow had hit her from seemingly nowhere. As she slammed into the wall--quite obviously dead--her bloodied corpse slid off the side of the rock passageway and down into the infinite ravine below.

This left their final friend, the Tendril threading user. He moved his arms out to strike, but was caught unaware when a rather large boulder completely crushed him from above. When Theos and Adamus looked up, the answer was quite clear; the third assault team had reached the final bomb. Instead of disarming it...they detonated it. The entire squadron--including the human puppet controlling them--had been annihilated in a last-ditch attempt to murder the intruders within their space; for a powerful man like Hatsumasa, losing a single lab was nothing. The incredibly heavy, reinforced structure of the area prevented a complete collapse; it was even strong enough to withstand a C3 explosion. Instead, they used one of Toshio's bombs as a tool, knowing full well that the final human puppet squadron could escape. After the explosion--which would surround Toshio in a near impenetrable cloud of dust a debris--he would find that no enemy arrived, and that the place was frickin' caving in on him.

"s**t...we need to get out of here now. Otherwise...we're gonna die in here." Without warning, Theos started a headlong sprint up the twisting pathway out of the pit. With Eiji--hopefully--following behind him, he looked forward to see a monstrous rock smash the pathway in front of them. It was a gap too large to leap, and the risk of running on an unstable wall was...obviously too dangerous. Instead, Theos extended his palm once more, calling forth two more summons. The Lightning Dragon, Tenka, and the Sky Wolf. After leaping onto Tenka--with Adamus and Eiji in tow--the group would begin to fly upward. When they encountered resistance--mainly in the form of huge, falling boulders--Tenka's lightning bolts with Adamus' and the Sky Wolf's arrows were enough to shatter them. What awaited them at the top was--however--much less forgiving.

You glory hogging attention whores! Toshio called as the explosion went off. The assholes had actually managed to cause his bomb to explode without his needing to blow it up. This... was actually a first. The explosion sent him to the ground. He got up, coughing up his lungs and pulling up his shirt to cover his nose and mouth. He looked up to see none other than the single most OP thing in the world since the Veritas: a falling ceiling. Toshio had to get a running start and dive before being crushed by a rock. His puppets were gone now, kappa having been blown up, and alpha having luckily been unsummoned, so he didn't need to worry about them being destroyed. He ran at the rock and leaped to the top of it, and as another large chunk of ceiling fell he jumped to the falling rock while it was in mid air and used the height to jump over and out of the cloud, landing just outside of it with a heavy "thud" and a roll. He got up and brushed himself off, ignoring the falling walls for a second, and began walking towards the giant hole that led to the bottom of the pit. Toshio saw the arrows flying straight up and destroying the rocks. The arrows looked like the light ones used by his ally. Thinking little, but thinking fast, the puppeteer sprinted forward and leaped off of the hole. The man saw his allies flying upwards to meet him. He had to be careful to avoid arrows and he was pelted by some smaller ones, but otherwise he was okay by the time they met. He would grab onto the back of the dragon, and after sliding backwards a bit, he lost his grip and began to fall. At the last second, with one hell of an adrenaline rush, he caught onto the dragon's tail and as the group rose he made a handseal near his face. Well, it wasn't a total loss I suppose. he would say. Once the group were just out of explosion range, the other two C3 explosions would go off as well, increasing the amount of chaos and destruction.
