Being at an international university, there is naturally quite a wide range of people - however Asians, be they India, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese .....(the list goes on..) we take up a disproportionately large amount of the student community.
We're lovely people around ourselves and I do like hanging around with the Asians, myself HK chinese, with the HK ppl. Yet one thing that just really gets on my nerves is how ethically suffocating the Asian community is! The Chinese Society and the HK Society is distinctly elitist.
It puts the rest of the school community off - especially when HKers have a serious lack of basic social ettiquette! (Really saying hi is NOT THAT DIFFICULT!) Oh and another thing! When I'm with my international friends, some of them don't even have the courtesy to switch to speaking to English when talking to me!
So yeah, me and my chinese community - it's a love and hate relationship! xd

There are 2 half-tai girls in my grade. Other than that, I know of no one else.

the asain girls in my school intimidate me... but that's because they're all smarter than me xd

hmm I am the only asian in my grade there are threee more chinese people some foreign exchange students three froma thailand oen from korea and well there are twic adopted sisters and another asian girl there was vuie of last year

My elementary school was 82% Asain. x_X
Dunno about my current school though, but this school is probably about 50% Asian.

I used to goto a school like that.
Toronto ish a very asian populated city. But it wasn't always a picnic in the park, all those new comers were friggin' annoying. @_<

82% Whoa..
That's a lot!
When I was in elementry there was only 10 asians out of a population of 720.

i wish i had more asians in my school
my school is about 10% asians, which isn't much in a school of around 1000
(was encouraged by niph to stop by 3nodding )

-sigh- We don't have a lot Chinese People at my school either.
Together, I've seen 5 of them, includes me. A lot of us are Asian, but mostly around Philipeeeeins.

11% of my school are asians,,,of those asians, 2 of them are chinese(including me), about 5 are vietnamese,,and the rest are from phillipines...

In my school of about 500 students, there is only one other full asian student in my grade. There are 2 new Korean exchange students and they are in a grade below me and in a grade above me... There are about 5 half asians in my school and that's it...

my school is mostly all asians. my old school had very few asians.
