With an additional five control one can control this bright glow to make the light flicker, using it as a code or a signal. An additional five power allows the user to create a flicker so bright it can disable anyone who looks directly at him for a post.

Description: This technique makes a simple clone of the shinobi however unlike the standard bunshin, which is a genjutsu, this bunshin takes an actual physical form through the use of electrically charged chakra. One can easily touch and hold this clone like it was in fact an actual person, however when it is attacked it quickly disperses into smoky, hot air. It is also able to attack using taijutsu, however it's ability to attack is around 1/10 in perspective to the user, in return for this weakness it's attacks deliver shocks of electricity to the opponent's body.
Seiteki Suji no Jutsu (Static Strings Technique)
Description: This skill allows the user to create strings of electricity that can either act physically as strings, or as a medium that can send small shocks to an opponent. One of this technique's most useful features is its ability to allow the user to detect outsiders. When the strings are placed around an area, they are often fairly difficult to see, and unnoticed by the quick eye. But when the string is used to detect outsiders, they can adapt a quality that is string-like and electrical at the same time. This quality makes the static strings into a string of electricity, but with such a weak current that it is rarely noticed by Shinobi who accidentally walk through the strings. However, when this happens, the user at once will feel a small shock in their fingers, or where ever else they are keeping the strings intact. But unless the opponent felt the weak current as they walked through the strings, the opponent will usually never know the strings were there. But beyond its ability to detect outsiders, this skill can be used as a normal string when it is needed but none is around, or it can be used to create small shocks to other people. However, the shocks are only a little bit stronger than static electricity, and usually do no damage at all.

Description: While not necessarily a technique that must be taken, most Cloud-nin are taught this at the Academy. As most know electricity in general is a deadly and somewhat scarce element, generally one could only collect the necessary electricity necessary to perform techniques if they were fighting in the middle of a thunderstorm, or near an electrical source. However current training standards in the academy show how a cloud-nin tends to make electricity through the use of chakra, turning most Cloud-nin in to human capacitors, technically. The process is generally quite painful and requires about 5 months of mental and physical conditioning to resist the charges you activate onto your body. As it is written, this technique is optional. A person who doesn't take this skill will generally feel pain when even performing their own electricity based techniques, also one who tends to take this ability tends to notice that minor shocks generally do not hurt them as badly.

Manataru was born in the village hidden in the mist, his father being a ex-main branch member and his mother a farmer, one day on a escort mission to the mist village,Manataru's father after completing his job, he ended up being ambushed and injured in the woods, it was then that his to be mother Yuki who happened to be passing by found him and brought him back to her farm house before tending to his wounds, and so for the next two months fujimoto stayed bed ridden at Yuki's home. taking his time to heal as the two became close and eventually fell in love. once healed Fujimoto proposed to her and decided to bring her to his village for her to live with him.
Finally back at his home in the leaf he introduced his fiance to his father the present head of the clan and was surprised when his father right out told him he was against it and to find a female hyuga to wed instead of some outsider farmer girl so as to greater strengthen the main branches blood line, however Fujimoto refused until the two almost went and had a all out battle ultimately ending with Fujumoto leaving from the Hyuga clan.
Soon after leaving his Fujimoto, would end up as a personal guard for a small village on the outskirts of the leaf while his wife became a dancer for the village head, and two years afterwords, his wife Yuki would become pregnant with his child and soon gave birth to Manataru. Manataru would live a normal life throughout his time in the castle since it had been in good relations with the leaf and fearly close at the same time.
However One day, when Manaturu was around five, the castle and small village attacked as most of the persons there were slaughtered without mercy by but a single group of three ninja's until finally they had reached the castle, his father was the very first to fall right before Manataru's eyes, as the bloody slaughter began, until finally all in the castle were dead.....all except for him of course, who because of his mother was able to survive when she had taken his attack and died right on top of the small boy causing him to cut himself away emotionally from the world.
Soon enough he was found and was brought to konoha were he was privately put as a guard as well as playmate for the late village leaders daughter that had lived in konoha and was lived in the small house with her living a rather dull life with his only time leaving the mistress's side being when he went to the academy until about ten years later, he was taken by his grandfather and made to live in the Hyuga clan home as a side branch member

Looks: A cyan haired boy, rather slender but obviously strong. He wears a black vest top with white shorts that are decorated with cyan TRON circuitry designs (shorts only). He wears a t-shirt-like jacket with no zips or buttons that is the same as the shorts, white with cyan TRON circuitry. His shoes are a hybrid of trainers and boots, and use a lightweight, titanium sole.
Personality: He's usually a rather calm guy that can overreact quickly, but this overreaction is lost in the heat of battle. He doesn't seem to condescend nor seem weak in return, and holds respect for those who earn it. Nindo: Sand is like life, you only have it till its gone.
Background Info: For many generations, the Irlagasi clan was known throughout the sands as the masters of genjutsu, often turned to when training new and even experience genjutsu users in times of need. However, There was always talk about which side of the family was strongest, the north side run by the head of the family or the south side run by the younger brother of the head. Many thought there side was better but none had wanted to see what would happen when a young member of both side engaged each other in combat. The fight lasted over a hour, blow being exchanged by jutsu and sword alike before the two heads interrupted the match, the death glare of hell from below staring at each of the youth and the words that started the worst war of the clans history were uttered "If this is how it will be, your on!"
The war of the hidden sands as it was labeled after all was said and done was a brutal reminder to those who lived that power can often be a tool misjudged but its effects were felt even after this was stated. the south had closed it gates to anyone from the north, many even left the clan in fear the name was tarnished and lead to the greatest loss of the clans history, the death of the head. The clan fell to pieces after this was done, even the south fell to its knees but one man, Argos Irlagasi lead a group of the straglers who still believed in the clan to the current sand village, Sanagakure and setup a new home.
Over two decades passed, twelve years after Argos's death and the clan now called the sandy village of Sanagakure their home but there was never to be true peace within the clan. The new head, Izo Irlagasi had been wed since the fifth year of their arrival and had bore a child from this marriage but some feared this"child" was a problem in the heir line to become the head so a number of the clan just vanished one night and hid away, waiting till they knew the child was ready to see her family's legacy fall and the "true" leader raise up and control the clan like the original head had done so many year before.
Those who had left that eve had not long to wait it seemed, cause it seems someone jumped the gun and took care of the head permanitely because on the seventh day of the ninth month of the fourteenth year aniversery of Argo Irlagasi's death, Izo Irlagasi, current head of the clan was found dead inside his residents with his wife no where to be found and the ten year old Akira unconsious in her room. Izo's death set off some alarms but not enough to see what would come next, because with Akira being too young to take her father's place as head of the clan and the only other person who could missing, the regenade Biosko took charge from under the clans feet.
Only a little under a year has passed since these events, the clan no where to be seen but the heir herself now has to relearn her own life as she take on the task of being genin and proving to her own, if she ever finds them again, that she is ready to be the head of the clan even with her newly acquired mmetal limbs and a sign of trouble to come...

Description:The sword known as Sand's Revenge was originally forged under the orders of Sanro Irlagasi, the 2nd generation clan head of house when he noticed many of the younger members were having a hard time mastering their genjutsus. This sword, filled with a pollen of a rare desert flower known as the "Red royal" had the ability to amplify the use of genjutsu either by touch of skin or eye contact if the opponite had been effected by the pollen that was released in slow ammounts by chakra from the user but had barely any physical use as a weapon due to the metal it was forged from being three times more brittle then common copper and that any genjutsu used on another genjutsu user of a higher rank can be less effect or even fail at the start.

Description: The blade of hidden sand was made not long ago for Akira when she had to get a mechanical arm to replace the loss of the right arm and had this blade installed as a way to fight those who were weapon-based ninja and to fight people her genjutsu was unable to effect. The only major downside to this blade is it consumes 3 chakra per post active, can only be active for 5 post at max at this current point and the blade has a weak-point at its base that can be shattered with enough force.

Background Info: For what Sarah has had for a life, she has always been unsure if she was… normal and she had good reason to be considering that her clan was born from a bunch of scientist that wanted to try and making the perfect being based on a failed plan of a origin clan but really didn’t bother her too much anymore as she had always planned to show-up this Akkimiku clan regardless of being the first clan or not.
The thing was though, Sarah lived on the outside, in the world of real people and things which put the scientist on edge as they wanted to control her growth and development cycle from start to finish so around the age of eleven, they made a attempt to force her back into a lab for the remainder of her childhood to make sure she understood she was just a experiment, she wasn’t a real person needed to be well grounded if she wanted to succeed in their world.
Their attempt unfortunately failed though… Sarah was tired of being considered a thing instead of a person and in a fit of rage the scientist didn’t see coming, she ran off into the woods behind her holding room in the outside world, sending the scientist on a wild goose chase that ended in failure of her being recaptured and Sarah ultimately left behind all her support of her mom and dad, even if she only seen them maybe 12 times her whole life due to massive restrictions on visitation in order to make each child independent at a early age.
Sarah now finds herself at a crossroads between what she is and what she could be, take up residents in the sound village as her home but unsure if she made the right move that day… She hopes to be the best ninjutsu user she can so that she can maybe one day return back to that lab and save her family.

Strength: CHAKRA -- The Ninjutsu Class has the most chakra out of any, an additional 20% of chakra to their reserves.
ELEMENTS -- Unlike all other classes, this one starts off with two elements. And, at Jounin rank, it obtains a third element. This gives it the most diversity and utility; as well as the most combination elements. It makes them one of the most unpredictable classes.
HANDSEALS -- Because of their great control of the elements, they can use shortcuts and simplifications of seals and reduce the time needed to use seals greatly.
Weakness: STATS -- Very average stats. Unable to compete at all with the physical classes. Since they rely so heavily on ninjutsu, classes with high amounts of speed can easily counter them by simply dodging their jutsu.
NINJUTSU RELIANCE -- Enemies with high defense against ninjutsu and good chakra conservation can easily wear down this class. Without their ninjutsu, they're pretty easy to fight, so if you can take that out of the game by intelligently defending against it, you have the advantage.
