I'm actually trying to cut down on my snack foods sad

At least until I start running again. Which should be Monday.

I should get back into working out and the eating no sweets things... or maybe just leave the my sweet/junk eating days for the weekends.

I can now tolerate and enjoy certain types of shellfish (I never used to be able to do any kinds of shell fish), and yeah cant really think of many examples on hand.

I liked any kind of fish as a kid... no I won't try any of it. Anytime I go to try it I get nauseous.
