Dodge System Obviously, Pokemon can dodge attacks, You have a specific limit of dodges and the Difficulties of dodging them. 1. You are Limited to 2 dodges per battle, so use them wisely, A word of advice to be fair, As you get higher and level, it gets Easier to dodge attacks from Lower level Pokemon fighters. Say if you were a level 50 fighting against a level 1, you can instantly dodge that attack.
I would say a novices range of rank is to fight players from range 1-6.
2. Attack scale Generated between a random Number scale, this can determine the damage that would. It can be Very affective, Affective, or not affective, or Really not affective
Then i would limit the amount of Pokémon and ball they can carry, and also, Randomize the way they can find wild Pokémon
I would Create a rank scale
this scale is important because it decides if you are strong enough to be a gym leader.
Or if you can possess a legendary pokemon
another thing to note is that i would create a tournament arena to give the Pokémon trainers a chance to get better or gain Exp like in the game, or have both
