This is a . . . I'm a horse. A female horse.
(( Kelpie mare! )) Owain provided helpfully, utterly pleased to be in an actual school setting regardless of their form. He was practicaly thumping about his hunter's mind with glee.
Jack was not amused with this, science or not. But it would do.
He slunk into the classroom and was greeted with every other holiday's propaganda like stilllife bursts of color. Up ahead he saw Mimsy's golem, though two hunters surrounded by teenage creatures didn't make him feel very secure. Still, if he was careful, everything ought to go okay, even though the techs had warned him that these golems weren't the sturdiest of things.
Jack moved to the back of the class so that he could observe its inhabitants, utterly fascinated. For one, their professor looked like an anthropomorphized snake and was . . . cowering behind her baskets. Alright. There were all sorts of species here that he was dying to take closer looks at, never having gotten the opportunity before as his exploits had been limited to the facility and the madness reigning there. Hopefully this was as good an introduction into Halloween social life as any.
The kelpie's tail swished as she took her seat, ears swivelling around just to get used to the mechanic. There were bits of kelp woven into her dark hair like a ribbon that Jack longed to clean out, but his partner warned him against tampering with any part of their disguise. Jack instead delegated himself to merely staring at everyone a little too intensely, hands clasped over the desk.
"You look like you've seen better days," she said to the werewolf nearby, her voice a little deeper than most.

Hadiyya had made herself a promise to attend more classes, and she intended to keep said promise this time around. Much to her delight, the first class to present itself to her was one that revolved around the other holiday worlds. Having been to one, Christmas town, she was keenly interested in this topic.
So she arrived promptly, and she slipped quietly into the classroom on bare feet, weaving between desks, until she could lay a hand on Marosa's shoulder before offering a peck on his cheek. Grinning, she took a seat to his immediate right, and turned curious eyes down to the rabbit sitting on the desk. "Interesting." She liked chocolate, but there was something about it that had her reluctant to take a bite.
--------------------------------
Seiji arrived, hands in pockets, and offered grin to the marid before claiming a seat near the back and slouching down in his chair.
He didn't even really look at the rabbit before grabbing it up and taking it's ears off in one bite. The rest followed suit, gone in one solid chomp.
---------------------------------
Jory didn't touch the rabbit. He didn't greet anyone. He just sat quietly at his desk and pretended to be invisible.

If there was one thing to cheer Olivia up, it would be classes that might promise field trips - even though there was clearly nothing on the sign to indicate they would actually go anywhere. But it did reference other places, and the ghoul was rather fond of venturing to far off places. And it was a class with Miss Selene, which was always fun.
So, she showed up in her usual quiet manner, frilly dress and all and made a happy sort of noise when she saw the decorations that greeted her. And just sort of stared at the chocolate rabbit that she found on the desk she decided to occupy - which was around a nice cluster of a students. The wight had no intention of eating it but oh did it look neat.
- - - - - - - -
While she didn't like trips nearly as much, Maple still found herself venturing into this specific class. It was either go in herself or get dragged in like last time, so might as well do it herself.
She gave a passing glance at what had been put up before she found herself a seat. And what looked like rabbit made out of chocolate in front of her. Maple made a face as she reached out and turned it over a few times, humming to herself before she placed it back and scooted it closer to the corner of her desk. Might be tempting to nibble on it, but maybe later. Instead she spared a glance at the rest of the room to see if there any others she knew, and found... a few it seemed.

A pair of hooves clacked as a tall figure entered the room, hair tied up with a blue rose and green kilt fluttering about as he entered the room in search of his dearly beloved Sloth-baby. Barth didn't go out to classes often, but when he did, Calder liked to trail behind. Offer assistance when he needed it. Protect any horn damage in case of explosions. The usual.
When he entered, he beamed at the slouched figure in the desk and started to walk over - until he saw her.
Ears back, Calder paused, looking over at the strange kelpie he had not seen before. Recent transfer?
He was worried it was from his clan, but then again, maybe it was another clan. Rival clan? Rogue?
Not recognizing the kilt pattern, he slowly started to walk to her and stomped a hoof. "I never saw you before." He flicked his tail. "What clan do ya hail from?" He asked, cautious and wary that they might be a rival.

His eyes narrowed, thick brows knitting together as he turned to face her, his elbow propped on the desk, giving a hard growl at the toothy rabbit to back the jack off. It clearly got the hint as it just sat there with its mouth full of teeth, but did not budge to go for the elbow that was now on its surface. Well, technically, it should be considered his since it is currently his desk. Darn thing has residency though... Whatever.
"Doesn't matter who I am." He growled, the question stinging him. His defensive walls have been constructed a long time ago and are becoming thicker now that he was in a social environment. What was he going to say? He was from Cocytus? He was. He is not anymore. He was from the Amityville, he was from the demon dorms, any student who wasn't stupid would already know that from just deduction.
Uru gave her an up and down, his eyes remaining their vibrant gold and blue, a soft rumble roiling in his chest as she scooted closer. He was the one who invaded personal space, but when others tried, it ended poorly for them. "Lets just say s**t happened and where I came from is no longer a topic of discussion."

TG looked at the bandadge and slowly up at her. It wasn't like most demons to even carry bandaids, let alone offer them.
Ghouls are so nice. He thought.
Then because that sounded girly, he continued. She so has the hots for me.
"It's just a scratch." He tried to blow it off, but slowly took the bandaid with his claws and started to fiddle with the wrapping. Once on, he looked at it. Purple against red. It worked.
"Well then, if you are still lonely tonight, I can keep you company all night looonngg." He sat up on his desk top and looked at her, mindful of keeping his heart-tipped tail away from the rabbit.
"Halloween already rules supreme. Everyone else is just renting space."
His ears went back and he narrowed his eyes, flaring his nostrils. "I'm Calder. Used to be from Devon. Not anymore. I have my own clan. Made myself, and there isn't nothing wrong with the way I talk." He huffed back at her and then leaned down to look at her.
"I haven't seen your plaid before. Are you a rogue or some smalls off the coast?" He wondered, looking at her clothes and the kelp in her hair. Maybe a smaller river? He couldn't be sure.
Looking at Barth and Zar further off, he decided he'd park himself right next to the ghoul to continue talking with her before class started. "Is that boil yours?" He asked, noting how she had moved closer to him.

"Yes, good sob story," she grumbled at the werewolf. "Haven't heard that one before. Hello, fellow runaway, nice t'meet you, too. Let's both have less than shite days, huh."
Only that was proving less than possible as the other kelpie was choosing to sit right next to her. God damnit.
(( The term here is Jack damnit, )) Owain corrected him, chortling.
She shifted in her seat uncomfortably, picking at her plaid skirt. Clan designations? It looks just like another red and blue clothes pattern to him. "Sorry," she said to Calder. "Just got here, really big place, nobody to talk to." She followed his glance at the pair of demons, a little unsettled. Hopefully they wouldn't follow suit and join them.
"No, not mine. He's just having a bad day too." She pulled her arms closer to her body, trying to create as much space as possible. "I'm, er . . . Molly. Dubliners Clan."
