Watchful eyes flickered to the blonde approaching her and remained locked with his as he approached, making it clear that she knew of his approach. she thought as she ended her string of humming with a small lilt up and then remained silent, waiting for the response that was probably going to come. If he said nothing, then she would. After all, she was awfully curious as to why he chose to approach her.
Ah, but his question was not as interesting as she had hoped. Boring and typical. He was probably going to tell her to leave like the others that had asked her why she was in the kage's office. She waved it off with a "Because I feel like it," as she had done to the others who had come to ask her the same question. Her eyes drifted away from Orias's face and down to the magazine she was holding. Her humming resumed. Despite her wholeheartedly carefree appearance, she didn't actually think that the conversation was done. She just wanted the nagger to leave, and the best way to do that, she had found, was to make her disinterest clear.

Orias chuckled slightly at the girl’s response to him before she buried herself back in the magazine she was intent on reading, or was intent on seeming interested in. ”That’s still not answering my question.” A playful smile forming on his lips as his eyes narrowed slightly. If this child wanted to pretend to be interested in her magazine she should had hidden her eyes earlier. It’s easy to feign annoyance but hard to mask curiosity and he had seen that as her eyes would lift from the magazine before he had walked over to fall on other people, scrutinizing them like a politician storing potential information. ”Let me ask again then, to see if you understand it this way. Why did you choose the lobby of the office as your perch? There are so many interesting places to watch human beings progress through the stories they call their lives and you chose the lobby of the Amekage’s office in the middle of the day.”
He stood up and pulled the magazine out of her hand and flipped through a few pages himself before an article appeared detailing a story on an older male who had recently become successful in setting up the most successful bar in their village. “Here lies a person who is a recent success but I wonder what they do in their time outside of the bar? Do they play games with their children, laugh as they all eat together, and plant tender kisses on her wife’s cheek or is he something much darker. I wonder if he’s ever beaten one of his children until they started screaming for mercy.” Orias closed the magazine and placed it on the table behind him while crouching down in front of the small girl and whispering lowly now. ”That’s the sort of information you find late at night in the alleyway. The words you hear under the sheets of a lover’s bed. Things you see in the streets as people walk by each other. There are so many interesting places to see people truly live and instead you have chosen the lobby of the Kage’s office. A place where people put on masks and pretend to be as good as the gods they worship. So, why did you choose here?” This places were much more interesting he knew, but much more dangerous. When you went to places like this it was to see things that were kept secret or a reason and should never be shown and never loosed. Her explanation could easily turn her into a source of newfound curiosity but if she didn’t respond appropriately….well night was coming soon and his hunger was ravenous.
the girl glanced up from the magazine she was pretending to read, . While she looked up at the very nosy blonde--not like she had any right to call anyone nosy--her magazine was snatched right out of her hands. Not like she really cared anyways. Her humming had stopped now that it looked like that this person, unlike the rest, wasn't trying to kick her out for loitering around the office, which left the question of why he was talking to her.
Correction: Why he was talking really sketchy to her. She frowned at first and then her eyes opened wide with a combination of, and, but generally, the over-arching thought was, The culmination of her thoughts were voiced by the response, "EW! Gross! I don't want to know about all that! Who the hell would?!". While talking, her face had formed into a frown once again. Okay, maybe the curious side of her would have liked to known, but her sense of ethics and just the general surprise of hearing so much... unsavory topics in one sentence threw her off-guard and triggered the reflex of objecting.
Shocking the teen would reward Orias with the answer he wanted, though, because immediately after denying that she would want to know anything that Orias had suggested, she came out with why she was at the office, "People's private affairs are their's. I just like watching interesting people, and interesting people tend to congregate in the kage's office. Duh!". After giving the self-righteous lecture, the teen turned around with a "hmph!" and a pout. She no longer had the magazine to pretend to be distracted with, but she was still free to be very interested in what was happening at the other side of the room.

-Timeline- The rain....it never stops.....thats what makes the sky a work of art. People don't experience the true beauty that it comes from. Even if it left the skies Grey. It had happened again, the same time, the same place, and the same rooftop. Grey had awoken from his sleep, which had consisted of sleepwalking late at night. Only thing about it was that the dream was different, there was a strange owl and a bat that circled over him before he was blasted with the light. The dream was longer, and after the blast he found himself blindly following Childrens laughter until he woke up, right in that spot he was a good week ago before that whole bandit issue. He stood up clenching something, it was a neck accessory which he put around his neck before heading off to the kage's office. Standing off the rooftop, he sat down as he was well aware she knew of his presence being on the roof.

They cannot fly, but instead as stated, hover a few feet off the ground. [Bloodline] - [This for That] The Walker can shift their own stats, moving 2 points from one stat to another. For example, if the Walker moves 1 point to speed, he loses 1 point of strength. This can be swapped in battle, but has a 2 post cooldown every time it is done. It was then Orias struggled with a choice: should he kill her or not? Part of him really wanted to, it craved it. Here sat a girl, at least a hundred years younger than him, sassing him acting superior. In essence, she was nothing more than an animal that a member of his tribe had conquered; that Kya had conquered. If this was the north she would be died right now, her scream silenced as he consumed every last drop of her blood and her corpse sagged to the floor. Nobody would question his action because it was natural. However, he was no longer in the North. He had to exercise a leash of control in his actions towards the civilians of this country. While he doubted Kya would kill him for journeying down to see her, killing members of her land would result in his imprisonment and likely his death. He glanced at the small girl his eyes dancing with the golden light of the room. ”Be interested in what you may and disgusted in what you like, I merely gave you the information that might be of use to you. Apply it as you will and have fun in your cases.” Orias slightly tilted her head up with his right thumb and gazed deeply into her eyes. How he wanted to feed on her blood, but in time he might find a more suitable person. Turning on his heels, Orias slowly walked out of the building hoping to find entertainment elsewhere.

[Timeline] Cecil came out of a side room in to the lobby sighing in relief that the man left peacefully. "What a creep, you ok Miss? " In truth he had been there the entire time making sure the man didn't decide to do something stupid. He had that kind of look in his eyes and the way he talked well it was obvious he was no stranger to murder. The girl seemed in her teens maybe early teens, hard to tell. She couldn't be much younger then himself as he was 16."Hey by the way watch out for that man, it'd be best if you didn't ever talk to him again. He's the kinda man that would kill you without any thought. In fact to be sure whenever you decide to head out I'm going to accompany you, just to make sure he doesn't try something. Ahh but where are my manners, my name is Cecil Raiken."
In truth he was worried about that man even being in the village but Kya must have her reasons he supposed, hopefully he would be kept on a very short leash. Cecil would accompany the girl home then have one of his animals keep watch over her, it was better to be safe then sorry. Still he would have to have an animal watch that man as well, too many things could happen if he was not watched.

The Flight Transformation gives the User large reptilian wings(pterodactyl-like). The lighter body gives the use +1 speed . Due to the wings, the User is capable of mid-air combat.
• Water: This element is adapted into the blood and cells of the clan, giving them enhanced healing and regeneration ability. Small injuries are instantly healed. Large cuts or external damage in two. Broken bones will set and heal in three posts. A lost limb in five. The little miss jumped when a ninja suddenly addressed her from out of nowhere. She stared at this new person with wide eyes all throughout his lengthy introduction. Still a bit shocked, she found herself just going with the rhythm Cecil had set, "H-hello, my name is Aki Moritama," but quickly recovered. With a slight shake of her head, she regained her strong character and, with both hands on her hips, declared, "Thank you for your offer to walk me home, but I'm perfectly fine with taking care of myself. Besides, I don't plan on leaving this office quite yet." To prove her point, she settled herself further into her seat. She continued blabbering, "Not to mention, he's a village shinobi, right? There's no way he'd kill a law-abiding citizen of his own village." She was absolutely certain in the correctness of her own words, and she showed that confidence. Plenty of ninja were weird in the civilian girl's opinion but they were all considered normal. This was just one of those weird but normal ninjas. In hindsight, she had to admit that he was actually pretty interesting.

[Timeline] Cecil listened to her being polite he didn't like to interrupt people when they were talking. When she finished that's when he spoke."Aki Moritama eh, well that's a cute name. Its fine if you don't plan on leaving anytime soon, I'll wait it happens to be my day off anyways." He went and sat down next to the girl wondering if she even realized where that guy was from, its not like he didn't make it obvious the way he talked. "Normally you would be correct, however he is no village shinobi. He is a barbarian who Lady Kya has a collar around, the man is no better then a dog. None of the barbarians are, and just like a dog they can be unpredictable. Some dogs have known to bite the hand that feeds them aka their master. The chance for a dog to attack its master increases if the said dog grew up a stray and had to fight since it was born. That man would have killed you if one I was not here to step in just in case and two if you had been somewhere less visible. If he thought he could get away with it he would have killed you. Just as if a dog thinks it can get away with snatching food off the counter"
Cecil sighed now that he had gotten that nasty little business out of the way. He couldn't blame the girl for thinking all was fine, she simply didn't know any better. "Anyways so is this all you ever do? Watch other people? I would think a girl of your age would be with her friends worrying about boys and makeup."

Observant as she was, of course Aki suspected that Orias was of barbarian origins, but in all truth, she neither had enough proof to be certain of it no nor did it really make any difference to her.
Never any good at keeping quiet, Aki let loose some mumbled mutterings about the pot calling the kettle black. Then, in a clearer voice, she bit back with the reply, "May I ask what you're doing here Mr. Ninja? I would think a boy of your age would be spending his free time worrying about what girls think of him and sports." For all her sass, though, she did answer his question, "Why wouldn't people watching be interesting? Especially with ninjas? On the training grounds, you guys are always practicing some flashy elemental display or other. Even in the office, I get to see all the different ways you guys dress up. Like, for instance, your tattoos. Normal people don't go around with tats on their faces. You all have your super unique weapons, too. Oh, and there's always that one guy who's trying to go by unnoticed even when everything is perfectly safe. Not to mention, it's a good reminder that you guys, ninjas and barbarians, are just normal people behind your superpowers."
There was a short pause of silence. It lasted for little longer than a breath. Then Aki suggested, "Maybe you should try it some time... uh... Cecil," she wasn't the best with names for all her observing, "Then maybe you'll notice that ninjas and barbarians aren't really all that different." Boom. With that, she had said all she wanted for now. An eager smile could be seen as Aki's face, making it obvious that she was looking forward to observing Cecil's response to her final question/statement.

Cecil listened closely to what Aki said till finally she finished, this is when Cecil bust out laughing. The girl had a lot of sass and the words to back it up. He enjoyed every minute of it too, after all most of the time he talked to boring people. Or if not them then it was Kya with her religious stories about her god, listening to even 1 of those stories is enough to make one fall asleep. After a minute his laughter died down, giving him the chance to speak. "Well your a girl what do you think of me so far? As for a sport well my sport is being a ninja, its almost the same thing except death is on the table if you lose. I never said it wasn't interesting, I'd agree with you completely that its more interesting then doing normal things. The only reason I asked is because most civilians don't care about that stuff, its unusual to see one actively watching the ninja. Tattoos huh? How do you know that these markings are simply not face paint, to help me blend into the trees better? I will tell you its one of those, maybe someday you'll find out which one it truly is. Ninjas have all kinds of weapons and ability's, my main weapons are in fact my own bones. Of course you need no special ability to be a ninja, someone like you could easily become a ninja if you put your heart into it."
To prove his point on his weapon being his bones, he activated the dance of the willows extending a forearm bone through the palm of his hand showing it to Aki before retracting the bone back. "Maybe back then during the war we were no different just had a different cause, times have changed and ninjas represent a world where strength does not determine your status in life. Where kids can grow up not having to fight and scrape just to live and be of any use. Where trade rules the world economy and not pillaging and raiding. We are different because we have to be, don't get me wrong I've seen barbarians change but in the end the majority still hold on to these brutal ways." He thought a second about what Aki said about being a normal person. "A normal person huh, I've never thought of myself to be ever normal. But perhaps Miss Aki you are correct and in the end I am as normal as you."

Aki gave Cecil a cross-eyed stare and stuck her tongue out to clearly express her disagreement with the whole suggestion that she be a ninja. They straightened out quickly enough, though, when Cecil revealed that when he said his weapons were his bones, he literally meant the bones in his own flesh and blood body. She'd seen a Kaguya training on the training fields every now and then but she never suspected that the bones actually came from their own bodies. She thought they were just... created, and up until now, she had never been given a chance to see that it came directly out of the skin. A mixture of awe, shock, and imagined pain filled her face as she watched the white structure stab out of and then back into Cecil's skin.
The civilian was so distracted by bone trick that she completely missed everything else Cecil said after the big reveal. Shocked into silence, she sat there gaping all through the rest of what Ciel had to say. It was only by chance that she found her voice only after Ciel had finished. "Doesn't that hurt?! The whole stabbing your own skin with your bone part? And why doesn't it leave a mark?!" she shouted, clearly conveying her surprise. Both hands motioned to where Ciel had displayed his Kaguya powers. She could not think of anything else to say. More accurately, she could not remember what else she had wanted to say.
Originally, she intended to make a comment on how she couldn't possibly believe that a few dabs of face point was going to do anything to help anyone camouflage anywhere. Then, she would have followed up with how she had absolutely no interest in becoming a ninja. It was too full of death and running. Besides, she had her own dreams. However, nope, none of that mattered anymore. Cecil poking a bone in and out of his skin without taking any damage whatsoever was clearly a far more important matter than anything else she was going to say. At least, it was far more fascinating. Seriously, this was why the girl thought ninjas were weird, with weird correlating to interesting.

Aki had been completely taken with his ability, the funny thing was is that was only the start of it."Hurt? No it does not hurt nor has it ever and I really couldn't tell you why except that maybe it has to do that my skin is also affected. My skin is as hard as stone when I need it to be, my bones right now are as hard as steel. Even more impressive is that I have heard that the full power of a Kaguya is to have bones unbreakable by any physical means and even be able to move them with my mind." He smiled and decided he would tell her about his other powers too. "Of course I have other powers as well other then the Kaguya. A little clan called the Jyuugo, ever heard of it? "
The ability's from the clan and is bloodline made him almost impossible to kill, then with all that add on the fact that he was best at taijutsu there was no one who had the level of resistance he did."You know I have wings, of course I choose when I have them. No reason to walk around with a set of those all the time. I'm even able to heal passively, in fact if i lost a limb in a couple of minutes I could regrow that limb. Miss Aki you may have found the interesting person you were looking for today. One of my coolest ability's though has nothing to do with fighting, and its the one I'm most fond of. Passives: • Senpou Kaguya Dormat As a master of the bloodline, the Kaguya Sages are capable of manipulating their bones with their mind. It is very similar to angel/demon manipulation, though in less quantity and range (100 feet within their body). Their bones regenerate faster, grow impossibly proportionately large, and can be used very strategically. The bones can be changed in shape and molded together even when already released. They force their opponent to use jutsu that are actually strong enough to destroy the bones, which already gives the opponent a disadvantage. When using the Senpou Kaguya, your eyelids will turn a dark red, and you will often appear to shudder and pulse uncontrollably in the minds of others.
• The Bone Apostle Dormat This is an advanced version of the True Blood Unleashed. The bone apostle is a very powerful form of the Kaguya that can be activated at any time. Some would consider it their true selves, as it seems extremely natural to them. This state seems to constantly shift. Whenever they use one of their 'aspects' as an apostle, it will usually disappear as quickly as it emerged, remaining a mystery. The difference between a Senpou Kaguya and regular Kaguya's chakra is almost impossible for anyone to notice until this is being used, which can be a very quick thing. Their chakra will change slightly, enough for most dojutsu users to see that [something] has happened, but without clarity on what. It is not exactly defined what this form is. The form has a total of [5] aspects, and they are all very much meant for assassination and domination in physical combat.

Kya burst in through the doors with the power of plot, ignoring the multiple timelines in her office as she shook the rain from her long hair with a somewhat disorienting whip of her hair. Water scattered everywhere as she angrily put a hand under her desk and lifted with the force of gravity. She roared with all the force of gravity, sending the desk through the window and breaking all of the glass as well. From the top ojf the tower the glass fell like rain around the wooden table and chair. It had been quite a long time since she had to run from a fight. Her foot was pounding with pain, as was her head as blood ran down from her nose. She stood there, facing away from anyone who had followed her and dragon boy back to the office, not willing to let them see her face. There are more than I thought there in that camp. That was my mistake. I should have waited for the scouts to come back and report. she said to herself as the density of her chakra saturated everything in the room, making even the rain around the office splatter as it was bounced off of the waves of gravity she was emitting. I detest running away. she roared loud enough for people on the first floor to hear and feel. Realizing she was not being a good role model, nor good leader over all, she calmed herself and turned towards the group with a sigh. Is everyone alive? she'd ask running her hand through her locks, scratching at her scalp and trying to keep it from knotting up while wet. The drips fell quickly, just like the rain outside and as she turned her head a flash of lightning occured outside, making her body, for just a second, seem as though a silhouette and her eyes the only visible thing about her.

Armand landed just on the roof of the building and allowed his cohort to dismount with him. Opening up an access hatch and getting out of the rain, Armand descended to the main office floor and stepped inside the Amekage's office...just in time to see the defenestration of the desk. Great, one of these sorts of meetings.
"Shuurin and I are green, aside from his face." Armand confirmed and got to work on his chest with a kunai, scraping off the hardened and still armed clay. "Can anybody just give me a zap? I don't much like walking around with explosives on me." The genin sighed. He wished he had a bit more punch. Those barbarians shouldn't have gotten it so easy against Shuurin and himself. After all...they carried the Sharingan. That was a heavy burden.
"Ma'am. What comes next...and what can I do to help?" Armand followed up with, remembering Cecil's advice from the bar.
Its appearance was like a sudden blip on a radar. First there was nothing and then, he could sense her; sense all of them. The chakra signatures were all fairly level except for two of them. One was slightly higher than the rest of the group but the real chakra that interested him was overflowing with chakra and power. His cheeks slowly stretched back forming a knowing smile, it was her, Kya. Radiating off of her, the chakra had definitely grown in strength, accenting her already enormous power. As of now, his sister was on an entirely different plane of power than what he was, than what he thought he could be. Yes, his sister had true power.
Standing up, Orias wiped the corners of his mouth where the remnants of his previous meal lay. It hadn’t been the best option but nobody would complain of a murderous thief disappeared. Walking out of his room, he threw a coin to the hotel owner for his payment and slowly walked towards the office where he knew Kya was going. As he neared the building where her office lie however, the sound of shattered glass could be heard and a mighty roar. So she wasn’t happy, no she was probably furious at the situation. Even though there was a crowd of battle scarred genin and chuunin outside, as well as the girl from the previous encounter, he slowly pushed through until he was leaning on the open door. “The mighty Kya has lost a battle? No, you probably had the strength to win but you had to put the lives of your companions before yourself. I didn’t know you had the idea of companionship.’ Orias was only teasing his sister but he was trying to be careful because he had no doubt she would kill him if needed. Walking around to the back of the room Orias seated himself on the edge of the broken window. “It is nice to see you Kya how long has it been since I last ad the pleasure of being in your presence?” Orias let out a chuckle and left off with a look of interest at Kya. She had changed since they last meet but in a good way he hoped, he wondered which of her internal attributes and beliefs had changed.
Watchful eyes flickered to the blonde approaching her and remained locked with his as he approached, making it clear that she knew of his approach.
