Satisfied with her performance so far, Toshiko decided it wouldn't hurt to do a quick patrol of the village. It would be some time before the Raikage was done with their unwelcome guest and it was a good change of pace form having to study. She started by first climbing to a high vantage point on the training grounds. The same group form earlier was still on the far side of the field, but other then that, not a single soul could be seen across the entire training area. But it was to be expected, if someone was going to sneak into Kumogakure, coming to the training field would be like walking into the Lion's Den. She jumped down from the vantage point and began slowly walking her way to the gates. Afterall, somehow this Kusagakure ninja had managed to walk through the front gates and all the way to the Raikage's office somehow without anyone noticing him.

Kit entered through the downward spiral of stairs to the training grounds. Taking a few minutes to set up a few dummies Kit turned and walked 35 feet backwards. Removing the bow from his back Kit tugged on the string lightly finding it a little resistant. Grabbing an arrow from the quil on his leg Kit placed it on the strings and drew the bow. The bow itself was light but the string tension was heavy. It was slightly unsteady as Kit continued to hold the drawn string and aim. Picking his spot dead center torso Kit released the arrow. With a quick whip from the string the arrow let loose a silent howl as it flew through the air penetrating the hard wooden bark just below center mass on the dummy. With a sigh Kit grabbed another arow. He had 49 left and could retrieve them when done. But to get better much more practice would be needed. He would have to devote some time to this. Physical things were a little trouble some due to his nature as a ninjutsuist. Castin jutsu and learning new things in that aspect came naturally. But to get his body used to physical work would take time and effort. But none the less he would master this bow and the ability to use it.
Their introductions were certainly...interesting. However, Ren also came to a conclusion simultaneously. He hadn't checked up on Kisuke in quite some time; in other words, he felt it was inadequate of him to leave the stupid man unattended. After forming a hand seal, a clone would form in Ren's visage. It spoke to them in a voice exactly the same as the original, "I will be training with you now. Ren must go and check up on the Raikage. Please do not treat me any differently than you would him." For now, Ren made a beeline to the Kage's office in order to check up on his Kage.
[For the sake of me leaving the area, I'm gonna go ahead of Kaget right now.]
Although their introductions were over and done with, Jeyan had his mind on other things. He needed to get ahold of money and the only way he could do that was by going on missions. He didn't want to do them with a team, though. That took a bit too long. "Sensei, if that's what you'd like me to call you, I'll be heading out to do some missions. I feel as though I won't be able to help the village by being broke. So I'll return to you when I've completed a few missions." With that being said, he exited.
Tsuki's eyes darted back and forth between the real Ren and the cloned Ren, trying to keep track of both of them until the real Ren left, leaving the clone in charge. After Jeyan also left shortly after Ren, Tsuki simply stared uncertainly at the clone. She, like Jeyan, wished to do missions rather than train. She thought she had enough skill to do a few basic missions alone. However, she felt it would be impolite to leave the group behind and do missions on her own. If she didn't feel that it was wrong to simply leave her new squad, she would have left already. Being around others almost always made her feel uncomfortable whether or not she had reason to.
Tsuki took a step back, too scared to ask if rather than training as a group everyone could go on missions as a group.
Electromagnetic Barrier Lv. 2 [Shouheki Denji, Lv. 2] A stronger, thicker, and more magnetic barrier than the original genin level barrier, this barrier is actually capable of fending off some decently strong melee attacks and projectiles. It is considered a standard choice for defense among many electric based jutsu users. The user can move about farther out from the barrier but still will easily disrupt it if moving more than a couple steps away from it. Once Tsuki had established space between herself and the others, she closed her eyes. the girl contemplated, taking into account that watching her were people who, for all parties involved, were best off knowing as much about her as possible. All things considered, Tsuki decided to start with the stuff she hadn't explicitly stated knowledge of, either because it wasn't important enough or because she had already stated something similar. Uzumaki techniques were high on the list but Tsuki didn't have any of the scrolls for those, and they were too complex for her to have remembered on a whim. Therefore, she settled with something she didn't need a scroll for. The techniques of the magnet release greatly resembled each other, many of them merely being stronger version, so Tsuki decided to train her magnetic abilities. [2/6]
Tsuki cast the Electromagnetic Barrier hand signs she learned when she was a genin and create a lv. 1 barrier. A magnetic barrier formed around Tsuki and she observed it as she brought one hand up to her chest and extended the other hand timidly out to the walls of the self-made protection. The gentle touch rested firmly on the barrier even when it turned into a mild push. [3/6]
When the barrier felt like it was going to break, Tsuki didn't break contact with it. Instead, she fed more chakra into the magnetic protection. She strengthened the barrier to stand up to the force she exerted. More physical force. More chakra. [4/6]
It ended with Tsuki shoving against the magnetic wall with absolutely no signs of it breaking. Tsuki, with her rather pathetic strength, could not break her own defense, which was a good thing. Tsuki didn't want the wall to break. [5/6]
The chuunin lifted herself off the wall and took a moment to remember how much chakra she had put into the barrier to achieve this level of strength. Then she dispelled the jutsu and recast it, repeating the hand signs for the technique. This time, rather than creating a C-rank barrier, she put enough chakra into the technique, the amount of chakra she had just memorized, to create a magnetic barrier of B-rank strength. The magnetic field appeared around Tsuki and successfully molded itself into a barrier shape around her. [6/6]
Blinking his eyes he stood up as the sensei made a clone, becoming nervous with the fact he was leaving mad ehim unsettled as he rubbed his stomach. Seen his othjer teammate leave he felt sorta lonely now. Yet, Tsuki was still going to train which made him happy. Seen her start practicing he knew he should start building his puppet. "I'll be right back!" Alexandra said excitedly as he ran of for a few and came back with a giant bag, "I really need to do this! Or I will be useless!" He said grinning as he dropped the bag and a few sanded down logs rolled out.
Sitting down he lifted up one log and finely sanded branch. Setting the log straight up and down he slid the branch neck down onto the log. Fixing it to a steady head he was able to cause it to stick into the log, smile he sat up the head and slowly began to create the eyes and smiled as he turned the head around and continued to grin happily as he sat the head back down and turned it upside down. 1/5
Reaching into the bag he pulled out a few smaller shaved wood and began sticking them together and attacking them to a solid wooden hand base and grinned as he tilted it around. Pulling the fingers he began pulling them back and making sure that the fingers worked good he continued smiling. Attaching them as best as he could and started examining all of the parts to the fingers and hand and proceeded to sit the hand down, pulling out the next hand he copied it and did it the same way and examined them the same way as well and sat the second hand down. 2/5
Pulling out more wood he began to craft the arms and slid out a few swords and started forming and mixing the wood and blades up into the arm. Examining the one arm he added onto it and added the pivoting elbow and smiled. Coping the arms he began to examine them and make sure they both worked like he wanted them to. Picking up the hands he first attached it to one arm and then picked up another hand and proceeded to attach it to the other arm. 3/5
As he began to create the legs he didn't really have much to create. Forming the pivotal points he grinned as he continued to attach the legs together and the other things to the lines as he continued to grin with excitement.Pulling out a giant log he began a to carve and work on it. Alexandra started to put the legs against the body and attached the arms to the body as well as he clapped excitedly. 4/5
Lastly he began working on the jaw, using a kunai he carved the jaw to where he could start bending it and moving it around. Smiling he pulled out a giant bag of needles and started pouring them into the mouth as it drained down. Doing a few other things and opening the puppet chest he added more stuff and did more things to make it exactly perfectly and had a grin as he closed it up and carved a heart on the chest. Standing up he created puppet strings and lifted up the puppet and began to move it around. 5/5

Kit had fied the remainde of his arrows and felt he was finaly getting the hang of his bow. Looking down at the weapon kit tilted his head slightly to the right. "Kyo...Suigetsu." Kyosuigetsu. Every weapon needs a name and this one was his. Looking up from Kyosuigetsu Kit looked at his target. Keeping his first 25 shots focused on the torso at center mass and the next 25 on the appendages such as arms legs and head. Kit had only missed 8 times in 50 arows. Walking over to the dummy Kit removed his arows and packed them back into his quill. He would need to get better with the weapon but his overall performance wasnt anything to scoff at. But the weapon was only a new way of fighting. Not his own. Walking over to a small pond Kit untied his quill and placed Kyosuigetsu to his side as he sat. He had always felt a clamness with water. It was formless and could adapt to any surroundings. Yet it could overwhelm with pressure and force in the next instant. Crossing his legs as he sat Kit took a deep breath. Gathering chaka into his hands Kit exhaled slightly. He would need finer control of his own chakra. "Suiton, Water manipulation." Placing his palm on the waters surface Kit's kekkai genkai immediatly acivated. It happened every time Kit focused too much or was exerting chaka for a jutsu. The water began to bend and squirm. As the ripples grew larger kit took a deep breath. As chakra leaked from his hand into the water Kit raied his right hand and with it the entire water supply from the 15 foot pond.Kit would guess aound 100 gallons of water. Holding it aboe his head Kit used his left hand to make a sign of the ox. As he did streams of water shot from the large sphere of water. Keeping his eyes open Kit could could feel the strain of trying to hold the large sphere and 8 streams of water. Recalling the steams back into the sphere Kit reached up with his left hand and gripped his right forearm. Pumping more chakra from his palm the large sphere of water began to twist to the right. Slowly at first but then faster into a small whirlpool turned water spout. one moment Kit was in commplete control of the water. He was simply making it spin afterall. But suddenly a pulse came through his body and the water exploded. Kit dropped to a knee and gripped side of his head. He felt as though a wenching feeling was pulling him from his own body leaving him empty. Taking a few deep breaths the feeling passed and Kit stood. He must have simple oeexerted the jutsu of wter manipulation at his level. Though simply bending the water and making it move was somewhat a simple concept. Looking around Kit's kekkai genkai deactivated and he semi smiled. Everything within 200ft was now soaking wet. He was on the other side of the grounds away from the people doing some kind of meeting so they had no wories. But all of the bird life high onto the mountain fled in fear of more water.
jutsu learned - Suiton, Water manipulation
After the scene had sttled down and Kit collected his kyosuigetsu and arrows. he manipulated all of the water back into the pond. He still had a few things to try before he just gave up on his training session. Making another set od hand signs Kit's kekkai genkai activated again. "Suiton, Water clone jutsu." Standing at the edge of the pond Kit was not ready. The water simply exploded in his face soaking him entirely. Pulling the water from his body he made another attempt.
"Suiton Water clone jutsu" Making the set of seals again Kit retracted the chakra he had put fourth into the jutsu and egauged how much he was using. The water bent slowly upwards taking the silhouette of a peson-type figure. Once Kit's featues began to form the water simply fell to the pond surface. With a small "tsk" kit gave it one more go.
The hand seals were easier to do and happend much more quickly the third attempt. "Suiton, water clone jutsu." This time Kit had gauged about how much chakra one clone would cost in able to make it viable. Within 3 seconds two clones stood from the wates surface. They looked exactly like himself down to the glow in Kit's eyes at the moment. After a breif oment of looking at each other Kit snapped his fingers and the water clones fell back onto the surface of the pond from wence they came. "I should hae time for one more...."
Tapping his chin Kit thought of a few jutsu he had ead about in school. There were jutsu about water dragons, votex's whirlpools and so on. But he needed to start small. Looking out on front of him Kit had a realization. "Oh the miror one...." Makinbg a set of five handsigns Kit placed his palm on the water only pulling up a small portion, no bigger then 7 inches around in a circular shape. "Suiton, Water mirror jutsu." The water became a flat hard surface but eflected nothing. Taking the shape of the mirror did not mean that it became one.
With a few moments to think Kit wondeed why he didn't complete the jutsu on the first try..." Looking blankly at the water and seeing a faint rippled reflection Kit snapped his free hands fingers. "Oh of course......i am changing the property of the water from free flowwing to reflective...." Placing his hand over the flat surface of the mirror Kit closed his eyes. The spheical water in his hand glowed slightly for a moment and Kit opend hs eyes as the light faded. Letting go of the mirror Kit peered into it. It floated directly infront of his face befoe Kit sent it upwards and to the right so he could see behind him. Smiling Kit made the mirror float over the pond once more and dropped it. "i think that should be good for now...." Walking over to Kyosuigetsu and his arows Kit restrapped to his waist on the right side. Sliding Kyosuigetsu over and back onto his torso Kit walked over to a small ock formation and leaned against it after kneeling down. losing his eyes Kit took a feww deep breaths as he lit a cigarette with a struck match. Taking the first drag kit looked up into the mountain sky and exhaled. To be this high up on the mountain was something he never really wanted. He had lived in the country his entire life. He only decided to become a ninja 8 months ago. The academy was easy. He breeed through the other classes with the 14 year olds and quickly gradyated into what he is now. Hed only been a ninja for 3 weeks at the most and was just now getting around to his training. Taking another drag of his cigarette and exhaling Kit gave a yawn. "Oh well....Some day people will know my intentions....but for now....The will of the kage is my will...."

Kit finished his cigarette and began to stand. Giving a slight yawn he swung Kyosuigetsu from his back and looked at his quiver, he had only lost two arrows so his new total was 48. Walking back over to the dummies Kit manuverd a few to be standing wide apart from each other to increase the difficulty. Hiding a few behind tree's only partly showing, and wide spread across from him. He needed to work on accuracy and draw speed. The faster he could fire arrows, the more effective Kyosuigetsu would be, but only if he was accurate enough to take advantage of that speed and harness it. Walking 50 ft away Kit drew his first arrow. firing quickly at the taget half showing behind a tree on his right Kit fired quickly. Hoisting a new arow to the string befoe the first hit the half way mark of its target Kit fired a second. Turning his torso left Kit drew a third arrow and targeted center mass of the second dummy in the middle of plain sight. Firing quickly Kit drew a fourth fifth and sixth arrow. Now turning again Kit holstered another arrow and fired. This attack volley was of three arrows. This cycle of fire was repeated 12 times before kit topp firing with only 4 arrows left. Taking his time Kit walked to the first target half behind a tree and examined it. Apparently he had hit the target 21 out of possible 24 shots, he had only missed three, which were firmly implanted in the tree. Going to the center Kit had of course not missed any of the shots aimed. All were meticulously hit about the head and torso aeas. Going to te third kit had only missed one arrow which was fallen off to the side because of a glancing strike. Collecting all of his arows Kit walked even farther back. to 75ft. "Hmm....if i turned on my kekkai genkai......" With this new idea Kit looked up at the target. his kekkai genkai now activated Kit's field of vision deepened in the moment. He could clearly see the outline and shape he had to target, the distance the arrow needed to travel. Firing one shot at the first target to the left after holestering an arrow. the moment Kit flung the arrow it seemed his hand had already grasped another arrow. And was targeting the second dummy. firing another arrow Kit quickly targeted the third and let loose another arrow. The first quill had been fired in 20 seconds with only 4 remaining. But with his kekkai genkai active for his second volley Kit emptied the entire quill switching targets every arrow in 14. While his kekkai genkai was active he could clearly see what he needed to hit and reacted instinctivly. easily allowing his reflexes as a shinobi take over. He had missed none. And no this his third volley of firing the Kyosuigetsu. Kit had reached a point he felt comfortablt with. To make 48 arrows fly in 14 seconds with around 85% accuracy was good enough for the purpose Kit would need it for mid range. But it was a distance weapon to begin with so the longer shot would be even less difficult now he could combine his kekkai genkai to increase his sight. With a smile Kit collected his arrows and packed them in his quill. Swinging Kyosuigetsu onto his shoulder Tied his quil to his right thigh and walked from the training grounds. He had 95,000Ryo left to spend from his mission before going to Kiri and gaining knowledge of the villages structural weakness' and where the fortifications were. It was time that he bought some new supplies, new kunai, some poison, paper bombs especially. He may purchase some more arrows as well. The list never seemed to dwindle. Most of the stuff he could get from Muigetsu ecept the poison. Looking towards the sky Kit began to exit from the training grounds and head back to the market.
Tsuki had been looking at her magnetic barrier when Alex suddenly screamed out of nowhere. Like the coward she was, the chuunin jumped at and away from the shout, breaking her magnetic barrier in the process. Looking thoroughly freaked out, Tsuki had to stare at Alex for a good minute before she could relax. Tsuki knew from the very start, the start being when Tsuki had to chance to check who was screaming. However, calming her excited nerves was another thing.
When she could finally settle, Tsuki stood up straight and neatly once more. Now, she just felt awkward for having reacted the way she did and could only hope that Alex wasn't offended by it.
The silence, or at least Tsuki's, was broken by the disappearance of Ren's clone, the replica vanishing in a puff of smoke without so much as a warning. Hands held primly in front of her, Tsuki was left to stare at the now-empty spot of ground Ren's clone had stood in as she processed the information that she and Alex, for the moment, didn't have a teacher.
"So now that you have a puppet," Tsuki started slowly as her eyes moved with her words to look at Alex. She didn't know where she was going with what she was saying. Tsuki was about to find out herself, "would you like to do some missions with me?".

Smiling at been offered to do a mission he grinned happily and rapidly shook his head. "YEAH! I would love to!" He said excitedly and ran up to her hugging her tightly and stepped back continued to smile at her. He never been offered to do something with someone, specially when it came to a girl which was even more thrilling for Alexandra as he squirmed around filled with excitement. "I have never done a mission! Or been with a girl alone!" He said as he jumped up and down clicking his feet together. He kind of ran around her not sure relaly how to act as he had never been really familiar with a girl.
Toshiko entered the training grounds once again. The sight of shinobi practicing their arts had become a common sight for her. Looking off in the distance she could see at least two of them hard at work mastering new techniques. Not one to be out done, Toshiko got to work on learning her newest jutsu. It was a basic technique but she still needed to try it out at least once before trying to use it in battle. After a quick read of the scroll, she placed it on the ground behind her. She then turned to face a rocky outcropping on the edge of the training area.
Toshiko lifted her hand, facing her palm towards the rocks. the all to familar tingling feeling shot through her arm as she began to mass chakra just beyond her palm. Before long the energy emitting from her palm had become a ball of white raiton. Focusing on the rocks, Toshiko gave the ball one final surge of power, and it shot from her hand. The ball corkscrewed through the air before finally impacting with the rocks, creating a resounding impact and shattering part of the rocks, sending smaller chunks flying for several feet. Toshiko stood for a moment, admiring her own work before getting ready to practice her next technique. Raiton: Denshi no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Electron Technique) Description: After the hand seals are completed, a crackling, sparking sphere of yellow electricity appears in the user's hands. The user can than toss this forward, where it will hit the target and electrocute them. Being a lightning Jutsu, it is quite powerful for its rank. However, it swerves as it flies through the air, making it difficult to aim and making it more likely to miss the farther the user is from the target. It is a very basic Jutsu.

Alex actually had it a bit wrong. Tsuki wasn't offering a mission. She was merely suggesting that two do a mission together. Tsuki didn't magically have a mission on her. Although, having been a genin herself, she knew several places that almost always had a mission available. They'd just need to get there, first.
Before any of that, though, there was Alex's hug Tsuki had to deal with. When the genin suddenly started running at her, Tsuki freaked out and jumped away from the hug. Once she realized what she had done--and successfully dodged Alex's hug--she timidly explained, "S-sorry. I'm... not the type for physical contact," worried that Alex would be angry at her. Although, Alex didn't seem to mind in the least as he continued his celebration with some jumps, clicks of the heals, and a few laps around Tsuki. In fact, Tsuki's voice could have easily been drowned out by everything Alex did. Tsuki understood that, and wouldn't have blamed Alex if he hadn't heard her at all.
Therefore, she waited. She waited for Alex to stop running and to calm down to a level where she was sure he would hear her. All the while, she had her face buried in her scarf, rather uncomfortable with and unused to the attention. In fact, she was starting to regret offering to do a mission together with Alex. However, she had offered, he had accepted, and Tsuki wasn't going to go back on her word.
Once Alex had calmed, Tsuki suggested, "The library almost always needs extra hands," and as it seemed like she was somehow the leader between the two of them, Tsuki hesitantly took a step in the direction of the library, looked back to see if Alex was following her, and if he was following her, continued to walk to the Cloud Jutsu Library.
The young boy known as Regula entered the sanctuary of the training grounds. He walked over to an area of which he could practice alone and in comfort. It was then that he pulled out his scroll on Universal Ninjutsu. (1/14) Gently, he unraveled the scroll. Before he had come to this area he had been practicing beginner Ninjutsu. This was within the area of the library.(2/14) Now, it was no longer time for him to practice. In fact, he wanted to learn something that would be a struggle for him. And, not only would it be a struggle to learn, but extremely useful as well.(3/14) It was a technique which ranked above the others he was learning. As of recently, he had been practicing things of and below his rank. He decided it was now time to get something in under his belt that was actually above his rank.(4/14) He slid down to the first Chuunin technique which he saw as the most promising. Nan no KaizΕ (Soft Physique Modification) was the technique he looked at now. Apparently, a sage had created this technique.(5/14) It was a technique that changed about the physical structure of the user. The body of the shinobi would become very malleable. Due to this, they could extend their limbs and even gain an increase in agility and speed.(6/14) There was also something he had to take into consideration. A good technique never comes without a weakness. This one would seek to decrease his strength in the process.(7/14) It didn't bother Regula. He was naturally weak as it was thanks to his chosen ninja profession. So, this technique shouldn't have been much of a bad thing.(8/14) Regula felt he finally understood the technique. He rolled up the scroll. Finally he slipped it back into his pouch.(9/14) With that he began to repeat the needed handseals. As he formed the handseals he began to focus. What he focused on was his chakra.(10/14) He began to channel his chakra. Slowly, it spread throughout his body. It began at his stomach and spiraled out from his chakra center.(11/14) As it spiraled out and throughout his body he felt the change. It was a tad bit easier than he thought it would be. After a moment he could feel his chakra sourcing over his entire body.(12/14) The change then began to take place. He could feel it. His body was no longer so hard and dense.(13/14) His body was now very elastic. He could move and stretch limbs to some range. He smiled. This technique was finally mastered.(14/14 Nan no KaizΕ (Soft Physique Modification) Learned)
Jeyan returned to the Training Ground much stronger than when he was last there. Much had changed about him as well.
Instead of starting with the building blocks of Katon, Jeyan had begun with the harder techniques. So when it came to the lower ranked ones, it would be much easier to learn them all. That proved to be true, as he created the flame on the tip of his index finger incredibly quickly. The Ichi technique was too easy. [1/1]
The next technique would be relatively easy as well. He inhaled chakra into his lungs and manipulated it in the form of a bright light and explosion. He opened his lips and the flare would be released. It wouldnβt be very visible in the day time, but it was there. And effective. [1/1]
The next technique seemed like something a Weaponβs Specialist had created. So, out of respect, Jeyan took extra caution learning it. He pulled one of his many projectiles from his Chuunin vest and launched it toward a tree. From his mouth came intense flames that ignited the shuriken and set fire to the tree when impact was made. The next technique seemed like it would be more useful. Instead, Jeyan had never even heard of it. He gathered chakra into the palm of his hands in a manner similar to the flare technique and then clapped them together. The light flashed in a second, but because it was his technique, it didnβt affect him. [1/1]

The Flaming Palm Technique was said to be similar to the Gentle Fist. A real Hyuuga would be the judge of that. It wasnβt going to be hard if it was like the Gentle Fist. He manipulated his chakra the same way he would when performing a Hyuuga technique and creating the flame along his palms. He then dispelled it. [1/1]
Two was a more difficult version of One, which he had only learned a few minutes before that. Instead of just one finger, it would be two fingers and he could use it when jabbing with the Gentle Fist. But that was unlikely. He formed the flames in his two fingers and was on to the next techniques. [1/1]
Anytime a weapon could be added to the equation, it was Jeyanβs type of technique. He pulled a shuriken out and then performed the handseal with his other hand. He inhaled and then released several blasts of flames. Afterwards he threw his shuriken into the flame for after shock.. [1/1]
The Flash Fan was a pointless technique. As a Fuuton Master, Jeyan didnβt exactly care for Katon anyway. But it countered his only primary weakness, so he was going to master it. He inhaled and formed the necessary chakra, then released it in a v-like wave, like stated in the scroll. [1/1]
The Ember Clone was basically a Wind Clone, just with Katon chakra. That was going to be easy to master. He performed it the same way he would have with a Wind Clone, just using fire. An ember clone materialized before him and then, with a swift strike with his katana, he dispersed it. [1/1]
For the second-to-last technique he would be learning, the young Chuunin unsheathed his katana. He used his Katon chakra and created a thin layer of it around his blade. It would be useful in any coming struggles, since he planned to become an Oinin. He took a few slices with it and that was it. It dispersed. [1/1]
Boiling Point sounded like something he could use, aside from all of the sweat that would go into it. He didnβt like sweating. He stood for a moment and began to meditate. The flame caused him to break a sweat relatively quickly and when it hit itβs peak in temperature, the Chuunin released it, blowing the nearby grass away. [1/1]
Toshiko drew the next scroll and began to prepare casting it. This one would be the strongest Jutsu yet she had attempted, Raiton: Lightning Beam.
After studying the scroll for what she deemed was a proper amount of time, Toshiko put the scroll away and began to concentrate on using the technique. After forming a quick set of hand signs carefully, she thrust her palm out, gathering a large amount of chakra. However, upon attempting to fire the blast, all she produced was a slight numbing sensation coming from her palm. [1/6]
She quickly pulled out the scroll to try and figure out what could possibly have gone wrong. It seemed in her haste to memorize the hand signs, she missed one of the seals. Once again she preformed the handsigns, this time with the correct order. She lifted her palm and faced it towards a tree in the distance. This time a noticeable spark leaped from her hand only to dissipate a few inches from her palm. [2/6]
I'm going to need to use a lot more power to cast this it would seem. The handsigns at this point were becoming almost muscle memory for Toshiko and she flew threw them. Lift her palm towards the tree, she took several moments building chakra through out her entire forearm. White chakra flew from her palm covering half the distance between her and the tree, crackling and arcing into the ground. [3/6]
She was finally starting to get the hang of it finally. Even for a ninjutsu focused shinobi it was still hard to learn Jutsu above your rank. She flew through the handsigns with increasing speed, finishing them in mere seconds. Lifting her palm, she decided she was going to need to build double the chakra to reach the tree. This time the bolt left her hand with incredible force flying the air. But as it travelled, the beam quickly lost power, losing the last of its energy just feet from the tree. [4/6]
She quickly realized the issue. While the initial force of the bolt was massive, she failed to maintain an even flow during the flight of the beam. The handsigns seemed to be a minor annoyance at this point, almost a part of her. She lifted her palm and prepared to blow the tree into the next field. The beam this time seemed consistent through out, but lacked the punch she thought it should. It impacted the tree, leaving the bark singed but no worse, and the tree hardly swayed from the impact. Toshiko was already gathering huge amounts of chakra all across her body before she even finished the handsigns. She placed her palm on line with tree, arcs of white lightning already trying to jump from her arm. When she finally fired, the force was so great she had to use her opposite arm to brace herself, lest the beam blow her aim back and knock off her aim. The beam seemed to tear through the air as it sped towards the tree. The beam hit the tree, resulting in a rain of wooden splinters and leaves. A self satisfied smirk crept across Toshiko's face. Satisfied with her own work, Toshiko left to pursue her next mission.

Techniques in use: Raiton: Raikou Kousen no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Beam Technique) Description: This is the pinnacle of the single-target ranged lightning jutsu. The attack from Lightning Blast has been upgraded further, making it into a beam twice as wide as before, and much more damaging. Targets hit head-on with this jutsu will experience a fantastic amount of pain and be stunned after the jutsu ends. Also, nearly missing with this jutsu also has some effect. Because of the high amount of voltage, small lightning bolts can arc from the beam to someone standing within two feet of it, causing shocks a little bit more damaging than those of Lightning Bolt technique. This jutsu can be ended prematurely by the user.
