Putting his pride and honor aside, he took the ridicule of the 'unholy' matrimony and brought their love life to surface. Using the funds he gained throughout his years of service, which unfortunately was cut once the knowledge of who his wife was, and purchased a home for his family. This wasn't all that bad... Celeste halted from being a brothel woman, and became a teacher in etiquette, tea ceremonies, ballet , and a opened up a studio for rather high classed performances despite the history of the owner; adding to her share of the money that had been so severely depleted after their love came to surface. One may curse her past but they could not curse her shows, which were deemed nothing less than a work of art. Odd as it may sound, despite how people felt about what she used to be, they could not doubt her talent in how good she was in those fields; even whilst holding a budding life within her.
Eight months and a week later, Rose came to the earth. As beautiful as his mother, and holding the pride and strength of his father. As Rose grew, he held something of a fan base growing. It seems his rather sharply looking parents procured quite an alluring child. One that had something of the seductive and teasing nature of his mother, and the charm, wit, and intelligence of his father. All combined into this child who took to his rather 'exquisite' looks as a gift rather than a curse. His Academy days, sprouted rather well. For his mother, not caring about his true gender, taught him how to dance in ballet as well as more... seductive dances. Even at times when money got short again, she dressed him up to do dances and perform. For it would take a rather intense looks at certain areas that one should only see in closed doors, to tell his gender when he danced; and his mother definitely abused that feature when she could. But it bothered not Rose. He in fact added the fluency, elegance, and elaborate moves of the dance to his fighting and creations. Making his fighting through puppety seem... beautiful... yet brutal due to his father's teachings. His father taught and trained him so hard, because due to his child having such...'elaborate' looks, the fear of him being picked on was with his puppets as he could; further teaching him poisons, seals, and as many things to protect his bon as possible. With the two parents teachings, he was something of a rose that one would fear to touch. Beautiful and illustrious to look at, taunting even... yet dangerous and lethal. For each opponent Rose faced was demolished in such an elegant yet monstrous manner that on-lookers could do nothing but watch in shock at the display. Mixed in views of what they have seen.

• Nagare Isou no Jutsu (Current Transfer Skill) Description: An overall simple yet very effective technique, the Cloud-nin creates a sort of electrical current on his hand, this current can then be transferred onto any weapon he happens to be holding at that moment be it a kunai, senbon, shuriken, or even a sword. The next physical attack he performs is charged with this electrical current, if he blocks a weapon attack with his own weapon the current transfers over shocking the attacker. If by chance the user is not carrying a weapon he can transfer this current into his opponent's weapon shocking him, or can even hit him with this current. • Raikou Henge no Jutsu (Lightning Transformation Technique) Description: This technique, while being a branch of Henge no Jutsu, allows the user to transform in a way they never dreamed of. When performing this skill, the user transforms into an extremely quick 'strand' of lightning. In this quick state, nothing is done slowly - everything is in a rush for the user. However, this strand of lightning is incapable of changing directions on its own. It can only change directions by bouncing off another object, such as a tree or a boulder, but the user is capable of bouncing off in any angle they wish to. It is not recommended using this technique in a field with little objects to bounce off of. The Henge automatically dissipates when the user makes contact with a living target. Being in a state similar to lightning, the user plunges completely into their target, and ends up in their physical state on the other side of their opponent. In addition to giving the target a painful electrical shock, this skill may or may not paralyze their opponent. Because of the fast speeds associated with this skill, the user will feel dizzy, confused, and often nauseous for some time afterwards. Note: This technique can be used in conjunction with other jutsu, such as the Call of Lightning Technique, or the Lightning Clone Technique, to confuse the opponent. However, no skills can be used in this state. It cannot be used to flee. • Raiton: Raikou Boruto no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Bolt Technique) Description: A simple technique in concept and execution, in which the user performs the necessary handseals and then emits a short bolt of lightning from his or her hand. This is a simple bolt, akin to a fireball, as opposed to being a continuous stream. On impact, the target will suffer minor electric shocks.

• Raiton: Raikou Arashi no Yobigoe (Lightning Release: Thunderstorm Summoning) Rank: Chunin Requirements: Lightning + Water, 2 People This jutsu requires two people to use. One user gathers electrical energy between their hands, while the other at the same time gathering water vapor in the air to form clouds. The user then sends the gathered lightning chakra into the air where the vapor collected, creating dark clouds and causing a raging thunderstorm with lightning, thunder, and rain. If used by one person it takes two posts to set up. One to gather the water vapor in the air, and a second post to gather the lightning chakra and send it in the air. This jutsu is mainly used as a set up for other jutsu that need more water or need more lightning. • Raiton: Raikou Kousen no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Beam Technique) Description: This is the pinnacle of the single-target ranged lightning jutsu. The attack from Lightning Blast has been upgraded further, making it into a beam twice as wide as before, and much more damaging. Targets hit head-on with this jutsu will experience a fantastic amount of pain and be stunned after the jutsu ends. Also, nearly missing with this jutsu also has some effect. Because of the high amount of voltage, small lightning bolts can arc from the beam to someone standing within two feet of it, causing shocks a little bit more damaging than those of Lightning Bolt technique. This jutsu can be ended prematurely by the user. • Raiton: Raiton no Yoroi (Lightning Release: Lightning Armor) Description:The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed. Adds +1/+1 to strength and speed as well as the effects of direct Raiton contact. • Dendou Kariyou no Jutsu (Electric Overdose Technique) Description: The user takes one post to channel a large amount of electricity into a limb, making the chakra visible. Upon contact with the opponent, the electricity is shot into him and the target’s weight almost doubles, making it harder for the victim to move. • Dendou Bakuhatsu no Jutsu (Electric Detonation Technique) Descriptions: Flashing a number of Hand seals the user causes all lightning bunshins that are under his specific control to explode into a burst of electricity, shocking anyone that happens to be near them. • • • •

a c a d e m y • Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation) Description: Any Mist Shinobi that uses ninjutsu should likely have this technique. This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, freezing, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Freezing is mostly limited to small amounts of water, and boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first. • Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique) Description: Creates one or multiple identical copies of the original out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin then a regular Bunshin, water clones are capable of attacking, except each clone is roughly 1/10 the power of the original. The water clone can perform one jutsu that the user also knows once. It must be a water elemental jutsu. One solid hit will destroy the clone. • • • g e n i n • Mizutamari no Jutsu (Water Puddle Technique) Description: By altering personal body shape, the user can melt into the water below the user. This allows the user to hide and set up an ambush, or lose inexperienced trackers. • Isonagi no Jutsu (Beach Crab) Description: A jutsu that can only be used on water or atop loose soil (sand, non-rocky aerated dirt, etc,) this technique causes a pair of pincers to rise out of the ground/water and grasp the target by the ankles before pulling him underground/water. An important difference between this technique and Doton: Shinjuu Zanshu is that in this technique the target is fully enveloped in the earth or water. If strong enough, the target can break free, due to the loose earth. Water is less efficient because of its fluidity, and the target not held long. There is something to be said, though, for the change in momentum that can occur when you force an opponent to abandon all thoughts save survival. • • • • c h u u n i n • Mizu no Yaiba (Water Sword) Description: Creates a sharp sword made of solid water in the user’s hand. As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size he/she wants the sword to have, from a tiny dagger to a massive decapitator sword. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to make slight cuts and tears in the flesh of an opponent, and susceptible to high pressure (an opponent breaking the blade with a weapon of his own) and fire attacks. Academy Level: The sword can be up to the size of a wakizashi, and is fragile, breaking under the pressure of weapon strikes against it and low level fire ninjutsu. Genin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a katana, and is now as strong as a normal, metal blade. Strong Fire Ninjutsu can still destroy the blade, however. Chuunin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a nodachi, and now cuts with the edge of a finely crafted blade. It can no longer be destroyed by any genin level fire ninjutsu and using it as a defensive sweep can negate academy level Fire ninjutsu. • Mizu no Yoroi (Water Armor) Description: A thin layer of water covers the user’s whole body. At the basic requirements, it gives protection against fire techniques by dampening the effects, as well as nullifying some Taijutsu attacks. While the armor is on, it constantly draws out small amounts of both the user’s chakra and stamina, and thus can only be kept up for a limited time. • Suimenka no Kisoku ( Breathing underwater Technique) Description: The art of breathing underwater using chakra to remove oxygen from water has been a long handed down secret of the Mist. The length of time and the depth that the diver can go under depends on the ability of the user. This technique typically activates whenever the shinobi breathes in water and requires no handseals. • Mizutamari Yusuo no Jutsu (Water Puddle Transportation) Requirements: Mizutamari no Jutsu Description: The normal Mizutamari Technique must be learned before you can use this technique, since it requires Mizutamari to be used in conjunction with it. If a user uses the Mizutamari while standing on top of a lake or river or any other water source, he/she can materialize himself/herself back anywhere he/she wants within the area of the water source (maximum range, 1/2 a mile.) That way the user can surprise the enemy from behind or even from below. • Suiton: Fuuma Mizu Shuriken (Water Release: Evil Windmill Water Shuriken) Description: Instead of creating multiple smaller shurikens made of water, the user creates one or more large Fuuma Shurikens made of water and launches it towards the enemy. The shuriken causes massive damage when hitting an enemy. It is also much more solid than the normal water shurikens and can easily parry other kunais and shurikens that come in its path. This technique can be performed in one of two ways: the first is to create a single shuriken that the user may throw (this requires no body of water to draw from,) the second requires a large body of water, but allows the Mist shinobi to create multiple shuriken that he can launch directly from the water sources towards the enemy. This can be especially deadly if the fight itself is taking place atop said body of water, since the shurikens are hidden until they actually emerge from the water.

By concentrating chakra on a basic lock such as a door lock or on a safe, the user can force the mechanism to unlock even without the key or knowing the code. Nothing about the lock will have changed other than it will open once before it locks up again. This skill leaves no signs of tampering. • • • • • • • g e n i n • Kyou Masukingu No Jutsu (Sound Masking Technique) Description: This ninjutsu helps to cover up any sounds the user makes if they are on a mission that requires stealth. The user sends some chakra to the target’s ears and performs the needed hand seals. Any natural sounds in the area (running water, crickets, wind, ect…) become magnified slightly to mask any soft sounds that the user may make. • • • • c h u u n i n • Saihen no Te (Hand of Debris) Description: By manipulating the users chakra around small surrounding objects, once can create a hand attached to the ground for defensive or offensive purposes. The size of the hand can vary; however the largest it can get is 5 feet tall. The hand can not move from the position on the ground, but it can bend and grasp. a c a d e m y • Kugutsu no jutsu (puppetry technique) Description: Kugutsu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja to use a puppet to attack from afar. Using their body's chakra, the ninja emits strings of chakra that run from their fingers to the puppet. The puppet itself can be loaded with many weapons and tools, allowing the puppet master to remain hidden while the puppet moves and attacks the target. • Kugutsu Hensou (Puppet Disguise) Description Though it only lasts for five posts you may transform your puppet into something just like how the henge jutsu works for the human. If you will turn the puppet into a object like a sword and actually use that "sword" it will feel like the puppet though if the puppet had a sword then it will feel like the puppet. • Kugutsu Fukuwajutsu (Puppet Ventriloquism) Description: This jutsu allows you to use the mouth of the puppet to actually speak, this may be used to confuse your opponent if you are hiding or to hide and deliver a message.
g e n i n • Chakra String jutsu Description: Allows the puppeteer to create threads of chakra that may attach to objects. You may use this to guide a SINGLE weapon besides your puppet towards a target. This may also be used as a sort of blunt whip to tie up the opponent. • Bladed chakra string Description: At this point the chakra strings are just sharp enough to cut through wood. These may be used in conjunction with the chakra string jutsu or the kugutsu no jutsu making the strings bladed. At chunnin rank the blade can cut into iron but not through.
c h u u n i n • Sōen: Hitomi Gokū (Puppet Performance: Skillful Achievement with a Human Body) Description:A puppet performance technique where chakra threads are attached to various spots on a person's body; the head, torso, both arms, and both legs. The person being manipulated gains the ability to not only use their own techniques, but the skills of the puppeteer as well. • Invisible strings Description: By learning to suppress the chakra in the chakra strings you make it invisible. This is useful if you are trying to make a puppet attack from behind or attach your string onto your opponent. The sharingan and Byakugan eye can easily detect this and it only lasts 5 posts. • Sōshūjin (Manipulating Attack Blades) Description: This allows you to thread your chakra strings through several weapons and launch them at your opponent. Not really flashy but it may be useful if your target is fast • Chakra no Tate (Chakra Shield) Description: The puppet's arms will either open up or join together and then chakra will form a shield around this. The blow is sufficient against any jutsu up to the rank of a chunnin. • Senju Soubu (Thousand Hands Manipulation Military Art) Description: After preforming the correct seals the puppeteer extend his/her puppets arm. The arm will form a seal on it and out of that seal more arms will burst out and try to punch or grab the target.
j o u n i n • Puppet: Dance of the Kunais Description: First you use Sōshūjin but hide it behind your puppet. Your puppet runs at the enemy and at the last second jumps back letting the enemy take the hit of the kunai. Then the puppet jumps up and hits the enemy from above with what ever weapon it has. • Kugutsu: Wild dance Description: Intentionally dismantelling the puppet into parts you unveil if it has any hidden weapons and these parts are used to strike out at the enemy. The puppet may form and reform at any time during this attack. The bladed strings are useful to create a higher threat. •

a c a d e m y • Kanraku Kibun (Sinking Feeling) Description: This makes the mind of the person getting hit think that he or she is stuck in the middle of the sea and is starting to sink and despite their force they continue to do so. The person hit feels rather exhausted afterwards. • Kani Hokou (Crab Walk) Description: A fairly simple jutsu but can ruin many strategies, this switches how the brain works on moving and causes those hit by the genjutsu to walk around like a crab. • Doro Bunshin no Jutsu (Mud Clone Skill) Description: This jutsu creates the illusion of bunshins that try to reassemble themselves after being hit. They are, however, complete illusions incapable of any real action, and are often used to tire down the unsuspecting opponent. • •

a c a d e m y • Shindan (Diagnosis) Description: The first step in treatment is understanding the problem. With this skill a shinobi uses their hands to carefully probe a patient for problems. This technique is preformed by kneeling over a patient and slowly running both hands over their body, looking for signs of injury that may not be visible to the naked eye. It can detect things such as internal injury, improper heart rate, non-apparent bone fractures, poisoning, and disease. A ninja of higher rank has learned to use this technique to perform a rudimentary examination of a body to determine cause and time of death. A Genin using this skill takes several minutes of work to determine the nature of a problem, a Chuunin takes less than a minute and a Jounin requires only a few seconds. • Kiyomaru (Cleanse) Description: It is not always possible for a medical-nin to practice basic hand washing and other procedures. This technique has the effect of instantly removing bacteria, dirt, blood, and other contaminants from the user’s hands, lower arms, and face. It also insures that any breath that comes from the user’s body will be free of any bacteria or infectious disease. This technique can also be used to clean the wounds of others in order to prevent infection from bacteria. It the event that the medical nin is using this technique to prevent infection of an injury that has been inflicted upon them, it is used as if the shinobi were using it on somebody else. • Shiatsu (Massage) Description: For a variety of reasons, muscles, tendons, and ligaments can become overworked and painful. This may be because of some type of injury or it may simply be the result of too much work without enough rest. By applying the proper amount of pressure at the right points and using small amounts of chakra a medical-nin is able to relieve pain and help the patients body recover more quickly. A strain or sprain can seriously hinder the effectiveness of a shinobi and as such this technique really can make a difference. • Teikouryoku (Power of Resistance) Description: A medical-nin must always be aware of becoming a victim of whatever their patient is suffering from. With this technique a medical-nin temporarily increases their resistance to diseases and poisons. It has no effect on diseases or poisons already affecting the medical-nin. This technique improves as the medical-nin grows in power and affords greater resistance to a wider range of diseases and poisons. • Tekishutsu (Extraction) Description: When a patient’s body has a foreign object in it, such as the point of a shuriken, a senbon needle, or an arrow, it is important to remove the object without further harming the patient. Using this technique the medical-nin places their hands on either side of the injured area and uses chakra to very carefully manipulate the surrounding tissues in order to remove the object without causing any further damage. c h u u n i n • Chiyute No Jutsu: Karui (Healing Hands Technique: Minor) Description: The user concentrates chakra into their hands creating a ball of healing chakra. This chakra when concentrated will repair physical damage to another person. This is the first stage of Chiyute taught to all medical-nin, it is not possible to advance past stage three without this technique. The effects of this technique are limited to superficial cuts and injuries though it can reduce the severity of more serious injuries. • Chiyute no Jutsu (Healing Hands Technique) Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses chakra into the palms of their hands, creating a small ball of healing chakra. This chakra, when concentrated, can repair physical damage to another person. This is the more advanced level of Chiyute no Jutsu, used by Chuunin and is required to advance to level five. A Chuunin has learned to use Chiyute no Jutsu with greater control and efficiency and it is now possible to treat deep serious injuries that might otherwise result in death from bleeding. • Summon Medical Tools Requirements: Scroll Description: This technique allows a medical-nin to summon some of the tools of their trade. It is not practical to carry around mortar, pestle, and other tools but a scroll that can be used to summon these and other similar objects is both practical and convenient. A higher ranking ninja can use this technique to summon more specialized and advanced tools for poison creation and ninja medicine creation but at this level it is only good for medicine creation. • Zesshi Nensan (Fanged Tongue Acid) Description: A very corrosive acid which is expelled from the mouth. It is capable of being projected far distances, with the strength to even dissolve rocks. However, being as acidic as it is, it must be spat very cautiously from the mouth, making it a very slow attack that will not succeed unless your opponent's speed is hindered. •Ondochousetsu (Temperature Control) Description: Normal body temperature can be disrupted for one reason or another and this technique is used to restore it. It can be used to treat abnormally high or low body temperatures either by using chakra to infuse the patients body with heat or by using chakra to siphon off excess heat. It is not required for the medical-nin to continue to use this technique in order for it to be effective but unless the cause of the abnormal body temperature is solved then it will occur again over time. • Chakra no Mesu (Chakra Scalpel) Description: A Ninjutsu technique used, primarily, for field surgery. The ninja concentrates a powerful aura of chakra around their hand, creating a blade capable of tearing through muscles and arteries, or breaking bone, without actually breaking the skin of the person they're using it on. After her clansmen found out about the pregnancy, they immediately ordered for an abortion, however she refused. She told them that if they aborted the child, she'd take her life, so they complied and didn't do so. Months after this, when Kikan was finally born, they took him from her and prepared to push him away from the docks of the Lightning Country into the open ocean. She was powerless to stop them, and the only thing she was able to do was leave a scroll in Kikan's boat on the off chance he survived and would one day want to know where he came from.
Kikan did survive. His boat came ashore on a small, small island in the Water Country. The only inhabitants of this island, the only human on the entire island, was an old sage. The man lived simply, with a small hut that generally had an open door. He was a sage, after all. He feared no animals; he accepted them. The man raised Kikan to health, but by the time the boy was seven and still had no idea of his past, he was bound determined to enroll in the academy in Kirigakure and become a master of Genjutsu. That was all he was good at, anyways. Kikan was weak and frail; Ninjutsu and Taijutsu escaped him.
Kikan graduated from the academy at the ripe age of 9. People rarely take him seriously. He's young and small even for his age - how is he even a ninja? His current goals amount to little more than becoming a Genjutsu master. The boy is intelligent and easily influenced; who knows what else he could accomplish?
Other Info Kikan's a very quiet and solemn boy. He's not necessarily depressed, but he's definitely no bundle of joy, either. Description: Taisei is a man of a lean stature with a well toned body with minimum body fat that mostly contains muscle. Personality: Taisei is a traditional man, yet soft spoken and aloof in his own right. With his birthright, he is highly prideful of his heritage, his country and the citizens under his own rule as Shogun. A heavy attachment lies with the sea and the love for marine animals, most notably the predator known as the shark. Taisei is slow to anger and even slower to annoy and has shown to be an incredibly patient man however he has shown his own dark side with the methods of dealing with the enemy. The key to life is to be quick, efficient and simple, this philosophy applies with almost everything in his life from his personal life to how he deals with battle, preferring to end anything in one swoop -- be it words or blade. Despite the pacifistic light the man shows, he has a hidden love for the art of war, battle and swordplay in general that draws from his darker persona. I was raised in the water country and born in the water country, honed to very old and strict traditions that span my supposedly royal heritage of an era of war and tribulations, strife and fear ran our country and my family has not always been the most powerful there was. It would seem to me that the mist is far more corrupt than what meets the eye at a first hand glance. Bribes are exchanged willingly, criminals walk free for pardons on information of honest working men. Wrongfully imprisoned captives of war remain in the village and several towns in our little country even to when I was just a boy. A politically correct term of saying, slaves.
When I had been born, it was during a time of short lived peace with my grandfather as the reigning Shogun before he would come to illness later in my life, leaving my father and his brothers to take the mantle. From when I was only seven to eight years old, me and my brothers were taught various things of the world; numbers, history, reading, even culture and the beginnings of warfare were even taught as well. I had not known any different then, so young and naive was I, not a care in the world to who or what may be the future. The term nobility never struck a bell until I was coming of age and the war broke out.
I remember everyone so tense during that time, mother was crying and my father arguing with an older man. I didn't know what had happened but later I would learn that my uncle had been assassinated, or simply 'passed on' as the wording was to me then. It was a declaration of civil war to usurp my father and his father from the mantle. At the time they had no true heir, only a figure head with the forged documentation to 'prove' as such.
Having not seen war personally during those years, it still affected me so. I no longer was taught numbers, history or cultural studies such as dance. Instead I was learning more and more about the art of war, law and traditions that needed to be kept. I was only twelve years old, and I had been drilled into something no little boy should. You see, I had always known about my family's history with our early ancestors with tales of man sharks walking upon land, ruthless barbarians they were. Before my grandfather had became the current shogun, his father was a warmonger who actively promoted the bloody ways of how the Mist Village should do their policy.
Now I had begun learning the dark secrets in open air with my two brothers. Swordplay and the study of chakra was trained to us, I personally preferred my blade with the way of my dance routines have taught my movement. But then the true horror happened and I still would not forget to this day. I was fifteen at the time, a few years into my studies of fighting when the thunder rumbled my very bones and shook the estate.
My younger brother had died during the initial strike, struck in the heart by this forsaken bolt from above. The gods were mocking me it seemed as I had witnessed this ordeal and been driven into a rage I had never felt before. Something deep down liked the adrenaline rush and the foreboding battle. The shark blood within my veins screamed for blood letting and even more so when my father, recently named Shogun, took an arrow in the neck.
With a whirl of flesh, steel and rage, the attempted assassination was done... but it had failed to eradicate the entire line. With my father gone, I was the next heir aside of my younger brothers. In the dead of the night, both sides have lost lives and my blade met the death of many more, even killing the shinobi with the lightning element.
The battle had not lasted long as the men triumphed into the night with one mighty shout. My men. I was next in line to be the Shogun. Many emotions came to me that night as the burning estate caved in on itself as it belched out embers and black smoke into the night sky. The full moon shone and the snow began to fall, and thus I named this night The Dusting.
My family been out of power for a few years since this night however, the civil war dragged on with illegitimate claims to the throne and I was left in turmoil. But even then, I taught myself and attended what classes I could as my new estate was slowly rebuilt over time. I would claim my right in due time and I have.
The man in gold, known as Yuki, had met his demise at the end of my blades one fateful night. From the years that I had been slowly garnering the support and men, he was the 'shogun' in that period and had attempted to end my life in more ways than before, fearful of my linage. But now his head had rolled across the common hall floor and his shinobi cut down in the same instant.
Now its been five years since that change in power, and I have officially became the Shogun as per my birthright and my vow to claim it in the name of Father. Mother had not lived to see this day, but I know she would be proud. Now, I am off to create my story.

Strength: Taisei is intelligent and born with an innate skill for both water and blade with the addition of the technique to use single hand seals with either hand while keeping a sword at the ready to completely eliminate the need to switch between sword and jutsu combat. With control over water without even so much as a seal, his swordmanship with the katana is most often unmatched with his teachings of kendo and dance incorporated together. With the blood of the shark in his veins, he has a deep chakra reservoir to maintain more chakra than the average shinobi, easily putting him up to par with even a kage in terms of jutsu management. With the final piece of the puzzle, get caught in the water with Taisei, and it is certain death. Weakness: Taisei's focus on his swordsmanship and lack luster use of ninjutsu has given a limited range of skills to be used in close quarters, giving Taisei a disadvantage when choosing between hand to hand and pure long ranged combat. With the shark blood of the Hosigaki in his veins as well, he has an additional weakness of coming within close contact of lightning to not only his water ninjutsu but his body as well.

• Wind Tomoe The first stage is the wind tomoe usually gained before the other two. It is gained when the user becomes one with the wind allowing almost any wind technique to be created fast and effectively.
• Ice Tomoe The most powerful part of the abilities gained only by a master of this bloodline. This allows water that the user is touching to be frozen very quickly. It only works extremely slowly on enemy techniques, and is generally inadvisable.

The manipulation and tainting using darkness and chaos is very little at this rank and the transformation only causes the marks to glow during activation, which only happens during high amounts of stress or anger. The user's perception is heightened and if the user obtains a small fraction of the opponent's blood, the user can sense the opponents heartbeat while they are hidden, even behind walls, making sneaking pretty much impossible to them, receiving more of the opponent's blood will allow for them to be tainted by the user(the rpc must insert darkness into the opponent through physical contact), being tainted will cause their movements to weaken, their body to also constantly be in pain(though small), nothing more. This stage has a limit of 15 posts, no further. +5 pts. of chakra would have to be given each post afterwards to extend the use.
• Stage Two -- The Pained Chuunin (Begins with the murder of a close friend or the death of someone closer than a family member) The rpc's life takes another dangerous turn as the friend's blood traces along the rpc's face, the lover's blood if need be, the rpc's heart darkens and becomes a more...dreary existence, life becomes more painful as each day goes by but not without a benefit. The user's manipulation and tainting using darkness and chaos increases, along with more special abilities. The user is given multiple wings that resemble that of an insects, these wings move quickly, so quick that they become a blur upon movement. The wings, touch as they pass each other, giving off a harsh sound, the sound, if heard, gives off a dangerous madness-based genjutsu of Chuunin-ranked (chakra points must be given for the jutsu to activate), the genjutsu causes the opponent to become enveloped in darkness, pulled into the darkness and seems to be eaten alive even, the darkness devours them until there is nothing left but the darkness itself...did I also forget to mention the darkness? The wings also give flight. The user can taint the opponent's heart with more darkness than before, making their movements more...sluggish and also give them average amounts of internal pain. This stage has a limit of 12 posts, no further. +10 pts. of chakra would have to be given each post afterwards to extend the use.
• Stage Three -- The Engulfed Jounin (Begins with the shinobi's home village being destroyed or the shinobi leaving their village to become a rogue) The shinobi's life dives into a darker world as their entire life shatters before their very eyes, clarity is scarce and very thought of being strong comes from the very hatred that lies in your heart. The user's tattoos spread around the arms and turn both arms into a darkened black. During this stage, the user grows 4 more arms, each made from the darkness and chaos of one's heart. These arms are easy to be destroyed but will always grow back, no matter the circumstance, only when the user exits the form will these arms disappear, these arms can be used for handseals, launching jutsu, holding weapons, or regular taijutsu, nothing more. This causes the tattoo's to 'clump' together into a black band. From the center of this band a long Rope of tattoo is formed, reaching a length of between 5ft to 7ft. It is performed by focusing chakra into a tattoo while keeping a solitary thought on the object or animal. This Object/animal will form from the tattoo and then spring forth from the users body. Object or Animals created this way last for 5 posts, and retain the Bloodline blocking nature of the tattoos. This technique takes B ranked chakra to perform for small creatures or objects like singular birds, A rank for creatures the size of a tiger or objects of similar size, and S-rank for Complicated objects, or Creatures such as Elephants, or Flocks of Birds.
• Tattoo Tracking ~ B Rank A Technique designed for use with ANBU, the user first focuses their chakra into their palms, forcing the tattoos to form up on said spot. At this point, the next living creature to be hit by this palm will have some of the users tattoo's transferred to them, marking them in the process. The user can keep track of any tattoo's placed this way by holding the palm in front of them, on which a compass will form, pointing to the marked target. The Tattoo Mark can last indefinitely (But can be destroyed by a jutsu of up to 1 rank higher than it being applied to the Tattoo it's self), but only 1 mark can be activated per Hand. By Paying an additional B-ranks worth of chakra on the activation of this technique, the 'Mark' can be given a self preservation instinct. This causes it to shift around the opponents body much like their own tattoo's, making it difficult to isolate and remove.
• Tattoo Binding ~ A Rank By First Marking a Target with the Tattoo Tracking, for as long as the marked target is within the same Area (thread) and within eye contact, the user can form 3 hand signs. Depending on the signs weaved this way, the Mark will acted differently. The First Binding is of the hands. The Mark will cover both of the marked targets hands. At that point, the moment they place their hands together, the two Tattoo's link together into a Steel Hard set of handcuffs, forcing the opponents hand to remain the position he placed his hands together in. This Lasts for 7 Posts The Second Bind is in the Eyes. The Mark will cover the eyelids of the Marked target. At that point, if they Blink, their eyes would be effectively 'glued' Shut. This lasts for 5 Posts The Third and final Bind is in the joints. It immediately locks the joints in place, effectively halting all movement in the Marked Target. This lasts for 3 Posts.

Within not very long of him becoming a Jounin things were beginning to become unstable. Turpis the old Mizukage was unable to handle the situation. With not many Jounin left and the support of the Mist's Raiken Clan. Cecil was elected the new Mizukage, the shogun approving. Within two years Cecil had the village back into a powerhouse and has secured alliances with the Cloud and the Grass. Managing to turn an old enemy into a decent friend. Once the Cloud and Grass fell out of power, along with the demon country disappearing, all that was left was the Leaf and the Mist. ↬ Stage 1 • Dance of the Larch Passive Karamatsu no Mai is a form of Taijutsu developed by Kimimaro to take advantage of his cursed seal and bloodline ability. It is the third of five dance forms. After activating the level one cursed seal form, Kimimaro will begin to extend multiple bones from his body. Both from his rib cage and his radius and ulna. Because they are hard as steel (and can be as hard as hyper diamond at Kage), these bones can act as a strong defensive mechanism against incoming strikes. Due to this they will also serve as an offensive attack to allow Kimimaro to move with little effort to impale his opponent.
• Dance of the Young Ferns S-Rank Sawarabi no Mai is the fifth of five dance forms. After activating the level two cursed seal form, Kimimaro quickly grows a multitude of tall spikes from his body to create a large forest of bone. While in this form he himself can merge into the bone trees to attack his target from whichever spike he wants.
• Ten Finger Drilling Bullets C-Rank Using the bloodline's unique Shikotsu Myaku (Corpse Bone Pathways) ability, the clan member will use their fingers to fire distal phalange bones as bullets. As the bones fly through the air, they will rotate and drill into their target once they make contact.
• Dance of the Clematis: Flower B-Rank Using this dance, the user will also form a large flowering bone spear which they can also use to pierce any shield the opponent raises. The spear is said to be invincible, even by Kaguya standards.
• Dance of the Clematis: Vine B-Rank The user will remove their spinal column from their back to create a flexible bone vine. Because the vine is flexible, it can wrap itself around an opponent to rip them to pieces.
• Dance of the Camellia C-Rank It is the second of five dance forms. Using the ability to manipulate their bone structure, the clan member will remove a long bone in the form of a sword from their shoulder. Because of the bloodline, the density of the bone can be increased many times so that it is as hard as steel. Using fluid and precise movements, they will then cut through any opponent within striking distance.
• Dance of the Willows Passive It is the first of five dance forms. Using the ability to manipulate their bone structure, the clan member will grow and extend a forearm bone through the palm of their hand to form a stabbing instrument. Using fluid and precise movements, they will then impale opponents.
↬ Stage 2 • Senpou Kaguya Passive As a master of the bloodline, the Kaguya Sages are capable of manipulating their bones with their mind. It is very similar to angel/demon manipulation, though in less quantity and range (100 feet within their body). Usually it will be something like pulling spikes out of the ground, rather than manipulating a tide of bones. Their bones regenerate faster, grow impossibly proportionately large, and can be used very strategically. The bones can be changed in shape and molded together even when already released. Fighting a Senpou Kaguya user is often very overwhelming, as they can repel many attacks with little chakra involved. They force their opponent to use jutsu that are actually strong enough to destroy the bones, which already gives the opponent a disadvantage. When using the Senpou Kaguya, your eyelids will turn a dark red, and you will often appear to shudder and pulse uncontrollably in the minds of others.
• The Bone Apostle Passive This is an advanced version of the True Blood Unleashed. The bone apostle is a very powerful form of the Kaguya that can be activated at any time. Some would consider it their true selves, as it seems extremely natural to them. This state seems to constantly shift. Whenever they use one of their 'aspects' as an apostle, it will usually disappear as quickly as it emerged, remaining a mystery. The difference between a Senpou Kaguya and regular Kaguya's chakra is almost impossible for anyone to notice until this is being used, which can be a very quick thing. Their chakra will change slightly, enough for most dojutsu users to see that [something] has happened, but without clarity on what. It is not exactly defined what this form is. The form has a total of [5] aspects, and they are all very much meant for assassination and domination in physical combat.
Clan Jyuugo Clan Ability's • Transformation: Axe/Blade C Adds qualities to a body part to make it more weapon-like. This specifically creates the blade of an axe on a body part to allow chopping ability. It is also possible to create claw-like structure or other constructs with sharpened edges. The durability is equal to the strength of the User.
• Transformation: Fist B There are three types of transformations for the Fist. The first is the most basic, simply increasing the size and structure of the arm to become more spiky and stone-like. This can be applied to both arms for no extra chakra, and increases the strength of them by one rank. The second one gives an arm a similar shape to the basic, but adds a piston-like rod in it, which hammers down on impact, increasing the explosiveness of the punch(+2 Strength). This can be applied to both arms, but one would need to double the chakra cost, which is basically using this ability twice in a row. The third only applies to Fire Users, putting thrusters around the arm to both increase the speed and power of the strike(+1 Speed/Strength). This can also be applied to both arms with double the chakra.
• Transformation: Tail/Claws/Fangs C This allows the User to add beast like qualities to himself, such as tail(s), claws, and fangs. These are only as strong as the User is.
• Transformation: Marine C This can only be used by a Water User. Creating slits in their neck that transform into fish gills to breath water, the User can now also embrace their water-nature and take on the qualities of marine animals, including fins, a fish tail, and [giant] tentacles. These parts are still made from the biotically armored material of the User’s body. These are only as strong as the User is.
• Transformation: Chakra Cannon B This creates holes somewhere on the User which release and gather Natural Energy and chakra, concentrating them into a focus point, the blasting it out as a beam. This blast can be edited to be more wide for a more explosive effect, or narrowed into a long range attack. This can also be fired from the User’s mouth.
• Transformation: Greater Chakra Cannon S Creating multiple holes on the body, the User can now send multiple beams in more directions, or concentrate the energy to create and even stronger blast, capable of clearing almost anything in its path.
• Transformation: Spear C This creates a long spike from any point on the User’s body. The length can be, at most, 7 feet. This is only as strong as the User.
• Transformation: Pine B This create a hide of spikes coming from either the back or front of the User using multiple “Spears”. This can either be used to defend against an attack, or surprise the target once close enough. This can also be applied to the arms to give a punch a wider range and piercing damage.
• Transformation: Berserk Mode S The User lets himself become swallowed by his instincts, letting himself transform his very being. This only lasts for five posts, but increases everything about the User. The power of all Transformations in this mode are increased by one rank. Also, all the passive abilities of Physical Transformation are unlocked, despite the element (Stat Bonuses cap at +3/+3). Once the time limit is up, the User goes into a weakened state for five posts, reducing his stats to 50% of their normal value. At Jonin rank, this time limit becomes 10 posts, and the stat reduction on cool down is instead 75%. This is considered a sage mode.
• Transformation: Berserk Chakra Cannon SS This consumes five posts of the time limit of Berserk Mode. The User must be in Berserk Mode and at least Jonin to learn this. Gathering a massive amount of Nature Energy and chakra into a single focus point, the User fires this at his intended target. Comparable in power to a Bijuu Dama, this cannot be used multiple times in a fight. This beam created causes mass destruction to an area, however it is also known that areas where this rare technique are used soon become very fertile and prosperous with life due to the left over Nature Energy concentrated there.

Raiton: Raikou Shunshin (Lightning Release: Lightning Instantaneous) Description: When performing this technique, the user does a single seal, (Bird), and the user disappears in a wisp of electricity. The maximum the user can travel is a radius of 1 mile from where they are standing, but they must be able to visualize the area in their head. This technique can be used in escaping combat, and also to travel to some extent. However, when this is used to escape combat, this cannot be used when the user is attacked or is attacking.
Raiton: Raiton no Yoroi (Lightning Release: Lightning Armor) Description:The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed. Adds +1/+1 to strength and speed as well as the effects of direct Raiton contact.
Kyuutai Tate no Jutsu (Sphere Shield Technique) Description: Circulating electrically charged chakra around the entire area of the body the user is now able to push this chakra out of their body forming a personal-range electric sphere of defense that covers all angles and even overhead. Anyone who is attempting to break the shield with a taijutsu attack will be given a shock capable of leaving a third degree-burn and pushed back, any type of thrown weapon is immediately blocked as well. The shield can also deflect most ninjutsu attacks. The downside of this is that the user is unable to move while the shield is active.
Dendou Enmu no Jutsu (Electric Fog Technique) Description: A two part technique that can cover a large amount of area or hit one person specificaly, first performing a few hand seals the shinobi blankets the area in a natural, cloudy fog ending his first post. The fog in itself is not very thick, one could essentially see through it and very much fight as if they were not in fog at all. However once this fog has been summoned the Cloud-Nin, now on his next post, is able to fire at one target or a number of targets indirectly by sending an electrical current through the droplets of condensed water that composes this fog esentially creating a series of small, but powerful, electrical shocks and as such vaporizing the fog. These shocks esentially can cause physical debilitation and at worse unconciousness.
This technique factors in rank; it cannot override a technique that is significantly more powerful than it (AKA a higher rank). Note: The first part of this technique can be essentially avoided if fog exists in the immediate vicinity or Kirigakure no Jutsu (by way of ninjutusu) has been used. However by performing this technique by such methods will cause the essential water vapors to disappear. If done by method of Kirigakure no Jutsu, the technique still occurrs and the mist is still very debilitating but it is unable to maintain the charge for the jutsu to be used via the Kirigakure again, and as such, fog must be created for the user to perform the jutsu again.
Sai Sen no Jutsu (Rewire Technique) Description: Making physical contact with an enemy shinobi the Cloud-Nin shoves Static Strings into his opponent and himself, by hotwiring the electrical impulses of the target's brain he disables the target and assumes control of the opponent's body. While in this state the shinobi can only control the target body and has little control over his own body which will remain standing in place. Major problems with this technique is that by severing the strings you break the connection between the target and the Cloud-nin, also the maximum range the controlled body can move from the original body is 50 feet, otherwise the strings will break.
Inbikiri Seeji no Jutsu (Lightning Sage Technique) Description: The user must maintain concentration for a minute (1 post) as user concentrates on sending electricity through their own muscles thus stimulating themselves to become stronger, faster and more flexible; this raises your base stats by +1/+1 beyond the cap. Lasts for an entire fight before needing to be recharged.
Ten Thousand Lightning Bugs The jutsu is just like it's name. A fairly simple, yet new technique. The user makes twenty consecutive seals ending with bird. At the end of the seal session of the jutsu, the user emits glowing chakra. It creates an aura around their body for one whole post (3 sentences long). The glowing aura then disperses from the body, and turns into what would look like Fire Flies. These little fire flies are actually small balls, about a half inch in circumfrence, and made of pure Raiton Chakra. Once the bugs surround a certain area or abject, the ten thousand fire flies will explode once the bird seal is released. The send out an exposion of lightning about a half meter in diameter electrocuting anything and everything in their path of destruction.
Chidori This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target, increasing their speed for the duration of this attack by 1. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.
Hando no Semeku (Hands of Torture) Descriptions: Considered by most to be more of a torture technique then an actual attack the user can lay his hands on his opponent and send several thousands of volts of electricity into the target. Depending how many times a Cloud-Nin has hit the opponent with this will depend on what happens. One time of being hit by this technique causes minor burns, chest constrictions, blurred vision, and overall pain. An additional time of being hit by this any other time during the battle will cause on-site second-degree burns, partial blindness, and an inability to breathe. A third case of exposure will cause a third degree burn on the spot that the hands touched and will cause major orificial hemorrhaging cause by internal bleeding, and unconsciousness. The fourth exposure causes death, and pretty much leaves the area smelling like burnt flesh.
Kouten no Saiketsu (Heaven's Judgement) Description: A technique that causes overall destruction and chaos, performing a number of seals a large spinning tube of lightning launches itself out of the user's body and speeds away in the direction that the Cloud-Nin was facing. Going at a particularly high speed this tube begins to tear up all peices of land it touch and bores large holes through anything that has the horrible chance of being in front of it and then explodes in a huge burst of electricity essentially electrocuting anyone within close proximity of the explosion.
Shina no Kourin (The Descent of Shina) Description: A technique used generally to remove a huge group of nins or to breach a heavily guarded section of wall. After fully charging all chakra and then doing nothing but hand seals the Cloud-Nin is able to open the skies from above and as such a sphere of clouds about 14 feet in height and 14 feet in circumference slowly descends from the sky. It then slowly descends to touch the ground, and once it does everything in a 90 foot radius of where the ball dropped is attacked by huge bolts of lightning causing large amounts of property damage and what not.
Sigh of the Yellow Dragon Description: Often considered to be Nagai Jyushin's trademark technique the few who have ever seen it have gazed in awe at the complete output of chakra one would have to use in order to perform such a move as this. Placing but one single hand on the opponent the shinobi delivers a huge debilitating shock to his target forcing him to his knees, the shinobi then generates a excessively huge amount of electirc chakra that the target's body turns to ash and crumbles away. Some who have claimed to of seen the move in action say that a human sized flying snake can be seen wrapped around Nagai and then flies high into the sky, never to be seen again. However to this day the school teacher claims he knows no such move.
Raiton: Rairyu Rendan no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Dragon Attack) Description: Sends a create dragon to smash into the opponent, sending forth an incredible shock through the opponents body. That can leave their entire body temporarily paralyzed.
Raiton: Ryouken (Lightning Hound) Description: By manipulating lightning chakra into the dominante hand, the user make the lightning expand to can create the form of a hound. to attack his opponent from a distance. The lightning dog will still be connected to the user’s hand through a bolt of lightning. The user then manipulates the technique to attack the chosen target. Being a Lightning Release, it requires a lot of chakra from the user to maintain for a period of time and thus a risk to use with a low chakra supply. This was first used against Pain when Kakashi tested this jutsu out to see if he could repel both Ninjutsu and Taijutsu.
Chidori Sharp Spear: Prerequisite: Chidori Description: The original Chidori gained its power by shaping it into a form sufficient for an electrical discharge and using it together with the user's own "thrust". This technique uses Shape Transformation to form the original Chidori into a spear-shape, adapting it for mid-range attacks with a maximum range of 10 meters. Although it's less powerful than the Chidori, its increased range means there is less of a risk to the user. It also has the advantage of being able to be used for surprise attacks and capturing. When the enemy's body is pierced the user can alter the spear's shape into multiple additional blades increasing the number of wounds. The blade can also be swung in order to cut things as well as cause fatal injuries.
Chidori Current Prerequisite: Chidori Description: By releasing the Chidori in every direction, an electrical discharge flows from the user's entire body allowing him to affect multiple enemies. When using this attack on a great number of enemies at once, it can effectively double as an instant defense. The body of the person touched by the Chidori will misinterpret the Lightning nature as "electrical signals from the nerves," making its muscles contract. This causes the body to involuntarily go stiff, while at the same time receives damage. This will also neutralize other lightning jutsu so long as they are not more powerful. This attack can also be channeled through the ground to increase the range of the attack by a few more feet.
Chidori Stream: Description: The user uses his weapon of choice to channel an extremely powerful Chidori. It appears to have an even greater range than Chidori Current, making it more effective in battle. It can be noted that this technique is more of a use on water, because the lightning current produced is carried on the entire surface making it more difficult for the enemy to avoid it.
↬ Suiton Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique) Description: Creates one or multiple identical copies of the original out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin then a regular Bunshin, water clones are capable of attacking, except each clone is roughly 1/10 the power of the original. The water clone can perform one jutsu that the user also knows once. It must be a water elemental jutsu. One solid hit will destroy the clone.
Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation) Description: Any Mist Shinobi that uses ninjutsu should likely have this technique. This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, freezing, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Freezing is mostly limited to small amounts of water, and boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first.
Mizutamari no Jutsu (Water Puddle Technique) Description: By altering personal body shape, the user can melt into the water below the user. This allows the user to hide and set up an ambush, or lose inexperienced trackers.
Mizutamari Yusuo no Jutsu (Water Puddle Transportation) Requirements: Mizutamari no Jutsu Description: The normal Mizutamari Technique must be learned before you can use this technique, since it requires Mizutamari to be used in conjunction with it. If a user uses the Mizutamari while standing on top of a lake or river or any other water source, he/she can materialize himself/herself back anywhere he/she wants within the area of the water source (maximum range, 1/2 a mile.) That way the user can surprise the enemy from behind or even from below.
Kirigakure: Shunshin no Jutsu (Hidden Mist: Instantaneous Body Skill) Description: An ability which allows the user to transport from one area to another in a spray of fine mist. The user has to have been to the area before and the distance is limited to about one mile. This jutsu can only be used to escape combat, and may not be used if the shinobi is attacking or has been attacked.
Suimenka no Kisoku ( Breathing underwater Technique) Description: The art of breathing underwater using chakra to remove oxygen from water has been a long handed down secret of the Mist. The length of time and the depth that the diver can go under depends on the ability of the user. This technique typically activates whenever the shinobi breathes in water and requires no handseals.
Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique) Description: A highly effective cover technique which blankets an area in a thick mist, confusing the senses of the enemy. Unless the user is trained to fight without the use of his vision, or has learned the technique to see through the mist, this doesn't not provide a significant combat advantage. The mist swirls about, confusing vision and distorting sound. Visibility is cut down to three feet. The mist lasts for 3 posts, plus an additional post for every 10 points in Reserves the user has. It is important to note that this mist is non-natural, and obstructs the view of even those using low level techniques (stage 3 or lower) to attempt to see through it.
Kiri Shikaku no Jutsu (Mist Vision Technique) Description: A technique usually used with Kirigakure no Jutsu, the Mist Vision technique allows the user to see through heavy mist, steam, or any other condition caused by water in the air. This does not give the ability to see through smoke. The technique is passive and activates when the user's vision would otherwise be obstructed by mist.
Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique) Description: A move used to trap the victim inside a prison of water; it is very difficult to escape. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep one hand against the prison at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This is considered one of the strongest water trapping jutsus, simply because it has no inherent duration; the technique can be held indefinitely as long as the user keeps a hand in place, and the prison cannot be escaped or broken from the inside.
Gekiryuu Chikara (Raging River Force) Description: This technique is similar to the Water Torrent technique, save for a few key differences. Firstly, the power of this technique is enough to tear down most stone walls and defenses, not to mention defenses made of weaker materials. Secondly, this technique produces enough water to flood a small area. This technique can floor an area of 200 square feet (a 10x10 square.)
Suiton: Suijinheki (Water Release: Water Barrier) Description: An ultimate defense of the Mist Shinobi, Suiton Suijinheki requires a great deal of water to work, or mastery of the appropriate level of Mizu Soujuu. Upon completing the technique, a large, swirling barrier of water surrounds the user and any nearby allies. This protects against any fire technique, as well as any ninjutsu that are projectiles by nature. Attempting to breach the barrier with taijutsu is self-defeating, the opponent who attempts to do so will find himself being whirled around the barrier and slammed into the ground several times throughout the duration of the technique as he is caught in its strong current.
