Toshiko pushed open the door to the library, struck by the overwhelming odor of old parchment. Its sweet aroma was intoxicating and Toshiko savored every breath she took in, hoping that it would never end. She walked the through the rows of bookshelves and found a small table with which to read her latest mission scroll. She slowly unrolled the scroll, spreading it out over the table. It detailed a simple task to say the least. The younger ninja had been placing scrolls and other objects in the wrong places and purposely renaming others.

Toshiko rolled the scroll back up, putting it into a pouch on the side of her thigh. She took a long look at the seemingly endless rows of books and took in another deep breath of the Library's dusty old air and set about to thinking as to how she was going to accomplish such a monumental task by herself. Several different plans formulated themselves in her head all at once and she ran through each of them one by one in her head. Finally she decided on a plan that seemed most suited to her particular skill set.

Slowly, varied amounts of Iron Sand began to seep out of the gourd on her back and slowly formed into tentacle like vestiges, giving her more and more hands with which to work. And she turned and set off down the first aisle of books, sorting and shifting scrolls and books into their proper places. It was a grueling task to say the least, made all the more difficult by the hordes of younger ninja all trying to search for and grab scrolls for their own use. It was a nightmare for her to see the shelves behind her organized for only a few minutes, then to see them in complete and utter disarray. Nevertheless she continued on with her fools errand. From time to time she would run into other ninja that she recognized from the Academy or elsewhere and would stop to see them, enjoying and exchanging a few words here and there.

She stopped about halfway through her cleaning to take a moment for herself. It was backbreaking work to use her sand to sort all the scrolls and for a time she felt very drained, almost dead tired. She kicked her feet up on a table for a few minutes and hoped to find a few minutes of peace and quiet from herself. The library was one of the few places in the world she could find any kind of peace. She lost herself in the sounds of people coming and going, chairs sliding in and out of place, in the odor of the parchment, the sights and sounds of everyday life. For a time she could almost trick herself into thinking that she was no longer a ninja. That she lived a life of complete and utter bliss, free and ignorant of the troubles that plagued this world. Of the evils that they would all be forced to both face and endure. Her thoughts betrayed her and wandered to thoughts of the Shogun and the last Raikage, and their final encounter. She had still been new and wet behind the ears, blind to the ways things worked at those levels. And one day she had awoken to find out the Raikage had fled, suspected of torturing and killing a foolish young shinobi from Kusagakure. The host of the Ichibi no less. A tear formed in her eye. For all his faults, he was the Raikage who had given her the very headband she wore on her person right now. She quickly pushed out all thoughts of him and everything else that was happening and wiped the tear from her eye.

She slowly rose again and set back to the long task of sorting the rest of the library, this time by hand, preferring the prolong the simple task as long as she possibly could. It was these simple tasked that saved her humanity and kept her from going insane. It was a great change of pace from the usual missions and she enjoyed the time she could spend with her own thoughts. She reached the final aisle after what seemed like an eternity and set about putting all the scrolls in the proper locations. She let her thoughts wander again as she passed the final rows. These jutsu were powerful to say the least. What she yearned to simple stuff some of the stronger techniques into her pouch and never return. For a few moments she even caught her hand reaching for them out of pure want. She pushed the thought from her mind and placed the final scroll in its place. Taking one more deep breath of that intoxicating odor, she pushed open the doors to the library to report back that she had accomplished the task.

Seeing the spheres lift back up Alexandra pushed off the roof landing on one and quickly flipping to the next and began pushing off with his feet like a rabbit again and bounced back and fourth back and fourth. He thought to him self as he starred at Tsuki and slowly blushed and thought to him self, 'Maybe if I asked her out she would say yes...maybe she would want to go get some food...maybe if I say its NOT a date she would want to..' he thought to him self as he continued to think not paying much attention. landing on the last spheare he foot slipped. Body falling he slammed into the wooden floor and he groaned and whimpered in pain.

Standing up he whimpered and brushed him self off and looked at her blushing deeply and sighing emberrassed, 'She will never go on a date with me now...I might just have to get stronger...' he thought to him self smiling, "shall we go and start turning in this mission?" He asked quietly not to disturb anyone and looked at the scrolls poking them.

Alex's crash into the floor startled Tsuki and she jumped in reaction to it, the metal spheres she controlled also shaking in reaction to Tsuki's fright. She stood still to calm herself as she returned the balls to her body slowly but quickly, just in case something else frightened her. "Yes," Tsuki whispered back to Alex once all of her spheres were sealed back into her body. She pushed lightly on the cart to test its weight, and once she found that it was a bit too heavy to easily push back to the librarian's desk, she cast the magnetic field jutsu she had been using the manipulate the balls once again. Then she put her hands back onto the cart and, this time using a combination of physical force and chakra, Tsuki seemed to roll the cart along its merry way almost effortlessly.

When Tsuki and Alex reached the librarian's desk, they were met with a face different than that one that had given them the mission. This time, a young woman in her early 20s was sitting behind the desk in the chair the old man was sitting in. However, there was apparently no need for confusion. "Oh," the lady perkily replied as she finished working with someone, "You're the shinobi that Gramps sent out to collect scrolls, right? Ah, excuse me." There was a momentary pause as the younger librarian worked with next person in line. She seemed several times more popular than the wrinkled old man for various reason. Once she was done with the second person, the efficient woman wasted no time in giving Tsuki and Alex further instructions, "Just set that cart down on the wall behind my chair. Thank you!" right before helping yet another person in line.

Tsuki eventually nodded, unfreezing herself from the shock of hearing someone speak to her so energetically, and pushed the cart-load to its designated resting place. "On that shelf there," the woman's voice briskly cut through the air once more as she pointed behind herself and above Tsuki's head without turning around from her work with library guests even once, "You should see two bags of ryo. That'll be your pay." For her last few words, the librarian gave both Tsuki and Alex the privilege of seeing her turn around and look at both of them, "Once again, thank you for the help." Final words said and the business between them done, the youthful librarian fully immersed herself in her work, a clear dismissal for the two ninjas.

This left Tsuki to give Alex's half of the ryo herself while she pocketed her own half. Then she waited politely for him to say something if he wanted to. Up until now, Tsuki had been taking the lead much more than she would have liked, but it had only been because she felt that was her responsibility as a chuunin. Now, though, with the mission over, she slipped back into her comfort zone of silence. [498 words]

↬ Uzumaki are capable of sealing energy from the environment around them. Meant to prolong battles and slowly debilitate their foes as they draw down their chakra with sealing techniques, the Uzumaki are the best at lasting long and using over-enlarged amounts of chakra. By activating their tattoos, they will gain a number of chakra from the environment every post (5 at chuunin). This connection to nature also gives them a sense of nature; they can feel disturbances in chakra, and can greatly perceive others' chakra, though only the shift in chakra (like with technique usage), not the ebb and flow.
↬ The Uzumaki are very accurate when it comes to throwing projectiles.
↬ Fuuinjutsu can be used without without handseals at chuunin rank and above.
↬ All Fuuinjutsu are stronger by [1] rank, and can be shaped in particular ways (for example, a barrier can be shaped into a shield).

↬ Electromagnetic Force Field Skill [Hara Chikara Denji no Jutsu]: D
Those whom have studied and practiced the skills of drawing upon magnetic forces are able to summon an electrical. Summoning up a electromagnetic force field, the user can manipulate any metal objects within their field of control. The higher their intelligence, the farther they can spread the force field's distance and area of electromagnetic influence.
↬ Ghost Shadow Technique: B
By sealing a portion of their energy (which can be rested back to normal) into their shadow and allowing for the shadow to gather general energies from the nature around it, the Uzumaki can stock up to 40 energy in this shadow which can be used later in battle at any time by performing a simple handseal. This technique can be used at night or indoors and it overlaps other shadows; becoming as dark as possible as if to stand out. This -- however -- can make the user's movements more predictable, and this technique takes 1 post for only 1 chakra point, meaning it takes 40 whole posts to stock up for later battle use.

Fully/Partially Visible Tattoos
↬ Tsuki has a set of tattoos that collectively take the design of multiple wings. At each of her shoulder bones, Uzumaki sealing tattoos etched in white, almost silvery ink extend from her shoulder bones onto her arms, wrapping their skinny shape all the way down to the back of Tsuki’s hands. In the same color is a second pair of wing tattoos that start in the middle of her back, one below the left should bone and the other below the right. These tattoos circle around her waist to the front of her body, where the wing shape that that they design take a steep dip to between the legs. The width of the wings narrow on the way down to the legs and continue to narrow as they spiral down the legs much as the first set of wings spiral down the arms. Once the pair of tattoos reach the knees of the legs they are spiraling down, the seals written into the tattoos are shaped into a ring right below the knees.

Walking and crossing his arms he blushed deeply as he looked at Tsuki and smiled. "Hey...I just..." he stopped and starred, his heart pounding quickly he had no idea how to say what he wanted to say but knew the missions was over, this was his time to ask her out to eat and he grew excited. Food...Food...Food....is all his mind would say as he slowly opened his mouth to speak. "Food...." is all he could say, heart racing he quickly turned towards his bag of money and picked it up. Turning away he starred at Tsuki and blinked. "I am going to go now!" He said and quickly took off running, his lungs pounding and his heart racing. Sweat beading down his forhead as he continued running quickly through the library and exited the library.

After walking for a few minutes Yuro stumbled across a library. "This is perfect" he says grinning under his mask walking in. A clean library carefully sectioned made it easy for the young shinobi to find three basic scrolls and two genin scrolls "might as well start with these" Yuro said coldly as he also pulled out a scroll containing information on his bloodline holding on tight then leaving.

Quickly returning to the library, Yuro skimmed through every isle finally coming across something that might have been what he needed. Holding his neck were his tattoo had been covered, he reached for the book of the Devine Beasts. "hmmm,so this is a clan then." Yuro snarled to himself having a flashback of the man who bit his neck while traveling to the village. "more power for me then", a grin grew across his face as he held both the Devine Beast and the Yamikonton scrolls in hand making his way back to the training grounds.

Jae had walked side by side with Tsuki along the way to the library. She seemed to be in good spirits, clutching the written booty call closely in her hand to make sure it didn't float away. At first there had even been a pep to her step until she stumbled and almost landed flat on her face. Hyun had ignored Tsuki's comment about her not reading it aloud. It would have been much more awkward if she went around shouting totally not Hinata's name and waving the thing around. This way they can discreetly deliver the message once they see him wandering around. "Keep your eyes peeled. I'm going to see if I can recruit some local help." Hyun-Jae said with a tone of mystery. She looked left and right a few times as they walked before spotting a tree and hustling over to it. The girl peered up into the branches and rejoiced when she saw a squirrel. Reaching up with one hand she beckoned to the little creature and called out. "Hey there little buddy! I could use your help." Right away the squirrel hustled down the tree and jumped onto her outstretched palm, clinging to her arm like it would a branch. Jae stroked its head softly and turned back to Tsuki, walking over with the squirrel cradled safely. The squirrel was completely comfortable with the girl. It was idle in her arms, its tail occasionally twitching in response to the world around it. "Alright, so my little friend here will help us out. We're looking for a guy named totally not Hinata. He's got dark hair with some high lights in it, wears glasses, relatively pale. Right then? Okay." Jae stopped near the side of a building and held her arms up, giving the squirrel a little boost onto a ledge. Before sprinting off it turned to Jae and chattered a bit. It set off with a start, soon followed by a number of other squirrels. Hyun-Jae watched them go for a moment before starting back on the road. "They're always so eager to help, we'll have to be sure to stop and pick up some sort of treat for them. I'm Hyun-Jae by the way." Jae said, turning briefly to Tsuki and smiling. If it wasn't obvious before, it would be now. Her eyes were the trademark Hyuga style: stark white and blank as ********.

Matching Jae's spirited steps were Tsuki's own hesitant ones. She wasn't quite sure yet whether or not she should be worried for the other woman's drunken state. Once, already, the woman had stumbled while walking to the library. The worry did not cease with Jae's mysterious tone and while Tsuki did keep her eyes peeled as she was requested to, she kept her ears alert for any sounds of more stumbling. To Tsuki's relief, Jae did not stumble. Instead, she returned with a squirrel. For a split second, the white-haired girl was left teetering between taking the squirrel as further proof that Jae was quite drunk or as proof that she was sober enough to use whatever ninja magics had tamed the squirrel enough for it to curl up in her hand. She decided, like with most things, to wait on the decision and merely tilted her head quizzically to the side as she quietly watched.

Whatever ninja magics Jae had used seemed to have worked as the squirrel scampered away with a distinct sense of purpose. When Jae introduced herself, Tsuki was still lost in thought, and the older lady's name surprised the little ninja. "U-uh," Tsuki stuttered for time to pull her thoughts out of worrying whether or not Jae was sober enough. Once she had collected herself, she replied back in kind, "Mizutou Tsuki," reciting her last name first, "Was that... what you did with the squirrel... A Hyuuga technique?". The stammering girl had managed to maintain eye contact with Jae for all of a second, just long enough for her to give out her name, before her eyes dipped back to the ground where they were still most comfortable whenever conversation occurred.

Like Jae's eyes giving out her well-known bloodline, which Tsuki had heard of but had never really bothered to study the specific extent of their powers, Tsuki had her tattoos. The silver ink they were etched into her body were not very noticeable, but no doubt anyone who took the time to pay any mind to the small girl should notice that there were some sort of silver markings all over her body. The markings were, in place of Tsuki's repressed Dattekupo and her lack of brightly colored hair, signs of Tsuki's inheritance of the sealing prowess of the Uzumaki clan.

The squirrels were running rampant through the area, weaving and out of people as they continued the hunt for totally not Hinata. Hyun-Jae had shoved her hands into her pockets and looked incredibly relaxed for a person on a mission of such importance. Occasionally her blank eyes would dart to and fro, but for the most part she just walked on and listened to Tsuki takl every now and then. When the little girl asked her question about the squirrels Jae shook her head and smiled at her. "Nah, most Hyuuga clan techniques are based around these Hyun said, using two fingers to point out her eyes. They really were unique in the sense that only her kin had orbs like these in their heads. Hyun-Jae suddenly turned and followed the squirrels up some steps that led to the local library. As they climbed Jae spoke. "We have this power called the Byakugan, with it we can see chakra networks and all sorts of s**t. It's pretty cool really. The majority of our techs revolve around breaking chakra points and destroying someone's flow." She said nonchalantly, shrugging her shoulders like the precision and timing needed for that was no big deal. Train enough for anything and it eventually just became second nature.

Jae strolled on past the front desk, offering an apologetic smile to the librarian as a battalion of squirrels charged in ahead of her. The rodents scampered up the sides of shelves and down hallways to help locate lover boy. Every now and then they would come across someone with their head firmly lodged in a book or two. Once they passed them Hyun-Jae continued on with her explanation of what she did. "That thing with the squirrels is apart of something else. I've always had a connection with nature and natural s**t. Used to drive my parents crazy always coming home with bunnies, birds, foxes, or whatever I could find." Jae was smiling fondly at the memory. Every day she would go out to play she would come back with some 'lost' animal or another, determined to make it her best friend. Of course, that ability to tap into nature was a lot more complex than just chatting up critters. Hyun-Jae could manipulate natural energy and augment her body, changing it in a myriad of ways. "What about you? What sort of ninja magic do you have up your sleeves?" She had just shared the majority of her trade secrets and was a bit curious about the girl. Jae looked sideways at her as if to confirm she was still very short and weighed maybe one hundred pounds soaking wet. Chances were she wasn't like Jae, able to punch things really hard and move fast. Maybe she was into illusions or spouting flames out of every orifice. There were so many tricks and styles out there it would be impossible to just guess.

Upon passing the librarian, Tsuki made a point of bowing apologetically... from the other side of Jae. The small girl was frightened of what the librarian's reaction would be. One glance at the stern woman's stony gaze was enough to confirm her fears and Tsuki offered another bow before hastening further into the library and away from the librarian.

Somehow, despite all the skittering and cowering, Tsuki had managed to catch every word Jae had said. The older kunoichi's openness surprised the small girl, even more than how casually she talked about executing techniques that no doubt required years of training. Then again, in respect to the lesser surprise, Tsuki had to admit that she considered sealing, which was apparently possible by only a few, in the same casual way. However, to talk so much about one's abilities, even if someone else had asked. It wasn't something Tsuki was accustomed to. Most would perhaps slip by with just the name of a clan or something, but Jae had not just given Tsuki a lot more information than she needed to know but even brought up her past. To Tsuki, who was young but had been rigorously trained as a shinobi for one purpose or another from a young age, it was unusual to hear another kunoichi talk so freely. She could only remember the other orphans she grew up with talking to her in such a casual manner, and that was because they considered each other family. Them and the sannin she traveled with, Kat, who Tsuki had assumed was just eccentric like that. Everyone else she had been around, from peers to adults who trained her, tended to closely guard their secrets. In turn, they taught Tsuki to carefully guard her own. Keeping a secret was one of the few mentally stressing actions Tsuki could perform to some degree of success. It puzzled Tsuki, .

the small girl stared up at Jae after Jae had stopped speaking, the time Tsuki spent to think creating a noticeable pause in the conversation, She blanked at how to respond. With Kat, the only other person eccentric enough to be so loose, Tsuki had it easy. The woman was an Uzumaki and an S-rank kunoichi of Cloud. She knew with just a name what Tsuki's clan did and she had the authority to know about the demon Tsuki had within her. Jae had neither, though, and that left Tsuki with so many options she was starting to confuse herself.

Soundlessly, Tsuki's mouth formed various shapes as she tried to get a good start on her words, her eyes still looking up at Jae. Not paying attention to where she was going, it wasn't all that surprising when Tsuki nearly tripped over a chair, but she recognized the accident before it happened. Just as her knee made contact with the obstacle, Tsuki's body froze as her eyes darted away from Jae's face to the potentially hazardous piece of furniture. She pulled her knee back without any casualties, the entire incident taking so little time that it almost seemed like one fluid motion. Tsuki's usual awkwardness returned as she shyly whispered, "Excuse me," before skittishly skirting around and pushing the chair, which had only wobbled a little from the slight impact, further under the table so it didn't risk trip anyone else.

After fumbling around with the task, Tsuki returned to Jae's side, her mind still on a way to respond to the Hyuuga's question. The small girl felt bad at just the thought of not responding as openly as her impromptu parter but the thought of revealing everything also left her uncomfortable. Then again, the entire situation was making her feel uncomfortable, so it probably wasn't that bad of a feeling.

Tsuki decided to try her best, but a very methodical sort of best. She was already certain on what she absolutely couldn't reveal, something that haunted her so much that even though it could factor into her collection of tricks and magics, it probably never would. "Ninja magics," Tsuki simply repeated what Jae had said, "Um, I guess mine are technically up my sleeve? Some of them are, at least. I, somehow, inherited enough Uzumaki to be born with their talent in sealing techniques. I prefer writing the seals whenever I need to use them, but... you see these white-ish markings on my arms? I have them over the rest of my body. They're seals I can use when I don't have the time to write them out. I'm supposed to be able to use them to hold out on my own but I've never been in a situation dangerous enough to call for that so I don't really know. Most of the time, I'm so scared that I forget to use these tattoos to defend myself and just focus on doing my best to run away."

Jae nodded her head appreciatively at the information Tsuki had offered up, even though it was obvious it was like pulling teeth. Hyun-Jae was busy suppressing a smirk as she thought on the intense paranoia most ninja had when it came to their secrets. In her eyes, if she couldn't figure out a way to counter someone's counter against her she may as well lose the battle. It didn't matter if her opponent knew every single thing about her or nothing at all. Jae would be determined to beat the ever loving crap out of them regardless. She took a moment to trace the barely noticeable markings on Tsuki, keeping herself from reaching out and using her hands. Jae let out a whistle of admiration before speaking. "Man, I always wanted tattoos, but my mother would probably kill me." That may have been something suddenly unexpected from this girl who came off as rough and roguish. But Jae actually had a lot of respect for her parents and gave in to some of their wants for her. "I bet you're hiding all sorts of s**t up your sleeves. That has to come in handy." Jae said wistfully, imagining what sorts of objects she'd hide in her seals. She chuckled menacingly to herself as she envisioned herself sealing away a boatload of spiders only to release them upon some unsuspecting victim. That would be horrifying.

A sudden onset of rapid chattering had Jae cutting the conversation off. The squirrels were running in figure eights on the bookshelves in an attempt to get Jae's attention. A grin split across her face and Hyun turned up the speed and took off at a brisk walk. They had found him. Jae rounded the corner and came to a sudden stop. She whirled around and motioned for Tsuki to stay quiet. Just above a whisper she spoke. "That's him! That's totally not Hinata! Look at him!" Hyun-Jae was positively ecstatic and almost sang those words. There was a guy sitting at a table alone matching the exact description that was in the letter. Jae's fingers enclosed around the letter just as she bit her bottom lip lightly. What would be the best delivery method? "Should I just...throw it at him and run? I mean I don't want to make this awkward and have it potentially blow up in definitely not Shane's face. Sooo.....you do it!" Hyun-Jae thrust the letter into Tsuki's hands and pivoted around her, putting her hands upon the girl's shoulders and giving a light push. In the next instant Jae would be 'expertly' hiding behind a stack of books.

There were other reasons to keep secrets than to create a tactical advantage in combat. For Tsuki, her main reasons to conceal the demon within her were twofold, first to slim down the potential number of people after her demon ever so slightly and second to avoid the judgemental gazes of those that might have something against demons and their hosts. Like most everything else in her life, it was fear that motivated Tsuki to act as she did.

However, that fear was currently hidden beneath a neutral expression that stared at the floor for some time after Tsuki had finished what she had to say. After a while, though, her eyes moved back up to Jae's, just in time to catch the larger lady visually tracing the markings on her body. Tsuki reactively stiffened, not sure herself if it was because she wanted to be polite and make it easier for Jae to look at her tattoos or if because she felt threatened by the focused gaze.

Only when Jae began speaking her part did Tsuki's body relax and she listened politely as usual. To her relief, she did not have to list to Jae the many, many things she hid up her sleeves. Live spiders, Jae would be pleased to hear, was not one of them. Although, Tsuki did have some fake rubber centipedes, a gift from her orphanage family that she was not sure if she was supposed to take seriously or as a joke. That was irrelevant, though, compared to the urgent chittering of squirrels which Tsuki guessed meant something had happened, something like totally not Hinata being located. Jae's rush certainly confirmed her suspicions that totally not Hinata had been found. Tsuki followed after Jae, slightly behind her but matching her pace nonetheless. The height difference left Tsuki scampering to match Jae's longer strides, but she kept up easily.

When Jae suddenly stopped, Tsuki nearly bumped right into her, but stopped just in time so that her bangs were just barely brushing the older girl's back. Hoping she hadn't bothered Jae, Tsuki quickly backed up but not far enough to be swatted in the face by the Asian's long black hair as she whirled like some short-lived top.

As Jae whispered, Tsuki squinted her eyes and shook her head to get the feeling of hair off her face. While Jae chattered out ideas for delivery, the younger girl stared with an air of curiosity. Keep in mind, Jae had practically dragged Tsuki into this mission, and Tsuki had gone with it because 1) she was too much of a scaredy cat to say no and 2) ensuring that a letter was delivered properly was the responsible thing to do. Until Tsuki had the letter in her own hands, she could only see Jae's mission as a standard errand, one Tsuki had done more times than she could count. She could not understand why Jae was so flustered.

Then all of a sudden, Tsuki had the letter and it was her turn to suddenly hesitate about everything. Although, it was a different form of hesitation. "Uh? Ah? Um? H-huh?" and finally a whispered, "Uwaaaaah," was Tsuki's brilliant announcement of her feeling about her situation as she suddenly found herself thrust out into the open with a letter in her hands. The small girl's fear-filled eyes gravitated to where Jae was hiding in the book stands as thoughts of a different sort from Jae's filled Tsuki's mind. The awkwardness from Tsuki did not stem from the contents of the letter. She didn't have enough interest in such affairs to think about them like Jae did. Rather, the awkwardness was the fact that the letter was incorrectly addressed and to resolve it two shinobi had essentially stalked the intended recipient to the library. Delivering a normal (an adjective Jae might not have agreed with) letter to someone in the library felt so weird. . The small teen gave one last glance back at Jae with pleading eyes but as it looked like the hopeless romantic seemed to have no plans on leaving her front-stage seats, Tsuki gulped and professionally walked to what she very well considered her very embarrassing doom.

Hinata, meanwhile, had switched from staring at the dozens of noisy squirrels surrounding him and ruining his concentration to the pale, white-haired girl that suddenly appeared from behind a bookcase and seemed to have some business with him. The stare, certainly, did not make Tsuki's job easier, and it was one of the reasons why she had been so uncomfortable since the letter had been passed on to her and she had been cruelly shoved from the safe confines of the bookshelf. It was into this unnerving gaze Tsuki stepped with stiffly towards. Doing her best to muster the courage and willpower to ignore the gaze, Tsuki bowed, perhaps a bit too deeply for such a simple task and robotically reported, "A letter for totally not Hinata from totally not Shane. We apologize for the damage caused to it. It had been mailed to the wrong address so we needed to confirm the contents to identify the proper recipient." Then, feeling too awkward to notice anything that Hinata did besides receive the letter from her, Tsuki bowed again and turned to walk stiffly back to the "expertly" hiding Jae.

When Tsuki's stiff walk had placed her level with Jae, Tsuki darted to hide next to Jae. Hiding in embarrassment with company seemed better in this situation that running off in embarrassment alone.
