Well while Jin walked off to do the mission they had talked about earlier, under a nice disguise no doubt, she looked to Cecil the ANBU Captain of the Cloud as he approached her, she had seemingly ignored him but had forgotten that he was there. This was mainly due to his well she could say his sneak level but he was talking and she was rather annoyed at the time and it was just so much at once that... oh well.
That being said he approached her and began to speak a lot of flattery to her to which she bowed lightly, something that was unusual nonetheless for a shogun to do but even further unusual for a shogun to do first. She smiled as she looked at him but this one was both warm and kind, though she did not forget the presence of the others in the room. "Thank you Cecil. Passing through the second floor he saw a lounge by the look of it and then he reached the top floor. As he went to enter the door he saw Kya, Cecil, and the newly appointed Lightning Shogun, along with the Lady Raikage herself. Quickly making a three sixty he went just outside the door and leaned against a wall to wait. 』™
"Well now that was rude." Kya would say with a mock frown as she walked around the desk and placed a hand on the desk, looking into the eyes of the raikage. "Not even a hello?" she asked turning her head as she spoke. As she sensed the chakra within him she narrowed her eyes, recalling where she had felt that kind of dense mass before. She couldn't quite put a finger on it specifically but she did essentially have a general idea. "I think, that I can say beyond the shadow of a doubt that you... must be just a figurehead. I've known and defeated stronger chakra presences than yours. I can show you something... something far more imposing than even a demon if you want..." she would trail placing her knee on the table and stepping upon the table with a sickening grin, and a bit of heat rising from her cheeks in anticipation. Perhaps she had found what she was looking for. Perhaps not.
And then Bexley came in, and shut down the raikage pretty roughly, Kya would not break her challenging gaze, but merely allow her face to slowly set back to it's resting state of almost blank disinterest (as seen in the picture.) When she was offered a seat, she turned over on her knee and took a seated position, cutting the kage and her shogun off from viewing each other. She crossed her leg and placed a hand on her knee, contently "following" the command of the shogun. Her foot flicked back and forth, the room seeing that she was indeed barefoot. Her leg broke the kimono, long slender and silky smooth. She smiled looking at Bexley deal with the situation more deftly and concisely than the raikage did. As Jin left Kya merely looked over her shoulder and shook her head. "Alienating your subjects? Tsk tsk." she said as Namito and Jin both exited. "Namito is a good boy, Cec- I mean mysterious hooded figure. I think he'll make a fine monkey leader one day. Much like one I distinctly remember dethroning. He was quite irrelevant, very out of touch with the world. I recall he thought himself my equal... I recall he would have been splattered but someone showed mercy after another pleaded for his life. I recall that mercy came, of al places, from the Monster of Sorana herself." She snickered with a grin and then looked at him dead in his mask's eyes. "And now that weak leader has been given a chance to lead yet again. He could stand to use a bit of humility. Bexley-dono," she said turning her iron gaze on the shogun. "I think if we spent more time fostering the weak they may be less... weak. Wouldn't you agree?" she purred to her ears. She had her full troll mode engaged: she gave no s**t about Namito at all. Nor for Jin. But she did enjoy getting under peoples skin and mentally dominating others. Towards Bexley she had no real feelings. Just a stark want to pull off her clothing. She was drop dead gorgeous... She bit her bottom lip as she posed her question, batting an eyelash at her both invitingly and inqusitively. Both seductively and interrogatively. Would she fall into the trap after all? Or would she make this game fun? We would see. "As far as stories go... I can spin tales as long as my dragon's tail, speak verses that service to rise the dead from their beds and make fun runs with the tongue." she would wink at that last part. "Perhaps I can tell you in a more private setting. Not all of these stories are for less mature ears." She would say tossing another glance at Cecil and the kage each with a chuckle.

[The best way to describe how Kukishi felt right now was flustered and frustrated. It seemed as one person left, another entered soon after, and there was a never ending stream of people cramming up her space. That being said, the sheer satisfaction of the Shogun putting that little s**t with papa issues in his place made up for a lot of it. Kukishi stood and bowed when Bexley entered the room, muttering a word of "Yes, of course, Lady Shogun" as she did so, and then sat back down. Jin was another one that got under her skin. Everyone was under her skin right now. She needed a breather. She needed to change her tampon.
When Kya approached her desk, Kukishi said absolutely nothing and just stared the woman down. She didn't like her presence her. She didn't like that the Shogun warranted it, but she knew (better than Namito apparently) to keep her mouth shut when around her superiors. Kukishi was not a figurehead. She had worked very hard to get where she was. But of course this woman, what was her name, Kya, didn't see that. When Kya turned away, Kukishi turned her attention to Bexley.
"Lady Shogun, with all due respect, I have some work I must get done before the day's over, and it's very hard to do so while you and your friends are catching up." She spoke carefully, and despite her frustration, Kukishi made sure not to let those feelings give away to her tone. Here went Kya trying to make herself important again. Its sad when a filler character doesn't accept that they are insignificant to the story. Kya was just here to be annoying and was no threat therefore could be safety ignored. "Lady Bexley perhaps we should go somewhere else and listen to Kya's stories? I am extremely interested in hearing what she can tell and besides the Kage does have work to do. After all if Kya's stories are as good as she makes them out to be then they shall be worth hearing, and who wants to hear stories in an office, I'd be better somewhere more comfortable." Bexley listened to what everyone had to say. truth was she was becoming rather exhausted and spoke quietly to both of them, "The stories will have to wait. I have matters to attend too. As the Shogun took her leave, Kya shrugged and hopped off of the desk. She gave Cecil a thump on his mask and then retreated from the window again, freefalling out of view. "I suppose I shall leave you to your duties as well." she would say as she rose into the air, floating in front of the window with a black fire covering her feet and hands. Witha flick of her body, she would fly away just as fast as she had come in the first place.
