Maybe Never is a quiet guy who doesn't have much to say. He keeps his emotions to himself and he doesn't often give facial expressions. He's sweet, though, and often shows his care for others by small body gestures and presents. He tends to enjoy physical affection immensely and will never shy away from love, even from strangers.
Maybe Never feels empty, constantly. Not in the sense that he lacks food in his stomach, but more that something is missing. Something he can't find and probably never will. It leaves him often somber or melancholic, eating away at him until he's stuck in a depressive spiral. This is when he needs physical affection the most, and often will become needy for it.
Born into a relatively medium-sized family. Maybe Never left home the second he became an adult and began to try and find somewhere he could call his own home. He so far has found no such luck.
Ice Strike is a cold lady initially. She doesn't tend to like strangers and will use her icy eyes and cold tongue to frighten off others. If they can withstand her slightly mocking tone and nasty retorts then they'll find she's typically an alright lass. She's protective of who she has claimed hers, she's loyal, and she loves children. The one thing Ice Strike can not tolerate are those who bully the weak, and often you'll find that she much rather start a fight and most likely get her butt kicked then let such a thing stand.
Ice Strike has developed a peculiar issue: she tends to stutter if her sentences carry on too long, or she keeps speaking past a certain point. This is greatly embarrassing for her and has caused her to often rely on short and blunt sentences to convey her meaning. She does get excited easily, though, and will ramble until she involuntarily stutters. It's her biggest shame and often she'll just try to up and flee should this happen.
After having kids of her own, Ice Strike has developed a motherly side towards children. She finds that she is just meant to be a mom and will always do her best for any child who might need her. She's, honestly, a little distant at times and isn't the best at sugaring the truth, but she still loves kids in her own way.
She was born into a small family and mostly enjoyed her life as a child. Nothing much happened, to be honest. When she became old enough to sustain herself she left home and began to wander. She wasn't sure what she was seeking as she wandered, but one thing was absolutely clear: she desperately wanted a partner by her side.
This thought led her into trouble. She met Flight Risk and instantly thought he was a cutie, not rejecting the chance to cuddle into his arms for awhile. This led to the young doe having three children. At first, while pregnant, she attempted to flee, but eventually found herself back with Flight Risk in hopes he'd help her through this hard time. He vanished time to time as the kids were being raised, too flighty to stay for long periods of time, but she always knew he'd come back. When the kids became adults the two split their ways, not before Ice Strike let him know her favorite spots so he could find her if need be. One of her daughters ended up traveling with her, despite Ice Strike pleading her daughter go out and find her own way in the world. Now she can't stop worrying whenever Tweet isn't there when she wakes up!

The bird hopped from one leg to another Unable to sit in one place "Tweet tweet" It sang Before it flew away for good.
Petite. Flighty in nature. Can't seem to stay in one place long!
Tweet is a sweet, joyful, and hyper lady! She's always on the move; bouncing around place to place in hopes to meet new people and new locations. She's excitable and easily impressed, even a bit naive. Tweet doesn't tend to think before doing, and while she actually has a plethora of odd facts and knowledge stored in her head she clearly isn't wise in planning out her future. She just goes where the wind takes her, and does what her body wants! She can be a bit sassy, as well, but it's all in good fun~
She inherited her flighty nature from her father, and so she has a hard time committing. Conversations tend to end abruptly and change into a completely different topic within three seconds, she thinks she likes someone enough to lifemate and then one day just vanishes, and she'll just run off the second something catches her eye. She doesn't mean to hurt others, but given her nature it's inevitable if someone gets extremely attached to her. Still, she won't ever forget a face and considers everyone she meets a friend. She's prone to visiting those she cares for time to time, and sporadically.
Unlike her mother, she seems to be a bit afraid of children. She also shudders at the idea of having kids of her own. That's far too much work! She couldn't handle that, could she? She much rather play and explore then have bundles of.... joy?
Her mother and father raised her with her siblings, even if Flight Risk vanished time to time. She was loved by her parents, and in turn she adored her siblings and parental units deeply. So, when it came time the brood were adults and supposed to leave, she instead attached to Ice Strike's side and demanded they travel together.
Now? Well, she's busy giving her mother heart-attacks by leaping into danger 24/7, and also vanishing randomly to visit family, which makes her mother think a bear ate her or something. Responsibility is far from her mind. Poor mama Ice Strike!
Help Me is literally named that due to the intense fear Tweet felt at meeting them, and her screaming the words 'help me'. Now, the spider responds to it. Help Me is a rather gentle spider unless you mess with Tweet. Then, you're in for it. They seem to get along now, but sometimes Help manages to scare Tweet by descending from high places randomly.
Be horrified when her inability to think before acting ends up in children. Ohno. Settle down with a partner, maybe? Would need to require RP for sure.

Little Lady, who prefers to go by Lady, is a polite kin who spends most of her time searching for magical creatures you typically hear about in stories. She's soft spoken but not a push over, often firm with her beliefs and refusing to budge when she's settled on something. While delicate, she possess a harsh tongue that can deliver rather cold remarks if provoked, all while keeping a polite smile on her face.
Lady doesn't tend to partake in tasks that would get her dirty, often flinching at the sight of dirt on her fur or her nest being messy. However, she's a brave woman and will go out of her way to help others, even if it meant getting her pelt stained in the process. While she herself prefers to stay well groomed, she actually doesn't judge others on how they keep themselves often, unless they're about to get her filthy. She reserves judgement for those she deems cruel or on the more wicked side, holding no tolerance to those who prefer to cause havoc and bring about harm.
However, Lady does have some more negative traits. Sure, she's dainty, polite, bold, and seems to not judge others often, but she also can be petty, dependent, and jealous. Lady does not take to being wronged well, and while she'd dare not lose her temper vocally, she will happily cause minor misdeeds to occur towards whoever has invoked her wrath. She also, unconsciously, tends to rely on others if she isn't alone, consistently asking company to do things she could very well do herself and even growing vaguely clingy. This stems into her jealousy, as well, as she can get rather upset if someone she is close to seems to be bonding with another kin. It isn't that she's self conscious, but more that she is reluctant to share. Her jealousy shows in cold stares and tiny pouts as well as the need to show just a little more physical affection to her friend then normal. Don't worry, she won't hurt anyone or cause a fit, luckily.
Born from a fling, Little Lady knew her mother more than her father. She was fonder of her mother and often found herself trying to replicate the beauty she saw within her mother in herself. When she became an adult she excused herself from the nest, deciding to find her own home. She settled within a rather hollow tree base, where she now is busy decorating with various things she finds throughout her mild adventures.

Has a tendency towards violence when provoked.
Beast is a quiet male who tends to only speak when directly asked a question. He's not a fan of company, nor does he seem to delight in cuddling up with other kin. He's nomadic in nature and seems unable to properly bond with other kin. He's tried, many times, and has realized that he just doesn't care. He knows that something is wrong with him, and sometimes he'll set out in a vague attempt to fix whatever is broken, but eventually he just gives up. Maybe he's just meant to be alone, forever.
However, he knows he has duties and responsibilities. Isn't it some instinct to keep your race going? Well, he's heard of it, but he doesn't really have any interest himself. Still, Beast will not reject a doe asking for a night together, purely because he doesn't care either way. He really should help his kind expand, right? And, well, it isn't like it's a burden to spend a night with someone. He'll never stay, though, often slipping away the second the sun peeks over the horizon. He also will lend his help if he spots someone in trouble, mostly because it'll be a burden on his brain if he doesn't. He'll keep thinking about the kin and, really, who needs that? Might as well help to get it over with.
Beast is perhaps cruel, without meaning to be. He finds it bothersome when kin develop romantic feelings towards him, and will even call it a burden. He has no interest, and all it does is stress him out. He can be blunt, and hurtfully so. Beast doesn't believe in censoring, even more so when someone develops attractions to him. Expect heartbreak.
Lastly, he can be a tad violent if provoked. It takes quite a bit to stir anything in the almost monotone and icy male's heart, but he tires eventually when kin follow him about or harass him, and this will result in teeth being used and perhaps a violent kick. He doesn't intend to hurt anyone, but sometimes his temper snaps and, whelp, a hoof meets with a cheek.
Beast of a Burden came from a fling. His mother traveled from their ancestral home while pregnant in hopes to abandon the litter when they emerged. Which, she did. The second they were born she fled, leaving a tiny litter. All but Beast died, which he never really thought about after. He traveled for a time, eventually becoming an adult in due time.
Be Quiet is not loved. Beast met them when they were wee, and Be Quiet has attached to him. No one knows why she has, but Beast despises her. He lets her follow him around as long as she stays quiet.
Goodbye is fleeting. He does not stay anywhere long, and he does not make promises. He knows he cannot commit to one thing or person, no matter how much he wishes he could. He is a nomad, and it runs deep in his bones. He loves deeply, cherishes truly, but at the end of the day Goodbye cannot manage to stay where he says he will. Any connection made is easily abandoned when the need to go becomes overwhelming. He doesn't hold onto memories of others, as it makes life far easier. He's happy to indulge himself for a day or two with the company of others, but expect it to not last longer than a week. When he's gone that's it; you'll never see him again.
He is a honest Acha. He doesn't lie, even though there's hardly any consequence. He just hates the feeling of being false. He's upfront about his need to travel and inability to stick around, though plenty of his nightly partners think they'll be the one to change him. He's also polite and gentle, voice almost a breeze. He does possess a backbone that he is not afraid to show should he need to. He doesn't like violence, but should it come to it he'll gladly use his horns to defend himself, or others.
Goodbye doesn't like the idea of family. The word feels heavy in his mouth and, often, he'll abruptly change the subject should someone bring it up. He has absolutely no desire to have children, although he does enjoy the company of female companions. In the back of his head he knows one day his adventures might result in a child or three, but he choses to ignore this. If he doesn't think about it then it won't happen, right?
Goodbye awoke alone, and alone he remained. He was perfectly happy as a child handling himself. He didn't miss what he didn't know, and when others questioned if he had family he'd shrug without a thought. Eventually, the intense need to travel erupted within him and he began his journey, meeting others along the way and slowly growing into a pleasant but absent male.
The Heart Wants is not what he seems. In public, he is regal, proud, and honest. He is a Thorn, and takes his job seriously. His duty is to protect, serve, and honor. The Heart Wants easily captivates hearts with a charming smile and deep voice, adding to his almost prince-like image. He is, to the public, the ideal male.
Yet, deep down, when the others have left and he is alone with his twin, he changes. His true nature emerges. The large and strong male becomes weak under the gaze of his sister. He bows down to her, accepting any request, demand, or punishment she may have to bestow. He is her servant, and the game he plays in public is one only done to protect the position he has. He is a Thorn merely to ensure her safety, and nothing more. Behind that caring, prince image is a possessive and cruel male. He could care less for any other member of the tribe. The Mothers are simply that; mothers. The Roses are of little use to him. His eyes are stuck on his sister, heart longing for a love he both should not have and is refused. She has made it clear she doesn't want him, and yet he grovels at her feet.
The Heart Wants is an actor. His act around others is almost impenetrable, and it doesn't help he makes sure to ignore his sister when she is nearby. Once the others are gone he'll quickly devolve into apologies to her for not noticing her, and will obey any whim. He is also incredibly possessive and will be prone to, in the dead of night, causing mayhem to those trying to court his twin. This may mean injuring them from the shadows, or straight out chasing them from the tribe. I am very open to banishment or being caught someday, as a note!
He has two goals; Protect his twin and ensure she becomes a Rose someday. That is all he wishes, and will slyly attempt to ensure it. He'll spread rumors under the guise of gentle and concerned comments and often create situations where his twin comes out on top. However, he cannot harm a female. While he cares only for his sister, living in the tribe has instilled a belief that he just cannot harm a female. While males are a target, females are safe from physical harm. This does not mean he won't cause emotional distress, but his hooves and teeth will never lay a centimeter on a doe.
All in all, The Heart Wants pretends to be a regal and princely character, only to actually harbor an obsessive love for his twin and need to grovel before her when they are alone. He is broken, wanting to maim any male who courts his sister and ruin the reputation (without making it publicly known it was him) of does wishing to become Roses.
The Heart Wants didn't spend his youth playing. He spent most of it watching over Pretty Feelings. Nothing else mattered to him, and growing up that didn't change for the good; it only got worse. He began to listen to anything she wanted and obeyed any whim, all out loyalty. It wasn't long before he decided his ultimate goal was to ensure she became as powerful as possible.
Yet, he was lonely and began to seek female company outside of the tribe. Sneaking around when everyone was asleep due to not wanting to alert his twin, he began to indulge in kin outside of the tribe. Slowly, this became a game as he both grew an interest in creating offspring just to see how broken it'd be, and how much he could hurt those around him.

She didn't understand. The world was vibrant Full of hues she never had seen. Just as quickly, it was taken from her.
Vibrant Hues is a sweet and quiet little lady. She's pretty shy around other kin, but is curious and bold when it comes to the rest of her life. She wants to know everything and anything, and if she can't she'll just settle with finding an answer for something else. One of her biggest questions is what colors look like, as she is completely colorblind and only sees the world in monochrome.
She doesn't like being around crowds or tribes, as that's way too many people to keep an eye on! She mostly likes to stick to her den in the swamp if possible, unless she's on a mission to discover the answer to something. This doesn't mean she won't be excited to meet someone new, she just likes to keep things as quiet as possible! Vibrant Hues also specializes in crushing herbs and roots to create medicine! She's very happy to share her goods if someone needs it and doesn't ask for payment, either.
She's a bit afraid of someday having kids. If you ask her she'll say she isn't cut out to be a mom, but there's a curious part of her that wonders what it'd be like. She hasn't indulged that side and doesn't plan to, but the world loves to surprise!

We Do See has a tendency for being as creepy as possible. They enjoy staring, immensely, especially when they can sit in just the right way to make their eye markings seem like actual eyes. They move slowly and deliberately, as if each step has a purpose further down the line, even if the activity at hand is just to go to bed or prance over to get water. Their love for using the word "we" instead of "I" leaves a sense that there might be another around the corner, and he isn't eager to fix that feeling, either. He enjoys making others unsettled, even though he'd never actively harm someone.
He is a very social kin. He enjoys talking to others, even if the intent is to alarm them or unsettle. He likes having company around, and thus often can be found near his family or local tribes. When he spots new kin he'll be the first to greet, and the last to say goodbye. He is a bit clingy at times and a bit too willing to do whatever is asked of him to ensure that the other kin doesn't leave, but he understands, usually, when someone has to go somewhere without him. He doesn't quite get that his habit of spooking other kin also contributes to their leaving, and will vehemently deny it if the subject is brought up.
He doesn't quite understand how romance works. Should he find himself interested in another romantically, he'll most likely just begin stating they're together. He doesn't really get that you both need to discuss feelings and ask to be a couple. Luckily, he will back off if the other kin states they do not feel that way towards him. We Do See is also protective of those he is close to. While he normally is busy snuggling into anyone who will have him, he is prone to violence if he spots someone he has an interest in being harmed. He isn't particularly strong, but he is incredibly determined when it matters.
We Do See came from a rather interesting clutch! He took a particular liking to his twin sister, We Don't See, and for awhile would follow her about wherever she went. While he sometimes is up to old habits and will track her down, he has begun traveling here and there, only to return home or find his sister and then restarting the entire process.

Party is friendly, sweet, social, and a bit shy when she first meets new kin! While she absolutely loves making new friends and meeting new kin, she's aware she's very bright, and sometimes that makes her self-conscious. She'll gladly walk up to someone new, but don't expect the little Kimeti to start talking your ear off immediately! Give her a good hour, first. Once she warms up, she's talkative and playful, often coming up with new things to do and introducing new games she's made up.
Party has a need to please, and as a result she's easy to manipulate if you choose your words just right. She has no interest in hurting anyone, ever, but she doesn't believe others can lie unless she's actively caught them in it. This means it's fairly easy to trick her, sadly. She wants to believe the best in everyone, and even if she's told straight to her face something negative about another kin she'd do her best to give the benefit of the doubt. It'd raise suspicion and she'd keep an eye out, but she still wouldn't see the bad until.... it was right in her face.
She wants a huge family, whether that means a lifemate or not. Unfortunately, Party has low self-esteem and is too afraid to ask. She is oblivious, as well. Flirting might go right over her head. Sure, she'd blush and respond to a compliment accordingly, but unless the flirting was painfully obvious you'd have a hard time getting through to her. She genuinely just doesn't think anyone would want her in that way! Being blunt is best, and often gets the best results. It doesn't help she crushes extremely easily, too.
While sweet and easy to deceive, Party has a backbone when it comes to her friends. She isn't afraid to speak her mind if someone she loves is being mistreated, and while she's rather weak physically, she'd still place herself in-front of someone who needed protecting. She'd get decimated in the process should anyone actually attack, but it's worth it to her if she did anything to help someone else.
Party doesn't remember where she came from, or who. She awoke alone in the swamp, and for awhile just meandered aimlessly until she stumbled upon a Kiokote willing to help her learn how to take care of herself. The Kiokote never allowed her to view them as a parent, but she still speaks fondly of them as her mentor. When fully grown, Party wandered off into the world, meeting a jellyfish she dubbed Strange Thing along her travels.
Strange Thing is relatively relaxed. They float beside Party throughout the day and rest wherever she chooses camp at night. They try and warn her about suspicious characters by frantically floating around her head, but sadly she never seems to get it, assuming it's some game instead of a warning.

Ripple is lively. She wants to experience everything the world has to offer. Adventures, family, pain, beauty, everything. She doesn't want to die without having conquered the world. She is always looking for the next big thing. The next adventure that will lead her to feeling alive. She is uncontrollable, untamable, and completely free.
There is one thing Ripple loves more than anything, even more than her love for her family; water. It is hard to find her somewhere that lacks water, as she feels restless without it. Water is the only consistent part of her life, and she often says she would be nothing without it. Despite her love for it, she can't swim. Ripple is too busy admiring it to even try and swim. She'll happily dip her hooves in, but the strange Acha hasn't really tried putting her whole body in. It just hasn't crossed her mind!
You can pretty much convince her to do anything if you mention it'd be fun. Dangerous? Who cares! Will it leave a thrill? Then she wants in! She won't listen to warnings or pleads for her to be safe, either. Where is the fun in a safe and boring life?
Ripple Effect wants children, someday. Not soon. Not anytime soon. She feels like that part of her life isn't ready, and she'll get to that chapter one day! Her plans may be foiled sometime soon, thanks to how she has no qualms spending the night with anyone attractive and pleasant she finds. She just hasn't considered lifemating or having kids, really. It's time to have fun, not commit! As a result, Ripple gets uncomfortable when other kin discuss their kids or want for them. It feels like an end, to her, and reminds her that someday she might have to be stuck somewhere because of it.
Ripple loves her family! As a kid she was eager to spend as much time with anyone who would have her in her family. She did become a bit jealous she lacked fins over time, due to their relation to water, but eventually her desire to just go took over these feelings. One day, she just abruptly left on her unknown journey.
