Drexl nodded as he walked into the house. Getting things ready for their small group. The big male nodded back to the other two. "Ready for you guys."

He pulled out a chair and sat.

She didn't get the squeak this time but she did see him huff. While she did chuckle she also shook her head. "I am not, besides, you were perfectly heroic for me when I needed it." Rajani did her best to reassure him. "If it were anything bad my dad wouldn't be waiting over there, he'd be over here." She made a vague motion to the direction she'd left her dad at so that she could come check on Lixes.

When he said that it was safe to come in she nodded her head and followed after the larger brother. Since she was still a little uneasy she did look around like a scared Perzi. "Why are you uh.. grounded?" Rajani found herself curious about what it was the two of them had done to deserve the punishment.

Lixes waited for everyone to step inside before he did the same, closing the door behind them. He gave a smile as he moved to sit down at the table with the others, leaning forward in his chair so he could rest his arms on the table, "Eh... well, we were told to stay in the village because of the threat of the bug mages. I ended up leaving to help someone out that had wandered off on her own."

He glanced over at Drexl then, "Drexl and I ended up getting in an argument after that and he went off to his Princess after curfew. So we ended up grounded one after the other. Hopefully we will be able to at least venture out into the village soon. It's boring to be stuck in the village all the time but it's far better then being stuck in our room I suppose."

Drexl huffed as he let Lixes explain. The bigger male taking small bites out of sweet bread that their Father's had out as snacks for them. The paler half of the brothers hummed for a moment before speaking. "It wasn't anything big. The argument...I just nearly broke my hand is all."

Once they were allowed out, he was going to take Jerami to that home he was building. If Lixes didn't want to be there fine. He wouldn't force his brother. As a after thought he pushed some of the bread plate towards Raj.

While she didn't like having to stay in her own town she understood the need for it, so when she heard that Lixes had left town to help someone she did a mental face palm. Sounded like him. So she shook her head at him and sighed. "At least take your brother with you next time. Or wait for me to help." Rajani shrugged her shoulders slightly.

Being that she didn't live in the same village as him it would take a while to wait on her if it were an emergency but that was why she mentioned taking his brother. "Did you at least get to be a hero?" Raj knew that was important to Lixes and so she wanted to make sure he'd at least managed it before he was.. jailed.

Then Drexl mentioned something about his hand and she snapped her eyes toward him. At first she looked at his face then she looked at both of his hands. Rajani was no healer, that was for sure, but being that this was her best friend's brother she felt a bit of concern for him. "I-Is it alright now?" In truth she wasn't sure what she could do if it wasn't. She cleared her throat before speaking again. "I'm sure your uh.. princess.. looked it over." The term worried her some. Princess implied female. Which meant that Drexl wasn't like her dad and brother or his own fathers.

With the offered food she looked at it then took a piece out of politeness. Rajani wasn't all the hungry but she nibbled on what she took. As Lixes mentioned freedom she smiled at him. "That would be nice, maybe your dads would let you come visit me in Sol. You can meet my brother." By that of course she meant Aysun. "Well, if he'll stay put for more than a few days."

Lixes gave his brother a disapproving look, "I would rather you were more careful with your hands, Drexl. You need them to wield that weapon of yours. If you couldn't carry it you'd have to stay home at all times... with your... nevermind. That sounds like something you'd like as oposed to a punishment." He was about to say Drexl would have to stay home with Jerami at all times but it wasn't something that would probably upset his brother.

As Raj scolded him in a manner similar to how Drexl had in the past he said, "If there is a chance to recruit others I will but at the time ther wasn't time. I had to go straight away." He explained to her. As she asked if he'd at least been a hero he nodded rapidly, "Yep! I saved her from some wild beasts and carried her back to see a healer. I hope I can meet with her again, see how she's doing. She was a bit prickly but nice enough." In his mind at least everyone was.

"It would be neat to go to Sol, maybe if we went there as a group at some point? It's hard to say though. Our fathers, well our Earthling father especially, is really overprotective. If he thinks there is danger he's not letting us go too far from him."

Drexl thought about it. "If we went together, Dad wouldn't throw a fit. Pop would make sure we were ready." he chuckled as he just sat back to watch the other two. He wasn't much for long conversations. Not unless it was with Jerami. Talking with other people seemed a bit more difficult for him it seemed.

Rajani looked at Drexl as she heard Lixes mention a weapon. "What weapon do you have?" Did he carry a hammer like Lixie did? Wouldn't that be a sight to see.

Then she gave Lixes another look that said she was less than happy to hear that he'd gone by himself. "Am I going to have to stay by you all the time to make sure you don't do that again?" It was a threat in her mind. Rajani was picturing something like her following him around and making sure he understood that in times like these he needed to have a buddy with him. Though she wasn't clear on how she could do much more than him since she was as small if not smaller than Lixie. "I'm glad you got to be the hero but.." Raj paused just long enough to stare at her friend before continuing. "If something happens to you then who is gonna save me the next time?"

With Drexl adding in that one of their fathers would make sure they were ready she tilted her head and blinked. "Like with food and coin?" Or did he mean fighting skills? She had some skills but they were currently off limits to her unless she wanted to be grounded just like her friend and his brother. Rajani referred to them as her boxed skills. "Too bad you can't come home with me when I leave. Chalcedony is with me so no one will mess with us." She was proud of her dad. He was huge! Strong and kind. He was the perfect dad to have in her mind. Though she still wanted to convince him to let her have her knives back.

Lixes gave a very uncertain sort of sound. There was a chance they might be able to go to Sol if they traveled together... or not. It all depended on how against it their father were. He couldn't keep them here forever but after the loss of their older brothers it was harder and harder to be allowed to roam far. The bug mages only made it more difficult. He could only hope that Drexl's optimism didn't end up for naught.

Looking over at his friend he gave a smiled, patting his brother on the head and said in a proud manner, "He's going to be a rider one day! He got himself a pretty cool looking spear type weapon. He's just gotta wait for his mount to actually get big enough to carry him. Little Bit is still a bit too small for that, huh? Especially given this lucky bast... ahh... guy got his height from our half Alkidike father." Where as Lixes was... short, like their other father. Such a pain he thought to himself, blowing his hair through his blond bangs.

"Eh? Heh... now you're really sounding like the rest of my family, Raj. Might have to start calling you 'Sis' if you're gonna scold me like that." He said with a laugh, finding it funny that everyone seemed to say the same things to him. It wasn't going to stop him in any way shape or form but it did amuse him. Greatly.

Giving a curious look he asked, "So what's this Chalcedony guy like again?" He might have heard a bit about him in the past but Drexl hadn't, so best that they got a feel for him. Provided of course that their fathers actually let them travel with Raj and the guy.

Drexl hummed. "Well, we could argue that Raj needed a escort home." he pointed out as he looked to the smaller female. "I mean, are you alone Raj? If your alone we could just take you back. I mean, with those bug mages around its not exactly safe for you." he blinked at her question.

"Ah...yeah." He nodded to the lance that was leaning against the wall. "I use that baby. Pretty isn't he?" he chuckled.

She looked from Lixes to Drexl again then over to the lance that had been pointed out and back. This time with a grin. "Can I try it?" She'd only ever had her heart set on wielding a hammer but that didn't mean she couldn't try another weapon. Then she noticed that Lixie had stopped himself from saying a certain word and she had to wonder why. It was enough of a curiosity to make her tilt her head at him, though she didn't actually question him aloud.

His comment about her sounding like the rest of his family made her roll her eyes. "Did you ever stop to think that if so many people are saying it then you should probably listen?" Rajani moved her hand so that she could poke her friend in the forehead. Again she had no hesitation when it came to physical contact with him. "And my name is Ra. Ja. Ni. Only my dad and brother call me Raj, Lixie." She let out a chuckle as she spoke simply because she was merely giving him a hard time about the nickname. She didn't mind him calling her that at all.

"Chalcedony? He's my dad. Uhm.. he looks like a wall and carries a metal wall on his back." Rajani shrugged her shoulders slightly. "He's actually really nice. He took me in after I came back from O-Oba...." Mention of the place made her subconsciously touch the scars on her neck and she fell quiet afterward.

"An escort home? Hmm, maybe?" That would be the only way that they might be able to get a pass to leave the village. From the sounds of it though she might be with her father so he'd guess they likely didn't need the help of a couple of newly fledged warriors. No matter, so long as they could at least hang out with her for a while then he was happy. If it turned out she needed help though they could at least ask.

Glancing over at his brother he gave him a questioning look when he referred to his lance as a 'he' before he gave a laugh, "Ha! I get it." Turning back to Raj he gave a laugh and said, "You would think I'd listen, huh?" One would think so, but he wouldn't. If someone needed help then he'd help and that was that.

Giving a laugh as he got poked in the head he said, "Alright, Ra Ja Ni. I will be sure to call you that and not Sis if it's so terrible to be called that." He gave a smile before tilting his head to one side as she set to describing what her father looked like, "A wall that carries another wall on his back? Man... I wanna see this guy now."

He blinked at her for a moment. "Alright, I'll let you pick him up...just be careful. I just sharpened the blade. Don't wanna actually draw a innocents blood." he said as he stood to retrieve said Lance. He walked back towards them and smiled at his brother. "I see those wheels of yours working, little brother. I'm sure the guy could take you on if you even tried to think of pranking him."

He sat at the table, leaning the lance against it as he looked to Rajini. "Rajini, your Dad sounds like a moving tower."

She was thankful when it seemed like no one noticed that she stumbled over the name of her nightmare. Instead she gave her attention to the lance that was brought over for her to try. Rajani got up from her seat and moved around Lixes, her hand going to ruffle his hair as she did, before reaching out and grabbing the lance. The grip alone was different from what she was used to and when she went to pick it up she could feel the weight difference. "Serin's chest this thing is heavy..." Her hammer was small and fit well into her hand so she was used to that weight and she could wield it well. The lance on the other hand was larger and more awkward than she was used to.

"You can wield this thing!?" Rajani looked at Drexl, seemingly unconcerned with being so close to him now. "Well now I feel like a tiny girl.. no fair." Before she had a chance to do any damage to herself or anything else she put the lance back down and rested it against the table. Once that was done she shifted so that she was standing closer to the blonde brother.

At the mention of her dad sounding like a tower she gave it a little bit of thought. "Hm? He does?" Rajani had never seen Chal that way. He started out as a monk and now was her dad. "I guess he does. Really though he's great to have around. Of course I think he's lonely since he's not with uh... well I can't call her my mom but she's my brother's mom." Of course thinking of Chal laying with a woman was just.... odd. For more than one reason. Rajani shuddered and shook her head not wanting the idea to be there anymore. "I thought about finding someone for him but..." Well, there was the fact that she didn't really like people. After a shrug she moved so that her hip was touching Lixes as he still sat in his chair. It was a movement that was more meant to reassure her that she was still safe even in the presence of the giant brother.

Lixes gave his brother a curious look before he said, "I feel like that is some sort of challenge, Drexl. We can totally have a duel sometime if you want to see which of us would come out on top. I might be smaller but I bet that means I'm more spry then a giant like you." Or something along those lines he added to himself silently, still grinning. He rather liked the idea of getting take on Drexl since it was a good way to measure how well he was doing when it came to his battle prowess.

His attention then turned to Rajani, watching as she set about trying to pick up the spear that was made to fit the hand of someone Drexl's size. It seemed that she was at least able to pick it up but not as easily as she could her own weapon. Once she replaced it and mentioned feeling like a tiny girl he gave a laugh, "I think a lot of people feel small next to him. You should see it when he stands next to his princess, it makes him look that much bigger since Jerami is a bit shorter then I am. Cute though seeing them standing side by side, especially since I bet Jerami could boss Drexl around even in that dress of his." Something that had him laughing a bit at the thought of that mental image.

As Rajani set to explaining a bit about her own rather interesting, if strange, family situation he gave a thoughtful sound then said, "Huh, you're gonna set him up with someone?" He thought on it a moment then shook his head, "I'd offer to help but I'm drawing a blank over who we might be able to send his way." A lot of the people he knew were probably either too young for someone that was old enough to be Rajani's dad, huh? On top of that Lixes had zero clue what the guy might be into so he doubted that he could even pretend to be helpful.
