He wasn't called a squid man for nothing. He'd probably remove his bones if he could if it didn't have lasting side effects. "Ah, what I was meaning to say earlier bloop. I'd like to see if you could find any others girls who may be interested...you saw how well they were at doing me that favor bloop." A bead of sweat was brushed away on his temple. Unki's daydream shoved her back into reality as one of the matching men approached the table. Much to her relief it wasn't the pink one (Unki debated whether or not it would be sound to lodge a zucchini into his windpipe if it were). Something struck her about the purple haired man which resonated with all of them: they were a rainbow. A rainbow of color probably all united by their deep seated call to express themselves. Too bad Toso was colorblind. The comment would be sorta wasted on him. Unki followed Vesta's direction as he identified his cohorts. I wonder who hit me then? All in all, Unki found it a refreshing to hear kidnappers had a heart, more so a conscience, when not busy feeling up each other in a drunken stupor. Why, Vesta's compliment may have not been able to amuse her otherwise. Unki thought it would've been far from ideal, far from perfection, to accept a compliment from dense scandals. It was nice to be wrong.
Toso had previously said they were prone to making stupid choices, which was debatably different from being a public embarrassment, therefore Unki couldn't argue with being appointed the idol seeker. Fat chance Homura was gonna' help him out. Her vulgarity might paint his energetic dance group as a search for energetic members for a harem to scare away the opportunity. He revealed the four designs and stopped. Toso was right to stop because Unki was phasing out of attention to the details of his plans again. An invisible force was gnawing at her to speak again and she wanted to more and more with the fluttering thoughts, while a slim to none chance, of actually disturbing Shiro. "He would make time for a friend." Quite how he would make time for an unyielding admirer.
"I didn't answer your questions earlier. I should. It would be rude of me to keep you hanging if didn't. It's fine. I'd wonder too about how we've carried on under a taxing position sometimes. " Her violet eyes were like ones caught in a daydream however somber her stare was immersed on the empty space between them. Unki blinked as if she stirred finally from an otherworldly trance. Upon changing to a faltering smile and the audible murmur of five words were the first of her short story. "There is no wedding band. There was no wedding. His word was all that mattered until we had them made-up on paper. Prior, marriage was just implied on us so it was easy to forget we weren't really wife and husband. " Unki hummed something akin to a laugh. Her hands then went up to her right earlobe where she plucked an oval-shaped, soft pink pearl in a metallic setting off the bronze backing of an earring.
As she then spoke, Unki cupped the tiny pearl in her hand before placing it on the table between them should Toso choose to examine. "He gave me a pair of earrings instead. Shiro always said these came from Aya so I'd have a piece of home with me. It's a sweet sentiment, really. Conch pearls. A little harder to find than oyster pearls so I would say I'm content with two. I really shouldn't wear them out like I do. Sometimes I forget they're there and I can't bare the thought of losing them." Before collecting the earring again Unki would only stare at it and twiddle her fingers. The tone in her voice thus far reflected a girl who was dog-tired after running away from home but also one of nostalgia for days of her blossoming love-life.
"But something did happen. A couple things, actually. One was that I felt that I haven't found anything to suit me comfortably at his side. I don't suit as his general or a strong, militant adviser. I take notes, keep him company, and I've given the time I cannot give to him to his people. Lately, though, I feel like he's lost some sight of me. I knew he would become very important and I'd have to make a series of difficult choices in the time to follow if I were to pick him. Some of those choices now feel like a strain that's finally pressing its weight on me. Maybe I was just going stir crazy?" Unki threw her hands aside in resignation and shrugged. Another sigh came and went before she picked up her train of thought. "His role demands a lot. I'm proud of him and he's been so good to me. Even when I needed him most he pushed all else aside for me."
The next item lay on her mind like a fishing bobber on the surface that gently bounce up and down with the release and pull of the weight of varied emotions. Toso's first question needed an answer and a truthful one. "You weren't wrong to ask and you're perceptive ability is spooky sometimes." Unki's tone was swapped out for something lighter and more reassuring, initially, and she would continue to try as sound as so for the bulk of her reply. "It was some time ago, probably two years into the progress of Arashi after many had already been ordered off. I was much like a pampered doll in a stately doll-house and frankly overwhelmed by it. Meanwhile, Shiro was full of spirit..."
Just saying that thought as it came to mind made her feel so very awkward and so very relieved that the raving party was long gone. She closed her eyes tightly and grimaced at herself for suggesting such. "I guess I could've been blunt. Weird saying it to a guy." Unki frantically waved her hands in front of her face to divert the topic back to the story. ”At any rate, I really feel as if that path is still very questionable for me. Nhmm... I’m getting ahead of myself. I just almost want to skip saying it even though I’ve made peace with it. ” Unki paused again and reached over her plate to collect her earring and closed it in her palm.
”The DNA was bad and we were all blind to it until halfway through when it just took care of itself.” Unki felt some surprise to find herself feeling as she did in tandem with remaining still save her breathing, eyes, and tapping her thumb to its twin. She was far from eyeballing her salmon again. It wasn’t easy to say the exact, necessary words to a friend so soon. She found it embarrassing to hear herself hinting and implying a miscarriage despite how well she’s supposedly became with the matter. A failure isn’t uncommon, after all. “Shiro named it Shoda for record’s sake. I was told he had his eyes. And I think, even though it’s been as long as it has, I feel like he’s closed up on me and put his focus into bettering the empire. It’s honorable work but the pressure his role has put on me has delayed anything else. No, no children. No little Unkis or little Shiros or little Shinkis.”
Then in some attempt to break at the tension she created Unki raised her hand and jabbed at into space above paper. The idol outfit with the pink top and black skirt seemed to strike her tastes. Unki did like the darker schemed outfits too but felt as if the metaphorical bubbles in her personality were too light hearted for them. "That one..!"

tab Of course his face never changed its pallid expression. Behind his round framed glasses he'd stare intently so. Analyzing the pearls when they were presented with an intrigue it craftsmanship before placing them back on the table wit care. He wasn't really the expressive type as she and essentially the entire village knew. Moreover he was trying to process the words and string them together to understand the meaning beneath the word choice. It was likely she refrained from using the more 'vibrant' terminology due to the heavy shadow that loomed over what happened to her and the relationship. It seemed to have affected Shiro in a way that he actively chose to immerse himself in work. It seemed people dealt with grief in their owns way. While not being a particular practitioner of body language himself he could in fact still pick up that this was difficult for Unki to tell him this. But then came the sudden shift in topic to derail from her current feelings and back to the earlier subject matter, where in Toso would respond dryly as usual. "Of course, wonderful choice bloop, Tre.." turning his head to the mini bar the masked man was gone.
That man always coming and going as he pleased, working on the next big thing he'd always rant and rave in his foreign tongue. That kindred spirit and his actual spirits kept himself and the rest of the SQ7 pumped to move on to the next thing. "I suppose I'll have to take your measurements instead. We can save that for later when he returns on another date if you prefer. bloop." Talk of measurements of course implying the outfit would be tailor made to fit Unki herself but maybe it was for the best that it was Toso offering to do the measurements now as opposed to some strange blue skinned barkeep. Then again even after five years Toso's alleged perverse reputation hardly qwelled in the slightest. Strongest it remained in the hospital most prominently. Truthfully that was the real reason he wanted to barkeep to take her measurements even if it was initially assumed it likely had something to do with his wife. Then the table grew quiet.
"As hard as that ordeal may have been I believe you like all have grown stronger for it. bloop. Even if now it does not feel that way. Do you recall Unk-nee..." Toso's spectacles seemed to slump as he lowered his head just enough to draw that what he was planning on saying had an unprofound weight on him. "When I told you those five years ago when we escorted my family to Endaishima. That one should marry the one they love and should not waver bloop? So long as we are being honest with one another, and in you sharing your burdens with me...I..." Toso clammed up, his eyes looked around the room to make certain that none else were around. A tentacle creeped its way out of his neck saying that of what he was seemingly holding back from saying. "3. Homura and I aren't in love."
With the squid out of the bag the tentacle withdrew. "I suppose with that being said, I am a hypocrite in every respect. bloop. I met Homura through Kenta back when our group was first starting the duress from my parents arrived in full force when I hit twenty one. bloop. I had developed a friendship with Kenta and his sister until Kenta proposed drunkenly that the two of us get married..with my parents hovering and constant swarming of suitors being sent on their behalf I thought it would prove as an escape you could say...and Homura herself well she felt like she'd never...ah. It would be best I not speak so vapidly of my friend who agreed to all this." He cut himself off intentionally there was a reason that Homura agreed and it seemed to one that stemmed from something involving her personally and Toso thought it polite and common courtesy not to say. Even if Unki was a stranger and it was likely the two of them wouldn't converse regularly it would show the respect he had for Homura despite the lack of love Toso claimed to not exist. It may be considered that there was in fact a love just one that was platonic as oppose to romantic between them.
"What I mean to elaborate bloop. Our marriage is a lie. Homura and I pretend to be a married couple recognized by the village to alleviate my parents heavy tentacledness and to ease Homura-chan. Our daughter is her niece and we've been playing house to keep the lie alive and in all respects I myself am still contrary to popular belief a virgin. bloop." Toso sighed but it wasn't a dower sigh that would usually come with the admittance of virginity it was more so a sigh of relief. "You needn't feel alone Unk-nee in your feelings of uncertainty. bloop. Suffice to say it isn't as if Homura hasn't made advances along a with few strange others in my time. However...the concept of 'it' has never interested me. Nor has the concept of having a child..at least in the traditional sense." Toso seemed to segway that he had no interest in making kids the traditional way...it was on odd thing to say considering there was only one way to have kids. Perhaps he would be referring to adopting..but if that was the case you can't 'make' and adopted child yourself. "At times I wonder if something is wrong with me bloop, as I am complacent somewhat in this lie, as in the event of actually truly finding a thing called love, I fear I simply would not have the ability to reciprocate my partners desires at least not genuinely enough to have them believe they're desired and that inevitably hurting said partner emotionally bloop." Toso admitted that, by the way he was describing himself, an asexual. Someone who may be able to fulfill a partners desires physically but not emotionally to be specific. Which based on his demeanor that hadn't changed in five years made quite a lot of sense. If he appeared to be this impassioned in normal life how that translated to the bedroom would only add to a dilemma.
"It eases me that I've told someone, I no longer need to tell Kagerou-nee whom would likely start to dig deeper being the psychiatric specialist she is bloop. Though I would appreciate greatly you keep this to yourself Unk-nee. Ah, but I suppose I've made things quite somber haven't I? This is supposed to be a recounting of friendship and new experiences." Toso would pull what appeared to be small case from out of his sleeves opening it a collection of six brushes floated as they they had the souls of bees and butterflies inside them. Looking to the left of the table at an open space the brushes suddenly like a swarm began to move rapidly. They appeared to be painting in thin air a door. It was made so quickly that as soon as one could say uh the door was done. Toso would then close the case and the brushes would vanish as he tucked it away once more. He'd then stand from the table. "If you've a desire to take your measurements now Unk-nee you can follow me. I'd also like to show you something you may find truly magical. bloop. Although if you've other business to attend to I won't keep you." standing up Toso would turn the knob on the door as a vibrant white light seemed to come from it, he'd then enter inside and could be seen from Unki's end while the door was open but he seemed to be walking on nothing but white.

"I suppose waiting to get measurements later would work. I'd hate for all the work to go for nothing if I can't ring in other girls." Then a swap of subjects back right to where she hopelessly tried to suddenly divert from although the root of the topic remained to be "love" and its accompanying errors. Unki found it kind of him to remind her of the strength in loss, she occasionally allows this concept to be overshadowed by other things. Her focus continued onto his words and her attention was expressed with more than subtle thoughtful head tilts and eye contact. As if by command of Toso's tentacle, her expression phased into a glimpse of surprise with the slight raise of her tiny-brows before showing relief as her hand promptly set against her collar. "Ooh I was so worried there for a moment." The highlight of her reply was enough less she mistakenly offend the lady who was just upstairs.
The squid's tentacles were something Unki truly felt she could never get used to and now more than ever. No matter which mouth from Toso's person spoke Unki still listened as he did for her story. While Shiro, the "heart and soul" of her spousal affections, may not understand her reservations for dedicating one's self to child rearing it was a world of a relief that someone significantly close to her could relate. The metaphorical gnaw had either its fill or her talk with Toso has effectively kicked it off. Her shoulders seemed to feel more relaxed. The trailing ends of Toso's heartfelt tale inspired Unki respond.
"You're taking it day-by-day, maybe? I mean, taking it east on the hope of finding someone. On a good note, it sounds like the certain sort you need is the easy kind of person to work with since all that... extra stuff." Her hands were moved in unison with a sweeping motion. "Isn't something to worry about getting right or meddling in at all. Talk about a huge stress reliever!" In truth, Unki didn't want come off as this analytical, psychological type that this Kagerou person was described to be. How much did she have to refrain? Was she refraining already or was Unki just being Unki? Purely, Unki began to relay her conclusions in a way to form what accepted as her perspective on the matter as if the concept of asexuality was something she had jumped into like a new pair of shoes. Unki raised her arms up, out, and held them there.
"That special somebody's gotta be a great person who can easily take a step back and appreciate the big picture about fuzzy feelings and just being happy is as possible as sunrises! " This was why she needed the pink and black outift. Her insides felt like a full, automatic bubble machine switched back in the ON position. Unki's arms relaxed and her hands fell back into her lap. "It could be really hard to but I wouldn't want you to worry. You might find something that could make you happy. I'm also happy that I could help you. Like you've helped me. I've had more than one person ask about how Shiro is fairing and plainly all the things I could say leaves me without much to say. I can keep it between us. "
Too bad, If Unki's feet didn't touch the floor she'd probably be kicking her legs in a chipper fashion. A spirited tapping of her shoes together would have to do instead. A spirited tapping brought to a halt when Toso's brush work revealed a mysterious door. His offer to unveil something truly magical forced the steady, sensation of eruption of happy-bubbles to surge like a mushroom cloud when her eyes locked on the light. She sat still but looked back down at her salmon. When Toso had turned away and entered, Unki took the chance to grab the remainder of her salmon and cram what she could into her mouth. She smooshed the hair out of her face and tidied her mouth by the means of her palm before jumping up, chewing, and parading into the light behind Toso.

Truly though, that special someone, many are afraid of dying alone." The door behind Unki closed Toso had yet to look her direction as he held his hand out as if waiting for something to land on it. This whole area..room..dimension? Whatever it was it seemed to stretch on forever, it was like something from old cartoons where the storyboard artist didn't draw a background for jokes at their cartoon characters dismay. Although the ground was firm and walkable on, it looked as though you could walk forever and go nowhere. It was likely at this peak of believing there was nothing here but a white room that would make an asylum patient jealous did a butterfly just pop out of thin air and land on Toso open palm. That butterfly then turned into a tiny squid, and defying the laws of physics it flapped its two long tentacles and flew toward Unki where it fluttered in front of her before plopping on the ground and turning into a rabbit which began to hop away without so much as a care in the world. Turning around to face Unki Toso smiled. "Yet I feel as though I'd be fine with that, so long as I'm fondly remembered. Welcome to Isekai-Junsei Unk-nee."
Upon telling Unki to welcome to this place outside the realm of reality the entire world of white as if washed in tidal wave began to fill in. Trees, grass, buildings, an ice cream shop, a beach, a sun with a smile and sunglasses that produced actual warmth, a menagerie of people that looked like walking mascots and charicatures appeared that could only achieve shapes and looks that only drawings could accomplish, a strip mall, a pier with carnival attractions in the distance. The sounds, smells, feelings, the hustle and bustle of world were all present. All sensory faculties affected, unless Toso became an unbelievably powerful Genjutsu user this all seemed unbelievably surreal. The only unfortunate thing was that all these things were in black and white and shades of grey. It was like a dream.
"If It can do more to put you at ease feel welcome here. Perhaps you could do it a favor and fill in the worlds color something I'm unable to do. bloop and if you prefer a change of scenery feel free to do so as well. I've never been to your hometown that could prove an experience. You merely need only desire it an watch the world change as you see fit. No chakra needed, just imagination." Suddenly the world again began to change as Toso stated Unki need only use her imagination, as the world began to be replaced Unki would find the old disintegrating and being overwritten. Suddenly both would find themselves in Kumogakure. Yes the Kumogakure from five years in the past, to scale with ever food cart vender scent and voices of its former inhabitants. The two of them now standing in front of a recreation of Unki's aunts house. "If you've the desire to leave you may do that at you own will as well."
Then the ground began to shake underneath her a bit a from a hole popped up a tentacle, but it had the lines of a measuring tape on its length. "I figured I'd take your measurements while you're here. bloop. After all nothing feels like work here bloop. Ah, and no worries, I'll have the Isekai-Junsei handle things to spare you any embarrassment I or Trefles may cause. In the meantime I'll be in there if you need me." Toso would point to a location just a whiles away, it was a hut very reminiscent of those on Endaishima but it looked nothing like his house should Unki remember that far back. Toso would then proceed to move on to said location but before Unki could move forward or say anything a shirtless shiro from five years ago was on his knees having grabbed her leg and lifted it in the air. Whether it was by her imagination or Toso's he'd remove Unki's shoe then gently place her leg back down on the ground where two dango cake looking bunnies began to trace an outline on the ground to get her foots measurement. Simultaneously however, the shirtless Shiro would take notice of the injury she had sustained from playing bladed tonfa jump rope. He would then say in whatever voice Unki imagined expressing concern "Who did this to you?" A hula hoop would then manifest and get smaller until it measured her waist, and finally her bust would be measured by tiny tightrope walkers with indiscernible features. With the measurements done the Shiro that accompanied it would vanish, that is, if Unki wanted it to. Anything was possible here, unfulfilled dreams, unfulfilled desires, things of which there would never have been enough time for otherwise in real life.
Meanwhile Toso inside the shack would recieve a clipboard with the measurements they had taken. From outside it would sound as though he was talking to someone, and a young female voice was replying. Perhaps it would pique Unki's curiosity, that is of course implying that she was somewhat of a snoop and that she hadn't occupied herself with the wondrous dream like world of Isekai-junsei. A world that begged the question why would anyone ever want to leave it. Of course with it being a first time here for Unki maintaining a level head could prove difficult which could also prove to spawn some several sum of things like perchance a harem made up entirely of Shiros or actually becoming a true to form mermaid.

Talk about a long-winded inhale. Unki's jaw dropped. She was simply astonished by the effortless generation from nothingness to something. The black and white world did very much feel dreamlike and more and more dynamic with the change of setting. Unki's head was turning from the very moment this blank world was tinted with near-lifelike aspects. Another tentacle. Apparently tentacles could spring out of the ground like the common daisy here. Unki didn't have long enough to question of this tentacle had a mouth too since he pulled her attention to take a peek at the little hut and surprise her with being grabbed with something FAR from a slippery squishy appendage. The surprise had her a bit shaken up at first, really, since it truly looked like anything could happen here. Out of surprise she yelped, flailed her arms, and jerked her head forward. Her surprise furthered to that of stun at sight of a Shiro. When he put her foot down and she saw the cake bunnies trace their outline she only laughed.
And that her laughs turned into a swoon for closest thing to Shiro she'd seen since traveling wasn't holding back: "Ooh," she battered her eyelashes, "That was me!" When the thought of him made her heart flutter the presence of his image made her giddy like a kitty on catnip. The combination of disbelief, belief, and the whomping sense of wonder made Unki feel like she could burst into a galaxy of bubbles. Happiness came at the will of her imagination and as the fictious creations were at work she blindly absorbed herself in the presence of Shiro. After the tiny tight-rope walkers reached the other side of her bust, bowed, and leapt off her shoulders Unki allowed herself to fall into Shiro's person. She made certain to ensure he'd catch her. No Unki would want to phase through a fake Shiro. From there, she wrapped her arms around him and further sucked herself into the illusion. She rubbed her cheek against the chest of her make-believe lover up until her fickle imagination wiggled its way to thinking about something else. She opened her eyes when surface of his skin turned slippery. Odd. Part of her face was buried in the upright, pink and white bulk of a lobster tail. A giant lobster tail. Unki recoiled and stared, partially mortified that she turned Shiro into a squishy hunk of seafood. Oh wait. He's not real. Okay. Uhm. Check the area around her cautiously before stepping forward to taste. A single lick. The upright lobster tasted like cotton candy and she shuttered at the conflicting flavors and dissolved the lobster like windswept dandelions which had been hiding the shirtless Shiro. He was missing a couple tattoos though.
She had the shirtless Shiro sit down with her on the floor of the white abyss. Unki stared at him doefully with her chin resting on her upright knees. She sighed longingly as he sat silent across from her. Then A breeze was visualized which painted over grey scale village was painted in curling streaks of aqua-green. The single color was the base of her step-by-step imaginary process. A second color rolled in as a glossy brim of ocean surf and further blued the aqua green. While blue was an ideal color, its hue only lingered as the water's color from one who observed from a distance so long as the sky remained its equal in tone. As the building blocks of her world lay, the blue tarnished into earthy tans and greys of the sand beneath her: this was the sand which formed the shore of Aya. The beach was spotted with colorful shells, a change to Unki's liking, and the shore made up a wide stretch of the crescent land carved out by the sea. Aya bled onto the sea with floating structures and boats suggesting that it's residents were settled securely on the sea and further inland on manicured hillsides, home to mystery farmers prepping empty plots, adjacent to the lavish wilderness behind.
A single road could lead travelers to the "unknown" Unki had not the heart to paint at the bend of a small green hill. Aya was there. Some spaces more definite than others and even the modest buildings, dotting the coastline, were prone to having wobbly features and dull in color. Nothing was more clear and defined as the coastline: rock formations carved from the land, rocky jetties, and the lush greenery only a stone's throw. She felt fortunate to not have had a shoreline dotted with clunky rocks. Unki could see the untouched, little hut Toso had ventured off to and all she had to do to reach him was walk across the small stretch of sea she could fathom. He said himself he'd never been to Aya. She was tempted to have a tsunami swamp his hut, just to get him out of it, but she reasoned such would be rude.
The top half of a large pink bubble surfaced from the stretch of sea at Aya's shoreline. The bubble was solid-ish and a pole pushed out from the center. A pillow surfaced too despite being impaled by the pole. Unki fashioned herself a large jellyfish with a pole in its body to suggest its the piece missing from a giant carousel. She stoof, hopped on the jellyfish, and left the static Shiro behind on the beach (with the upmost intentions to come back) to snare Toso for a glimpse of her home.
Having a look at Aya from the sea was familiar to a degree. It made her sad a little knowing this was primarily the Aya of her small-Unki days and the one better pressed in her memory. Although, while the village hadn't changed too much there were still changes Unki were less familiar with each day. The closer Unki came to the tiny hut, the more tempted she became to cause a fuss simply because she could do anything here. Just because. She stepped off at the abrupt end of her ocean after her bobbing jellyfish blindly bumped into a wall. Hell, she had thought up a bucket of dispensable jellyfish just for the fun of it. "Tooosoo. I have gelatinous jellies I can throw at you if you don't at least make a window and look out at it. At Aya, I mean. My Aya, my Aya, my one and only Aya."
Unki began to march in a circle as she swayed her bucket forward and backward. She stopped before long dumped her languid jellies on the ground and brought them to life to form a dance line with her. A very active dance line that she shortly turned into a conga line. The jellyfish were very short (so she could still chuck them around) so the most their frilly oral arms will reach is her at her knee. It was a very strange conga line. She danced her way into the hut to the bouncy tune her aquatic friends were humming.
At the first possible opportunity where room in the conversation would allow, Unki spoke while swaying her arms side to side. "Look! We're a school of jamming jellies! Also, look look!" she started gesturing at Aya again.
At a time like this where she is happy it's perfectly fine to wonder whether or not Unki's prone to being this energetic at home and it was that energy that actually got her kicked out of Kumogakure?

tab When Toso heard Unki's please she could hear what sounded like a laugh? From the squid man inside. The little hut began to shift and change and suddenly it became a long eneded raft that floated atop the water perfectly parrallel. But Toso wasn't alone when he cabin disappeared. There he was surrounded by several people many of which Unki may have recognized but at the same time unfamiliar faces, but one thing was apparent based on their headbands they were all Kumogakure nin. Kaileer, Wanryoku, Nathaniel, Miko, Masahiro, Hakanai, Axel, Shiro, Thanatos, Hatsu, Xion, Mitsuki {butt larger than the actual thing}, Kaneo, that one girl who had the nerve to devalue Yokai who shall not be named, and a pineapple. A actual pineapple it was curious as to why it was there but it was. Toso was never fortunate enough to meet the nara but he existed even in these figments. There were a few more faces among them and though Toso had a photgraphic memory he couldn't always put a name to a face. There was one girl however who didn't bear a Kumogakure headband whom was stnading next to Toso only that much shorter.
The girls facial features were rather plain looking but she had a beauty mark just below her eye. As far as he bust Unki's was larger by comparison but then again it was hard to tell as she was wearing a thick coat. A coat that bore several similarities to the grey one Toso wore. Unki would have to think reeeeeeeeeeeeally hard and it was incredibly doubtful she'd recognize a face from five years ago of someone she never interacted with. This was Endaishima's tailor, or rather one of them. Her eyes were almost as blank as Tosos but she seemed to look somewhat sickly with bags under her eyes. Her bangs were long and her hair somewhat matted if not messy like Toso. She wore a wool beanie in the shape of a snowman. She didn't seem to say anything hiding beneath the collar of the coat as toso often did.
"So this is Aya. Bloop." It likely would have been all the more mystifying if he could see the colors she had decided to paint the shore and sea with but sadly that was not a wish this world could grant him. "What a quaintly refreshing town." In the background a Miko would be closing her eyes using her sensory prowess to point at a part of the ocean. Where in a Wan would throw a mighty harpoon into it as he dove down an pulled out a massive whale with an X on its eyes parading it over his shoulders. Hakanai and Axel were conversing with each other and Nathaniel and Haru occupied trying to stop the Xion from drowning herself. Mizuki and Kaneo in being the close pair they were had left to pursue some tanning where the other complained why he should. Kaileer and Axel were going another round with one another in the distance damaging the coastline and Masahiro and Thanatos had their arms crossed shaking their heads at the generation they left behind. Meanwhile one Shiro was questioning the existence of the other Shiro and apparently it was devolving into a who gets Unki battle.
Toso looked around at all these antics and took a deep breath inward and exhaled as if he'd just taken a drag of a finely imported cigar. Removing his glasses he wiped something away from his eye as a door formed next to him before putting his glasses back on. "Well then I hope you've been enjoying it here Unk-nee feel free to stay for as long as you want. I can't particularly trap anyone inside. bloop. I need to write down the measurements before I forget." Pulling out the clipboard one last time that was made in the world he checked the numbers. He'd then step through the opening, the colors of the real world flooding back into sight. The clipboard in his hands he'd hold up momentarily as it faded away making a point that whatever was made in Isekai-junsei could not leave it.
As he left the images of all the Kumogakure nin began to fade as well one by one with nary a care that they were. All except one. Where the rest vanished while Toso was at the mini bar table writing down the measurements on real paper the girl in the coat seemed somewhat surprised he'd left. She stretched out her hand through the door before it faded away. She'd bring her arm back in and look at it her expression on changing. She'd then look at Unki for a moment and although she didn't say a word in contrast to Unki's joyousness a wave of sorrow would rush to her, as slowly this girl of no name that Toso never introduced blew away dust like, piece by piece carried by the sea winds of Unki's Aya. As wonderful as the dream world was the reality of it, something of what Toso had likely already grown accustomed to, like a dream..the world and all that was in it the feelings, the senses, none of it was real or lasting. Cutting into that thought the click of pen indicating completion. Toso would then sound pleased. "There we are, all done. bloop."

Toso had built quite the little congregation of faces and only a few were any Unki could recognize. The two kages, Kaileer and Thanatos were two whose names she never learned. She recognized vaguely recognized Xion and Hakanai but Kaneo and Mizuki were regrettably familiar but their names were willfully pushed out of recognition. They duo who once scorned her so were demoted to the different names: "Lacky" and "Kelp Siren". The pineapple, truthfully, did ring one tiny metaphorical bell Unki could no-longer place. Everyone else, excluding a slightly younger duplicate of Shiro, was a mystery! The inhabitants of the hut went about with their own things that meant little to Unki. The whale was the biggest mystery.
The antics didn't last long and Toso went ahead of her. Unki truly thought she was trapped in Isekai-Junsei for a couple seconds despite being told the inability to trap anyone. Within those moments of worry where she assured herself over and over again of the truth, Unki met sights with the quiet girl with no known name. She looked the most affected by the harsh, fabricated reality of Isekai-Junsei. It was sad. The disheveled girl looked like she very well knew the rules of this conjured daydream and only wanted a few moments longer with her friend. Was everyone Toso had all collected in that hut his friend? Like the others, the disheveled girl dissolved like the rest to leave Unki on her own with the wobbly remnants of Aya. Unki's thoughts were changing again.
Unki hadn't embraced the limitless freedom of the dream-world, like Toso seemed to have, and knowing she was alone in this world suddenly made her feel empty. She didn't have to feel empty. A few moments to herself conjured a third Shiro, fully dressed, wordlessly stood beside her and immersed himself on braiding her hair back to normal. Aya had brushed itself away to wispy trails of thought. Unki had been standing in place since Toso left and the most movement was the fidgeting of her fingers up until she thought about if all that braiding work would disappear upon leaving. Unki started to follow the motions behind her newest Shiro and it quickly began to feel like that she was really the one braiding herself. His hands were phasing in and out as she lost interest on them.
From below her feet a color began to gradually spin outward and a whole room was built around her as she idly worked her hair. The room was mostly a modest arrangement of tatami mats, minimally furnished with a table, a few obscure vases on the minimal set-up of shelves on one side, and delicate wall art fixed wherever the illusion of sunlight wasn't pouring in from. This room was devised more from the feeling of "where would I like to be right now? What would be peaceful?" in place of trying to recreate a room in the Kumogakure residence that was arguably built for her. A stray, purple colored petal or two carried in from the breeze she could not feel and the sounds of an ocean Unki could not see was presented in an intense glow of light that didn't burn her eyes. What would a temporary paradise look like if she could just find peace with someone at her side?
When Unki had finished her hair the Shiro once helping had stopped too. She finally looked at him: he wasn't dressed for fight or anything suitable for his militaristic endeavors just something modest that included his tired jacket with the fluffy collar. A look on her Shiro's face that suggested he was waiting for her to say something but forgiving if she didn't. " I didn't mean anything by it for leaving you like I did. You know that. I know you know that." Unki set her sights back on her fidgeting fingers. "You'll still be here when I come back. A statement that was far from question. "We can pick back up, then. I gotta go for now." Unki intentionally-unintentionally re-opened the door to the restaurant. She turned around and took a last look at this Shiro who held a look a lot like one she's seen before a look with reluctance however wavering to willingness.
A forward hop back into the world less lonely than the last. It may have not been a good thing to leave her alone for too long. Maybe another day would be best. In the end, Unki did have fun and frankly enjoyed the frilly jellyfish that didn't sting her. That was neat! Oh! My braid didn't fade either. She lightly brushed her hand along her braid (it paid off taking the job over herself). "I suppose I move onto brighter things now and make myself useful. Thank you for the salmon." Unki leaned her torso over to one side and looked past the squid in the direction she thought the exit to be and then scuttled her way around Toso.

tab "Unk-nee..." Toso was still looking down at the minibars counter with the measurements. The sound of something unraveling a sound that by now would have been typically affiliated with Toso's tentacles. It placed itself on Unki's shoulder giving a toothy grin supposedly trying to come off as inviting and friendly. Needless to say that would have proven difficult given well it being a tentacle and all with a mouth. Having hopefully effectively stopped her for the moment Toso would continue as he began to sketch something. "It is alright to feel lonely, but never believe that you are alone. Bloop. You will always have a place here bloop and as Isekai-Junsei made sure to tell us, We will always have our memories." Faint images of the coated girl and shiro in the doorway waving goodbye with happy expressions before it collapsed in on itself closing off re-entry.
Toso would withdraw his tentacle as what he had drawn would then rest against a framed picture of what appeared to be a younger Toso piggybacking what appeared to be a younger version of the mysterious girl. Toso didn't have anything resembling his grey coat in the photo and neither did the girl but both seemed to be enjoying each others company. Truthfully it was the most expressive look to ever be seen on the squid man's face even if it was dated close to fifteen years in the past. The black and white sketch was a rendition of the same photo only done likely representative of the current years. "Those memories will live, even when the ones who made them are no longer with us." He'd light a candle next to the picture. The monotony in his words had taken a turn for a more drawn out pace.
Turning to face Unki he'd attempt a change of mood no longer keeping her. "Well do take care Unk-nee bloop. If you happen to recruit more girls send them my way, and if you happen to run into my bartender tell him I have someone filling in for his shift today if he wants to take it off bloop." Toso would wave Unki goodbye and look back at the photo of the girl next to the sketch he'd drawn. "Perhaps if it's not too embarrassing you can model for me sometime bloop?" Toso would say before turning around to where Unki would have or may have been and not been depending on how quickly she left. The two of them likely having business to attend to. Toso would laugh to himself if Unki was already gone before she could her his modeling question and if she'd stayed and agreed he'd add a smile and a nod to that chuckle seeing her off.

If there was ever a time one could see that Unki was invested in listening it was now. Truly. The surprise visit with Toso turned to be one for the better and much easier to endure than her anxieties made it out to be. This moment became a reflection of her feelings more than any word she could speak. This was a good visit and Unki hoped the meetings to come with the others she knew from Kumogakure would be as promising.
She felt happy then ashamed, briefly, like a selfish crybaby, and a lighter feeling as she recovered into something akin to a "warm and fuzzy" feeling. After Toso had waved Unki off she waved back and turned to leave. A subtle skip in her step.

Unki would find somewhere in the middle of pulling the man in bartending clothes became easier. Almost somewhat effortless. She likely may have or may not have realized but he had produced a device in which he stood atop of that functioned as a hovering board. He didn't want to distract Unki seeing as she seemed quite the dear with her head in a determined place. He didn't quite want to rain on that parade. Where he could have said he could have faired the rest of the way himself he remained silent and compliant. He did hope any injuries his constructs had inflicted earlier weren't affecting her in anyway.

Ma douce chérie. {My sweet darling} " The man would then get off the board as it shrunk in half and he placed it in his hands. He'd look at Unki and then the large distance between them and the Rokubi. Placing a gloved hand on his chin. He'd look at Unki assuming maybe all the running had caused her small wounds to ache. "Ah would you perhaps be interested? It can go quite fast, it may prove some getting used to, however." It seemed he was offering Unki the hover board device as it reopened in his hands and made two hiss hiss noises from the turbines implying that it likely could produce some hearty speed behind it.
Looking around it seemed evacuation efforts had only just begun taking place. Ika-Shokuji would likeley be a selected place for evacuation given its size and distance. The masked man sighed. It looked like he'd have quite the busy shift ahead of him.

It was at this point in time Toso would open a portal to Isekai-Junsei at the entrance of Ika-Shokuji. There at the entrance, he would converse with his 'wife'. "How many." "Boutta Hundred so far? Give er take?" "Ah, alright bloop. The dining hall should be able to hold a good two hundred more comfortably at least bloop. The second floor could fit a good four to five hundred. Though I can't speak for how comfortable it would be. Bloop." Toso would then attempt to open the double doors before he was stopped by his wife. "I wouldn't go in there. Least not now." "Ah...why is that?" there was a shakiness in his voice despite how easy going Homura sounded in regards to the warning. "Well. Buncha folks are confused, scared, and nutty. It's a borderline riot. The masks are trying to keep things together in there but it seems like you they ain't good at 'inspiring'. "Damn. Bloop." Toso would frown he couldn't deny he didn't exactly have one of the most re-assuring voices.
It was then he'd turn his head and he would see Unki and his bartender. He looked at Homura and provided her a nod. Toso would then cut in on their conversation. "Sorry for stepping in unannounced Unk-nee. I see you found my bartender as per my request bloop." He seemed much more dapper now, was it a change of clothes? How fast could he change clothes? He looked like someone almost completely different but rather more dressed like a gentleman like his bartender. Maybe the Truffles had rubbed off on the squid. "If I may?" Trefles would then hand Unki the hover board if she had any intent on using it before he would be taken aside by his employer.
The two seemed to converse with Trefles standing attentively as he always did. Then something Toso said caused him to shiver visibly. His body language became somewhat antsy. After continuing to speak with one another the bartender bowed in understanding he then proceeded to quickly enter the resteraunt where when the doors opened shouts could be heard with raised voices and pleading ones alike. Toso would then return to Unki. "I am deeply sorry but I need him to do some damage control right now bloop...: Toso sounded unsure. "Although even I don't know if he's the right man for this kind of job." Toso would sigh and look to the foot path. Hopefully, nothing had happened to the evacuating group. The ground would shake an tremor as the bespectacled man looked in the distance towards the Rokubi. "It seems things haven't taken a dramatic turn yet at least bloop. I need to go back...but I need Ka-nee." a lack of confidence? Fear maybe? Whatever it was the squid had a tone shift to one that seemed almost anxious.
It seemed Toso was in a bit of bind. There was the evacuee group on their way. But the sounds coming from the gates heavily was implying that maybe she'd be too late to help if she stuck around here too long. Then again it sounded like Toso had every intent to head back himself also. Would she stay or would she go. Toso himself expecting a group of likeminded individuals to arrive shortly.

•Balanced Master ❞ ·.¸¸.-Techniques Used<-.¸¸.·´❞ • Character: Tosokurui Ashikoki Hojo Technique Name: [Isekai-Junsei]: (Otherworld Imitation) Rank: Varies Type: Bloodline Description: [Isekai-Junsei] is the cultivation of Toso's original technique [Tosō-inku] and using that knowledge combined with the knowledge of extra-dimensional spaces produced by fuuinjutsu allowed for the creation of truly amazing technique. [Isekai-Junsei] is essentially a pocket dimension that can be accessed or escaped into via drawing some form of entry way in the real world i.e a door or a hole. Upon opening or entering said space one of two things will occur. A blank white location that seems to extend for miles on end or essentially a mirrored world of the current thread is produced only in black and white. Drawing another entry way in the mirrored or blank world will create a similar entry way in the real world from which to exit. The exit method isn't particularly discreet unless per say the exit was made on something hiding it or is well hidden to begin with. The world inside of [Isekai-Junsei] can then be entirely manipulated by those inhabiting it. This involves its user and any individuals who may be inside. This manifests itself in the ability to create black and white structures and objects and things from sheer imagination as though the world itself was a blank canvas. Objects made with the intent to do harm require an amount of chakra to do so of an [X]-rank and will only last [1-post] thereof and will be treated as [Spiritual] for interactions. Anything made without this malicious intent otherwise will not impart a cost. [Isekai-Junsei] can thusly emulate threads like a Dojo or Academy for appropriate reductions and also offer a place for individuals to compete without the threat of structural damage. [Isekai-Junsei] primarily functions as an excellent utility for tutelage, isolating problem targets, tactical bastion, and a safe haven. But above all else a place where creativity thrives. Limitations: •Toso himself is required to be within [Isekai-Junsei] for others to be inside. •An exit cannot be closed with Toso absent if there is anyone remaining inside. •Those with the Rinnegan or the ability to produce Kamui may see individuals in the pocket dimension from the real world and access it as well. •Opening an Entrance to [Isekai-Junsei] is an [ S ]-rank amount of Chakra in combat but otherwise, if the entrance is patiently drawn only a [ B ]-rank amount is necessary. •If Toso dies or becomes unconscious [Isekai-Junsei] ends. •Those inside [Isekai-Junsei] may make an exit at any time using an [ X ] amount of chakra which can be closed by other parties inside if they pay an [ X ] amount to close it. Whence the evacuating party arrived, they would find Toso conversing with a blonde haired young lady. Those who had no business with the squidman or didn't recognize them could enter the establishment unimpeded. There, those who did would find that the inside would be a mess of things. Large crowds and groups of people yammering on in minor panics, delinquents causing a ruckus, and some rather hungry looking folks sitting at tables. At a counter, there would be a blue-skinned man looking rather despondent as though he had just given a speech or something. Judging by the current atmosphere it didn't seem to change all that much. Should anyone ask him what was the matter. He'd rub his temples and provide the following relevant information to those who inquired if they could do anything to help.

While it wasn't a village-made bunker like the underground shelters, Toso had apparently gained a reputation for setting up good defenses... or something. Her business would be with Toso... in a little bit. Not knowing if she will be whisked away immediately, and seeing that Toso was currently busy speaking to a golden haired kunoichi that Kagerou could have sworn she had seen somewhere, Kagerou slipped away into an unused back room to change clothes. The kimono she wore, while surprisingly roomier than it looked thanks to its pleated design, was something she had picked to wear for a casual day. By no means was this mission wear, and while she didn't have time to change it previously, she was determined to change it now before she ended up on the front lines, where one unfortunate trip could spell the end of her life.

Kagerou pulled something easy and familiar out of her storage seals to change into, and once she had slipped her bells back onto her wrist, she was out in a jiffy. The whole change hadn't taken more than a few minutes.
"Toso," Kagerou called out as she reconvened with the squid man, adding in a, "I'm sorry for interrupting," and an apologetic smile if he happened to still be speaking with golden good girl. She'd look at both of the other two, and after gauging that it seemed like she wasn't interrupting something incredibly urgent, she would quickly try to get her matters through. "What preparations for sealing the demon have been finished? What still needs to be done? And has a host been chosen?". Kagerou felt bad that, under the current circumstances, she could only say "sorry," without really showing that she meant it. Jumping into the middle of things as she were, she needed to be caught up, else she was just a sitting duck.

Escaping to the back through the crowded establishment the Uchiha pushed through a door and found herself in a back alley of sorts. The streets mostly evacuated now, green hues check around swiftly before the raven haired girl darted up the side of the building. Standing on top of the restaurant at the highest point she could be. Emerald hues became dyed red as her sharingan reveled it self. Looking off in the distance, like an eagle Freya honed in at the action in the distance. "Tch." Displeased with the current events at the gates with the demon she'd be unaware of the smaller things at play. Regardless all these things would make the security a lot tighter around here, and with a hard a** like kenshin around it makes Freya's mission a lot harder.
The thoughts condensing Freya suddenly knelt down as her hand pressed against the ledge of the building. Placing a rite of sorts Freya would be able to travel back to this location on whim. With a single hand seal Freya would poof into a cloud of smoke, reverse summoning herself so she could make a report.
