Hoping to have been the faster benefactor, Therese could not help but curse by him using his head this time around. IT was impressive, but also downright infuriating he was pulling these tricks. With his ability to be in the air for so long, it was obvious all of her moves were going to be of almost no match from below. Jumping and maneuvering bubbles into the air would possibly work, but that was going to harm her own air treks in the process. Considering from how many bubbles she had sent out already, making anymore icy type ones right away would only shorten out the cooling attachment she had in her possession to them. No. Firing anymore while the cooler was at full throttle would only shorten it out. With yet another curse, she had refrained from them for now. It lead her to wondering about Axon's for the most part, a pondering towards his own handiwork. This seriously could not have been the power of a regalia she had heard rumors about once, or some form of useful footwear. Based on the fact alone of his prowess, his earlier on attack should have honestly finished her, despite her attempts at dulling it. He himself might have been toying in the beginning, but surely he was not the type to intentionally take it easy on his opponents, especially when there was an extremely risky price at stake should he fail. "hmm..." Whatever reason he had for his own accord, that was something Therese could not ponder onto for as long as she would have wished to.
"I cannot let you win... I cannot.. Let you.... Win!"
Therese may not have had the air on her side as much as he had, but there was enough to work with below on the ground. Her chain reaction bubbles have have been doomed to fail now, but there was no saying she couldn't change her trajectory. "Here goes nothing I guess." With the frisbee thrown at the ready by her opponent, Therese had charged herself ahead at he full s[ed, taking her own jumping flight into the air to catch it. She was just barely able to get it, a mere smack to intervene it down to the ground. "Juuuust made it." Firing a smirk his way, she awaited till she was low enough to the ground, snatching the frisbee on landing, before making a complete run for it.

If he had the regalia on his side, that would of been a wash at the beginning. The insane power that was within one of those things can not be easily confused with another. Axon wasn't holding back. The nightingale messed up that act of mercy a long time Ago. The eagerness to win was still a confusion on Acon's part. He heard many rumors of others descending and flying higher becaue they have a goal to reach. A deeper internal motive. Axon didn't believe in those things. You either are strong! Or are weak. There was no therebetween.
The new phase of the match was certainly going to reach its climax. Therese had came just in time, using her treks and whits to knock down the frisbee before was too late. Axon thought he had scored but that wasn't the case. Looking, he would see her make a break for it towards his goal. Making his treks spin into gear, he would start to follow her at full speed. Annoyance clear on his face. How did she get to this point!?! No matter! Like a train, he followed behind her, Like a train trying to run over its prey, he charged mightily behind her. His treks was ready to perform. Tracks glowing, he threw out a series of fangs trying to not just encase her in the fangs. He wanted her be whipped to shreds by many cuts from his fangs.!!

Oho! So the man full of confidence, thinking she were prey, could ACTUALLY get angry? The look he had made on his face when she had caught the frisbee had been hilarious. A gesture, that she had unfortunately could not stop to make a comment, or smirk towards. So saddening~ Well... For him. Though the cuts she possessed were stinging like hell, pushing forward had to be done. The headstart of course, would not last for too long, the man of the hunt practically closing in. Closer... Closer.... With a roll of her eyes, Therese would turn to his direction, keeping herself in a moonwalk, her hands hanginging tight onto the frisbee. "Hmph. A look of annoyance make you look oddly cute. Like a little puppy whining for something it cannot have." How it was wayyyy to soon to get provoking her opponent.
With a shock, there was Axon, firing away t fangs to her direction. Hmph. You could swear that someone had stolen his pride~! This time around, Therese was more prepared. Shifting her right left to spin her back forward, she had pressed herself hard onto full speed, Karaoke styling her legs to slid left, before she began shifting from right to left in zigzagging patterns. Through her attempts at trying to dodge, there were plenty time where her coat would catch the fangs as she managed to get out of reach, or her body was taking the tails ends of hits. Nothing could stop her from at least spinning and ducking as most as she were able to. "Ngh~!" With a loud grunting noise, there was no time to waste no more, Therese taking her own frisbee shot to his net. What was to say he wasn't going to pull the same trick she had done? "I need to speed and follow under the tailwind of the frisbee and-" While in midthought, a large strike of fang to her back had her reel forward, her focus shattering between fiery hot pain of torn open flesh, and slight temperature change to her jacket splitting right up from lower back to shoulder. "nnngha!!!" Wide eyed, and gasping for a breath she had to grit her teeth, removing her jacket off of her. "Hmph.""Need to... distract..."[/] No second to lose. Off she thrown the jacket... Right at his direction.

"You got lucky woman. Don't you dare underestimate me. I know I am cute but I am going to win as well!" He responded still on the hunt. Closer and closer he was getting. She was not going to be evading him for long. Especially once his fangs caught her. I will cut you down! he thought to himself. Who was this woman and why was this so difficult? Why was she pushing him more than a quick and simple battle? He didn't even care about the compliment he received. That didn't matter if he wasn't able to assert his dominance. That was when it came. It was destiny. It always came knocking. She put up a good trick of resistance. Her dodging through the popular trickpass made his attack go from almost certain doom for her to major pain? The shot to her back, how it put everything to a halt. Even the announcer gasping as it slice into her back.
"NOBODY BEATS ME" He stated zooming closer and closer to her. Using his wings trick, he would accelerate to get closer again. There wasn't a moment to lose. He was about to snatch her wings and make her regret ever trying to fly in his domain. Why so aggressive? This was storm riding. Only the strongest survive while the weak died! Unfortunately, the accel helped her instead of him. The jacket being thrown hit him in the face causing him to not be able to see her. If she went to throw the disk now, it would certainly be another point. !
"COME ON NIGHTINGALE! FLY. DON'T LET THOSE CUTS HOLD YOU DOWN. YOU STILL HAVE WINGS. GO GO GO!" The announcer cheered with excitement, trying to bring life to the crowd after it was sucked out of the stadium thanks to Axon's connection with his fang. Many would think they would cheer for him since it was his domain but many people loved to root for the underdog!

How dare this man strike her back! Then again, it was her own stupidity for egging him on to her. How trivial of Therese to anticipate him closer, like a fly to a venus fly trap? She herself had just about to have become the fly in this scenario, her overzealous mouth picking on the wrong person. This much she was literally scolding herself for, feeling the trickles of blood going along her back, in a teasing torment, reminding her of her mess up, with its seething pain not helping any of this for the latter. Unacceptable. Even after all the attempts to dodge, she was rather contempt on keeping herself as far as she could get from from him and his fangs, but a change of tactic may soon be in order. She couldn't outrun from him forever. This was more so, as her opponent had the persistence as wide as her own. With the pain in her back, she had to keep pushing forward to win, even if it meant she had to turn around, and face him head on. With him so opposed to answering questions, she had to get answers one way or another.
With his ever close persistence, this was the first Therese had felt about the true meaning of storm riding. The blood, the edginess, the announcing on every move... It was all more excitement than she was used to. Throwing her coat may have screamed desperation, but to see it had worked in her favor, she was almost awestruck. There was no other chances for her now, other than to throw the disc, tossing the frisbee as hard as she could with a flick of her wrist. She wasn't even going to wait and see if the disc would go into the goal or not, she had turned towards Axon instead, with a small burst of her treks to rush ahead, before twisting her body, bringing her eg to his side level, hoping to catch him and attempt knocking him down. "Unfortunately for you i'm too stubborn to give you my wings." Whether she had caught his side or not, Therese had finished off by using the left trek to release a single icey bubble, aiming more so to to the ground, rather then him. From the looks of it all, it seem that things were not going to stay the normal disk for long. Usually it wasn't as action pack as this but this was the way Axon imagined it. He just imagined more fighting and more upfront assault not this woman acting all scared one movement and almighty the next when she is cornered. She was no beast. Axon was the beast. She is nothing more than a b***h that's in the way. Another obstacle. Another sacrifice to be slaughtered to his fangs making them redder and bloodier. Riding part of Wing Road never made him lose who he was. He was always someone who was a slasher. Someone to incapacitate his opponents. Enough of this niceness. STORM RIDING WAS ABOUT POWER! Not Freedom.
The kick would come to the side but her leg would be grabbed in a counter. He didn't know that his arm was going to be sacrificed by this. He would go to try slam her to the ground with a trust of his body. Following through if successful, he would have slammed her onto the turf. The bubbles releasing though would sting against his side and upper arm causing internal havoc on the body. His arm would feel strained and bruised as the jacket would be shredded thanks to the bubbles on the arm and left side. The stinging of his wounds. The blood mixing with the moisture left from the bubbles. Basically stunned from the attack in disbelief. What. was this feeling? HOW COULD SHE? She really was this good? Attempting try move his left arm, it would sting exponentially the more he tried. "b***h" .

So much for the beautiful coat. A short match gone extended to lengths even more out of reach than Therese had believed it to be. Matters were indeed sinking out of fair play. Oddly enough, she had expected it to have been him to be a cheat. Instead, out of desperation, she had done so with a mere fabric. A mistake she was only going to pull just that one time. Anymore, and surely her integrity as a storm rider would be tarnished. While Axon was about power, Therese was about pride and precision. "Storm riding is about perfecting the point of attack! The unpredictable lengths to succeed in catching one off-guard with determination!" Axon was more than formidable. Based on his movement, and his long ranged attacks, close combat was the next thing on her list on taking him down with. A much better humiliation than his reckoning being shot down with a mere frisbee toss. One could simply go around and say that he could potentially lose, and become someone's "dog," by way of a disc toss... Though such a thing for both of them had a lacking of something to it. Oh sure, she was more so going to get that disc. Therese had to pay him back for the back injury. An injury that was stinging her all to heck for every move she made, as if asking her to stop and submit. The press forward had been reckless, but it's results were better than she had expected... Somewhat.
Though her leg was caught, the real intent behind her attack had it's success. It was not without her own expectation of pain. "Nnngh...Kyah!!!" Stronger he was indeed. Unable to pull her leg back in time, Therese found herself being slammed to the ground, a gasping groan of pain escalating from her voice as her back and shoulders had collided hard with the turf. Just barely missing her head, her neck had the added jolt from her reflexes just catching her from concussion town. The damage was done on both ends, though she was unable to celebrate for too long, nor delve into her pain. Her eyes had directed to his waist, the demise of the one item she was trying to preserve having been torn to smithereens. "No....""Kai's jacket...." Seeing the tattered pieces of cloth fall upon her, hitting her unblemished skin, her eyes widened in a blank slate, almost forgetting where she was due to the shock. It wasn't until she had heard Axon calling her the B word, had her attention slightly returned. "Why... Why couldn't you have left that out of this match?" Her voice was barely a whisper, ever so slowly trying to sit herself up. Shifting her weight to one side, it was the most Therese could do for some leverage to at least get on her knees. Almost feeling sorry for the injury she had caused him however, the mere sight of his arm in it's condition had her even cringing. "I had to try and cool you down somehow..."

"You had to try and cool me down? Hmph. Seems you win" he stated as he kept his hand on his arm. It was out of commission. The announcer would call it and it would seem that the winner of this bout was going to be Therese. An underdog victory that no one was able to see coming. Many people believed that Axon had this in the bag. In fact, the odds were all in his favor but it was just a lucky shot that took him out of commission. "You not bad though." He started before staring at her with intensity. She seemed to not be too much further off herself. She seemed injured also. The jacket was ruined but it was whatever. There was no reason to try and flake out now. A bet was a bet. Walking over to her, Axon would look down at the Icy cold woman that was able to clip his wings with her frost. "So, it's time to get your reward huh? What was the bet again?" he wondered.

"Don't black out... Don't black out..." The longer Therese had proceeded, the more the stinging and blood loss upon her back has her close to falling. There was no more to stability, and her energy was running more lower, and much quicker than expected. The energy and spite she had earlier on had began sinking down, dragging her mentality and focus down with her. Axon was before her, looking as strong as ever, his own stability an impressive sight to see. If only she could have remained focused. Her eyes however, had lowered to his waist, the jacket she had solely been trying to protect having been destroyed instead. "N..No... All that work... D.. Don't be prepared to attack..."
When had such a thing transgressed!? When had she destroyed it!? When had he destroyed it!? There was no telling who had done it, and the damage was done. Her mentality could not focus on everything at one, and it wasn't until he had spoken, had her gaze reached up towards his face. "I... I won?" Her voice came out a whisper, dropping to the damage of his arm. "Ah..." Stepping forward, she had taken a closer look, seeing the frosting damage done. "If I won... I can't be having my new companion this damaged up..." Almost forgetting the prize all together, she recollected it all when it was asked. Was the box damaged too like the jacket? Scooting over to the coat on the ground rather awkwardly, she knelt down to grab the box from it's pocket, having almost fallen down when she had arose to her her feet once more. "My prize.... Was for you to submit and help me find who killed my closest rival and friend. My new... Dog, in a sense, though I won't be so brash as your end of winning had been." Handing him the box, she released a soft sigh under her breath. "I will say we will start looking once... We are fine again to think. I... Need to go home and rest... Or Hospital... Either or... When we are done there... Meet... nnngh... Meet at my... Apartment... You fought... Amazing..." Before she could say anymore, Therese had been unable to stand any longer. Falling forward,Therese had finally blacked out.

The difference between the two was obvious. She was blacked out but Axon was standing. They do need get themselves checked out. He did not want to call the company. Instead, he knew there was someone that he could call that be able to heal them. It may not be major but it be enough for them not have to go to the hospital. Taking out his phone, he would sigh at the high pitch happiness that was on the other end. “Yes....I know I don't call much.....yeah. SISTER SHUT UP!.....Yeah I need healing. Well.. we need healing.... Okay” he commented before looking down at Therese. Pouting, he would pick her up and grab her over his shoulder as he headed towards the stands. Damn, why was she heavy? Was he this weak? Was she thiccer than he thought? Or was it because he was truly more injured than he thought? Curses! Once in the stands, he would meat up with a red haired woman that had piercings and punk rock look similar to Axon but she had personality that made her more overbearing than Natsumi could ever be. So much so she didn't even hug Axon just pinched his cheeks while talking 100 mph about everything that was occuring. Yeah.....this was one of the former pledge queens......WHY!
Obviously pissed that Axon didn't give her a warm welcoming she would smack him in the face causing him to be knocked out and would have Axon and Therese bundled together before she turned on her suit. The suit would light up with different circuits and magnetic currents as wires would pierce into the skin of Axon and Therese. While the work of machine it felt almost a rushing cool calmness as it entered. Vibrations mixed with electrical currents would beam into their bodies. This causing an acceleration of growth and healing. The science behind it was weird but hey it worked. When they woke up the healing would be done. Mostly. Axon be able move his arm and Therese would feel mostly healed. However, it would seem as if they aged a little. Cosmetically a difference wasn't shown except their hair would be longer!.

The fight itself had shown damage on both sides, and it was a mystery on who had truly won. That was she gave him the tag of her winnings from within the box she had passed earlier on, it felt like a complete dream. Her life lesson tired body had the sensations of being moved about, but her mind wouldn't let her wake up, overridden by pain. Though most of her senses were down, she could only faintly hear what was going on around her. For the most part it was the voices of the crowd cheering and making mixed emotion on how they felt about the whole thing . Majority of that noise had overtaken what was truly going on closest to her, so she had no idea she was about to be healed. Such a thing was probably good, considering had she heard what his sister sounded like, there would have been a chance of her preparing the silver tongue. Or perhaps sharp tongue would have been a better explanation. How she would have loved to have watched a former pledge Queen knocking out Axon. The feisty pledge Queens for always said to be amusing and more waste than one. Then again, it would have been fun to have watched his cheeks be pinched for that matter. But everything was missed.
Even more things would occur to the unconscious body she was possessed with. Through the gist of fighting her fainting, unfamiliar sensations hit her. Pain should have been expected, but it was terrestrial now the wires were actually giving a cooling sensation instead through the body. When she had finally woke up, it had almost felt too good to be true. ".... My head...." groaning from tiredness, her eyes had lit up with surprise to see Axon bundled beside her. Just what exactly had happened!? How had they ended up in the stands together? Looking through sleepy eyes, her face rested on the chick in the weird suit. Something about that suit had given foreboding towards the possibility of them helping the pair of them out. It was odd how quick the healing had taken, and although they were just intense from a fight, most of the pain she had experienced was gone.".... I take it this is your doing? Thank you kindly..." slowly stretching her arms, pay attention had shifted towards the arm she had sworn he had just about damaged for good. The sound of movement would alert the former queen. She was waking up. Finally!! A smile would play on her lips as she looked at the white haired woman up and down. She was intriguing. Someone she didn't expect Axon to be around. She had to remember though they were fighting so that's probably what the reasoning was for them being together. “Don't worry, he will wake up soon” She stated sweetly before hearing a question. She noticed. Yay!! She wasn't one of those idiots that she usually had to deal with. “Yes, It was. I'm one of the best healers in town. Using air trek technology and mix it with medical technology, my wires are like rejuvenating chambers almost. Except, its more accelerating your body to make you older. Possibly you had a birthday already when it comes to your body but in reality its only been a short amount of time. “She explained before looking at Axon. Her eyes did not have that of caring. Instead, they held a fire. “I actually glad you won the battle. It made him have to talk to me. BECAUSE,” She started before smiling and smacking Axon right in the stomach causing him to wake up instantly. Her arm almost absorbed in his chest just from the strength. “THIS IDIOT. Do not call his dear sister often. Doesn't write either” she would add before scooting close to Therese.

This woman had to be one of those special cases that escaped the nut house. Mannerisms, the oddness, and the pep, were something best left for people who could share that enthusiasm. Therese had many temptations to outright speak up and call her for the crazy that she is, but the woman saved her life after all, so she was safe from her venomous words. it wasn't as if she could truly say too much in the first place, given how intellectual this woman was compared to her. Towards Axon on his current condition, she simply shrugged an acknowledgement, slowly massaging her own shoulders and neck. Ugh... Why did she have to hit her with so many technological terms the moment she woke up?? She sounded like a microwave that gargled up a computer's love child. As for him, if he had no intentions of waking up, she was going to kick him awake herself. Worried!? Her!? the man got the jacket she wanted ripped up into complete shreds! The only remaining item she could have had from her friend! It was now gone! .... And she could no longer get it back. For all the hardships she had tried on that field, all of it was for naught. if it weren't immoral to punch an unconscious person, she would have done so multiple times already. putting such frustrations aside, she instead tried to focus on the explanation that the healer had given her. Through all the garbling microwave talk, there was no actual words needed to be said to prove that she was the best healer around. She completely had let her wire speak for themselves, and man, the fact that accelerated her body's age to boot, that was just weird to know. Therese had no exact counter measures or backlash she could exchange to this woman. What would have been the point considering the fact on how she woke Axon up!! Amusing as it was to watch, and how it tempting it was to join in the punching, unconscious men could not stay down forever. Just to bug him, she was tempted to remind him to call her more often, should these stubborn games of theirs continue on forward. Therese was already plotting plenty of torment. It was the most she could partake in for the bitter win. Well... She found it bitter only by the fact of her dropping into his arm practically. Tell me, if I take this offer to order something from my house, would you be more so willing to cooperate where it's more private?" Narrowing her eyes then, Therese had reached across.
