Obei felt something slide down her cheek as her legs quivered. "Oh-Obei...hurt..." Selina touched the armband around her arm as Obei's fell beside hers, finally allowing years of emotions drain out of her. The towering oni crumbled to her knees and began to sulking profusely as she bawled her eyes out. "Obei sorry. Obei just...want heart stop hurting..."

> Oni Passive: Being originally from mountain and volcano environments, the Oni have grown into a tough and resilient people with hides strong enough to brush off jagged rocks and stave off the heat radiated by magma. Note: This does not mean you are lava proof. Hot temperatures just do not bother you.

Selina used one hand to rummage her fingers through Obei's hair like a mother would her child. Her other arm was wrapped around Obei's shoulder to pull her into a hug. Selina only had to hunch over slightly as even on her knees Obei was still a tall woman. Her right hand comforted her while her left soothed. "It's okay. It'll stop hurting one day. Some things just need time." She said softly. In truth, there was no easy answer for the feelings within Obei's heart. She was conflicted about the turmoil she caused. However, Selina knew that, now more than ever, she needed to hear that it would be alright. That someone had confidence in it eventually being alright. Selina could provide that for Obei. The rest was up to time to mend.
