❄ Don't Look Back ❄

Hakanai too, kissed Theodred on the forehead. She loved him just as much even though he was not hers. Hima nodded, "I'll look after him Uncle Theo, I promise..." She was trembling. The noises and the shouting outside was making her scared, not to mention her mom and Uncle Theo weren't going with them. They were supposed to meet some kind of stranger. Her trembling arms wrapped around Theodred as she held him tight when Theo handed him to Hima. Hakanai gave them both a reassuring smile.

Then they were gone. She let out a pained gasp as it felt like he had ripped them away from her arms. No. This was the UHV's fault. They ripped their children from their arms. Her throat was closed as tears finally spilled, she didn't want to cry in front of the children. Her torso was so tight and someone had gripped her heart and squeezed it. Left it there. She couldn't breathe. Theo had snapped her back into reality. Her canines elongated as her claws, fur started sprouting as Shukenja was boosting up as well. Pupils narrowed into cat's like-eyes. Both Shukenja and Hakanai had summoned up powerful tornados that whirled around the dome, sending icicles to stab into the solider's armor and the temperatures dropped some that some of the mechanics stopped working. "For them." Was all she said as the dome had shattered into many pieces and the duo targetted one of the large groups.

Theodin watched as the walls of their ice dome shook and started to crack. He could hear the tornados on the outside that Hakanai and Shukenja had made. Hovering in the air slightly, the large man would wave his hand while holding a seal, causing the ice dome to explode outward into likely millions of tiny ice shards, all of them flying towards enemy forces, or into the tornados to be slung at the enemy from odd angles and at faster speeds. Forming a few more seals with his left hand, he would hold it up to his mouth before exhaling a massive plume of bright red and orange flames towards the enemies, following it immediately with a wave of his staff to send a wave of slicing wind chakra through the fire to add to it.

Dropping momentarily back to the earth, Theo would plant both hands on the ground and watch as the area in front of them and all around other than a dry patch for the three of them to stand on had turned to moist swamp. He would then stick his staff into the swamp and the entire field would crackle with black electricity. “Stepping back into the air, Theo would hover over his electrified swamp, “you ******** have made the mistake of angering the ultimate weapon of Sunagakure..” his voice wasn’t his normal speech that Hakanai knew, his voice was rolling like thunder from all around them. Suddenly, a cold fog would roll in and Theo would vanish from the perspective of the attacking forces, at least to normal vision as Theo hid in the frosty fog to plan his next attack.

Hours went by and the UHV look like they were not letting up. The three of them would korab now and then when the occasion appears but mostly they were watching each other's back. The game changed when the blood from the defeated started to shift and moving around. New warriors had appeared at the perfect time, for they were Saiketsu and can manipulate blood. "********!" Hakanai shouted as she realized what danger they were in. There was more than one but there seems to be the main leader that's helping the others korab with her. "Shu." Hakanai hissed, so low it was barely heard and can be picked up on Shu's ears. Shukenja, who took on Hakanai's form heard the call as he growled and poofed in a poof of smoke. Hakanai and Shukenja were both fighting the header head-on. Theo had the rest of the Saiketsu group that were also scholars to make things harder.

As Hakanai got dangerously close to wiping out the leader, "Well drat." The leader said as she manipulates the blood into spear-like as the spears went through both Hakanai and Shukenja. The leader's red almond hues glanced down as she saw Hakanai's claws right at the chest, piercing the armor and nearly ripping her heart out. "Oh." She sighed, "I so do wish you didn't try to kill me.." Her hand went up to stroke Hakanai's cold cheek as her lungs were being filled with blood. 'I'm so sorry Hima, Theo, and Theodred... I'm so sorry Shu...' Hakanai silently though as her eyelids closed and she could feel herself drowning and choking on her own blood. "No matter. We'll still use your body." Removing the blood spears, both Hakanai and now Shukenja who reverted back into his form, fell to the ground, lifeless and bloody. "Come now." She said to her team as their goal was to exhaust Theo enough and then perform the sleep genjutsu on him before dosing him up with sedatives.

They had been fighting for hours, Theo was starting to feel run down. When he noticed the blood of fallen soldiers, of which there were many at this point, shifting around, Theo would curse to ********... not them..” pulling water from the air around him, Theodin would make a thousand needles of water and send them flying in an arc towards the soldiers in front of him, aiming as best he could for open vital areas through his fatigue. ‘s**t... did they send a whole division after us or something?’ He would think to himself as another wave of electrified water rushed across the field when he heard a roar, then the sound of gurgling behind him. Turning to see what happened, Theo saw Hakanai and Shukenja impaled on red blood crystal spikes. “NOOOO!” The big man roared before swooping down towards the user of the jutsu, likely the leader of the damned Saiketsu soldiers. As he flew, Theo was spitting large air blasts at the b***h, following them with a huge plume of flame. He wanted this woman dead at all costs. As he flew near the ground, he would grab the Earth and cause stone spires to grow and shoot towards the enemy soldier as well.

However, despite his pain and rage, Theo’s reserves finally hit their limit. With his chakra running out the big man would faceplant into the ground before rolling to land on his side, gasping for breath.

As Theodin landed onto the ground, the female sighed as she glanced at her soldiers, "Sedate him." Sure enough, they fired off tranquil and used sensors to make sure he had enough but not too much or he would be dead.

Back at the compound, Theo would find himself strapped onto a cold table that was covered in seals. He was also covered in seals to block all his chakra networks. "Oh good morning darling~" The female spoke, the same one that killed Hakanai and Shukenja. Theo wouldn't be able to look around, the strap was on his head as well. "Before I take you to your cell, I discovered something very..." She inhaled and then exhaled slowly, "Alluring. It seemed that the dead female have evidence of giving birth some time ago. Care to talk to me about that? Or should I go find the child? There was a reason why you traveled with her. Many other Sunagakure separated." She questioned as her palm rested on the side of his face as she kissed his forehead before inhaling deeply again as she stood behind him, her hair spilling over by the side of his face.

Laying there, Theo would wince as several darts stick into him before seeing the darkness close in on him...

Slowly coming to, Theo would try to move his arms, legs, head, something. However he’d find himself tied to a table in a room, that b***h that killed Hakanai and Shukenja leaning over him. “She had a kid? She never told me... must have been from before she came to Suna.” Theo would easily speak as if he were truly shocked and confused by what the woman had said. Manipulating his own biochemistry by force of will to hide just about any sign of deception in what he said. “Even if others survived, and most scattered , I figured there’s some extra bit of protection generally in groups. Not to mention exile is a bit less miserable with company.” Even if he was masking the detectable reactions his body might try to have on instinct , Theo would say all of this with his eyes closed. He knew how interrogations worked. He had performed his share of them in the past as a member of Suna’s ANBU black ops. He knew how many ninjutsu there were that could let her delve into his thoughts and memories whether he wanted to let her or not. He actually knew basically all of them himself. But the most basic one was the most subtle. She couldn’t read his mind through his eyes if his eyes were closed and he avoided looking at her. “Well, now that we got that cleared up.... how bout you ******** untie me, then you can go ******** yourself with a Hoshigaki-skin strap on, you psychotic c**t!” When she leaned over him, he felt her hair brush his face. Listening to the sound of her breathing, he knew right where she was. Theo would quickly clear his throat hard and spit a glob of mucus in the woman’s face.no way was he going to let the b***h that forced him to send his and Hakanai’s kids away from them, then killed Hakanai, one of his best friends, know about the kids existence for sure. Even if his cousin could protect them, he didn’t want the kids to have to go through the constant fear anymore. He had to keep these people off of Theodred and Hima’s trail. As he lay there though, the memories of seeing Hakanai skewered on the blood spikes was practically engraved into the inside of his eyelids. He could still remember the sounds of her gasping in pain and struggling to breathe as her blood poured from her, adding to the expanding pools of blood that had littered the area. He tried to block those memories out for now, but they were too raw, too recent. Squeezing his eyes tighter, tears would slowly fall from the corners of his eyes, some of them freezing slightly as they rolled down over his temples towards the table, piling into his long white hair.

A bored and dull look could be seen on her face as Theo started to talk. Saying that he never knew about the kid. Hmm. She would believe him, he was good, but his eyes weren't open. Then the moment he spat at her, the room became quiet. Still. The female sighed as she wiped herself clean by using her shirt. "Use more seals. He can still use his hyouton." She demanded as there were sounds of feet shuffling as they placed more chakra seals, seals that would make him unable to use chakra. "Place him at his cell. Put the bodies in front... to remind him what a failure he is." She purred as she placed her hand on his forehead as the table started to move, "Ah, one moment~" She requested of them. They paused, not moving the table. She motioned for them to be by Theo's head as they force his eyelid open. With that, a sharp pain could be felt as she ripped out his eyeball by using her sharp nails, one of coworker had a tool ready to burn the nerves off to avoid damages to his brain. With that, she used her iryojutsu to heal his eye so he wouldn't bleed out on the table but the pain would be there. "That's a reminder if you don't cooperate with us. We will bring in a Yamanaka soon, do try to be reasonable. Or we can play~" With a smile if he finally decided to look around, he would see her licking his eyeball. "Hmm. This would go good in a salad~" With that, she walked away as they put Theodin into a brightly lit cell, also chakra sealed, barrier and highly protected. The cell has three walls with the fourth wall being some kind of glass but not your normal glass. It was obvious that the glass couldn't be broken easily. Once in the room, Theo would be free from the bounds. There was no bed either. No matters. Just an empty room. In front of the glass, lays Hakanai's and Shu's dead body to be a constant reminder to Theo.

Theodin would continue to strain against the bindings holding him down on the table. ‘Go ahead and seal my chakra, b***h, I can still rip you apart with my bare hands...’ he’d think to himself when she told whoever else was there to put more seals on him. He could feel the sense of his chakra sliding further and further from his grasp. Him being a ninjutsu specialist, it was frustrating, but he had trained enough in other areas to hold his own fairly well in hand to hand combat. As he was sinking deeper into his own thoughts, he would suddenly feel fingers prying at his eyelid. Straining harder to keep his eyes closed, he wasn’t totally sure why she wanted it opened, but he had a sense it wasn’t anything good. After a while fighting the person above his head finally won out and the big man’s eye opened slowly. The first thing he saw was a set of fingernails right in front him. That would be the last thing he would see with that eye. A split second later all he felt was searing pain as the eye was compressed and pulled from its socket. Hot blood pooled from his optic artery as a burning feeling shot through his skull. The pain was insane, but Theo simply grit his teeth and bore it. He refused to give this psychotic c**t the pleasure of hearing him scream. A few moments later he felt the blood flow ebb and stop, but the searing pain of the nerve, along with the painful sensations of air hitting tissues that they never should lingered. He heard her mention putting Hakanai and Shukenja’s bodies in front of his cell to taunt him and grimaced internally for a moment. As he heard her walking away, mentioning bringing in a Yamanaka soon he’d speak out loud for the first time since he had spat at her. “Why? Are you too much of a cowardly weakling to fight even a half blinded old Suna shinobi?you act all calm and tough when I’m exhausted, injured, tied to a table and sealed to the point of being almost like a civilian. How bout you grow a spine, give me my damned eye back, unseal my chakra and fight me like a true warrior? You ******** psychopathic, cowardly b***h!” With the pain in his eye socket and head still throbbing, he would still give the other guards enough of a fight to make it difficult as they slapped him into irons on both his wrists and ankles and dragged the large man to his cell, throwing him inside where he would land on the hard floor onto his side. He could feel the heat of all the lights on the cell they had placed him in. ‘They must really be afraid of me to put this many seals on me and still put me in a room covered in more seals and lit to the point of being broad daylight at all times...’ he would think to himself as he opened the one eye he still had. He kept the empty socket closed. While the pain was still there, it seemed to be at least slightly less when it was closed, blocking out the air as much as it could.ne would finally look around the cell he was in. No place for a bathroom, no bed at all, and the one large window, or glass wall. Theo would walk over and tap his fingers on the glass. “Hmm, alright, they weren’t dumb enough to leave me regular glass that I could smash... this has to be at least some kinda chakra glass...” As he was looking at the glass, he noticed the guards dragging Hakanai and Shukenja’s bodies into his view. They would just toss the bodies into a jumbled heap, causing Theo to growl low in his throat. Looking at the corpses of his friends, Theo would accidentally lock eye with Hakanai’s icy blue eyes. Frozen open in rigor Mortis, still showing the shock and pain that was the cause of her death. Theo couldn’t help but star into the cold ice that once held the essence of one of his best friends as tears started to fall from his remaining eye and, painfully, pool behind his eyelid in the empty socket until he had to crack that one open to let them fall. Dropping to his knee in front of the glass, Theodin put a hand against the clear surface and bowed his head. “I’m sorry, Hakanai.... I failed you. I failed Hima and Theodred. I should’ve stayed closer to you and Shu. Then maybe I could have been close enough to help you fight that b***h and non of this would’ve happened. Then we’d be able to go find the kids and actually settle down somewhere again.” Theo’s voice was low, cracking with his pain and grief to the point that even if the cell was bugged, nothing he said would be intelligible if it were even audible. After a few minutes,tears still falling from the large man’s eyes, Theo would lift his head and slowly take a long,ragged breath. Staring into his late friend’s lifeless eyes. “I swear... by anything and everything sacred in this world, no matter how much pain they put me through or what they do to me, I will survive. I will get out of here. And I will raze this ******** piece of s**t hell hole to the ground.” This would still be said in a low voice, likely inaudible to anything around, but the cracking of his voice was gone. Even without his chakra and most of his stamina and strength, the elite Sunagakure shinobi was back in his own head as he resolved to bide his time, to endure, until he could exact his brutal revenge.
