Well if I have to settle for one fave, it'd be the Peking Duck. I can't get enough of that sauce. Mmmm... blaugh

Yeah, directly translated, it would be "pineapple" bun. But there are no pineapples in them. They're a little sweet. I think for pastry I like LO PO BANG (="wife cookies"). razz
