Yep, I've definitely went to a Chinese school, pretty much the whole of my school life so far. I went from Grade 1 all the way to Year 12, although I managed to skip 3 times. I did my matriculation honours in Chinese last year, what is called VCE year 12 where I live, and did a reasonable job at it.

Well in my exprience of Chinese school, I was late once and I had to stand outside for an hour in winter wearing a t-shirt! And I brought candy into the class, I didn't eat it, I didn't play with it, it was in my pocket. I got up and the box rattled and my teacher yelled at me and gave me a detention -_-. Am I rambling on? Ok I'll stop.

yalie5 Strawberry Tears I studied in Maryknoll Covent School in Hong Kong. 3nodding i've heard of that school. it was in a book i was reading. It's a English school, like...we have to speak english for math, english, PE, art, music, and others, except chinese. whee

Yea I went to school for five years. Definitely regret that now. It was good when it was easy. Like in Gr 1. Then after five years quit cuz I didn't care. And kids at american school made fun of me for the fact I went to school on saturday.
Barely retain any cantonese now. Except food. And little little things.
