well i found something on the internet that right after the little fight between roxas and sora it will appear at random i got trying to level up valor form and its fun to play as

yeah it's so random to find it's not fair. I got it Fighting Xigbar and when I got it I died so I had to get it again. (that was probably the only time i remember dying in that game and it was a fluke. (if anyone would have seen it they would have said the same.)
well doesnt matter now cause ive got Final and ive got all forms to lv7 and ive beaten Seppy but this thread is still good for those who dont know how you get it
