Well if you look at it EVERY Umbrella member has died so far not including Wesker and Ada because both of them did die at some part in the series. The S.T.A.R.S survivors are:

Rebecca

while Umbrella has no one.

Wesker, Nicholai, HUNK, Linda and Rodriguez from Outbreak, File 2... They're all survivors of Umbrella. And if you say Wesker's not in Umbrella, or whatever, it doesn't really count, because there is no Umbrella anymore. Just the same, there's no STARS anymore. Point is, those members of Umbrella survived.
