Cessy grabbed Rose's hand roughly to get her attention. "I'm not going in with you, Rose. This trip you will take alone." She smiled slyly, then shoved Rose forward into the blinding light. "Bye Bye, "Cessy said twittling her fingures just before quickly closing the door.

The white fades into a twilight dark. The scenery slowly melts into view.

Rose looked around and found her self in what seemed to be a strange town. Dark gloomy buildings stood tall into the sky. Signs were lit up by a soft neon lights. And the streets seemed to be completely empty. Droplets of rain gentle poored down from the sky and it didn't take long before rose became drentched in cold water.

"What the...Where am I? And why didn't Cessy come with me?" Rose shivered and looked around. "What is this place?" She started to walk forward. "Is anybody there?!" Rose yelled, trying to find someone who could tell her what was going on.

Nobody answered. she was completely and utterly alone.... or was she!

they danced two and frow, being careful not to be actually seen. Whispers fluttered around Rose of words she could not understand.

A sudden voice stands out through all the silent mutters and says, "Little girls shouldn't be wondering the streets after night fall! What do you think you're doing here anyway."

"You tell me...Plus...I'm not a little girl." Rose barked. She wasn't too afriad of whoever was speaking, but she didn't feel like getting killed by some crazy guy who thought she was a little girl. "Show yourself!" Rose demanded.

Rose noticed the figure of a grown adult pacing themselves in the shadows around her.

“Ooo, little kitties got attitude. I don’t think I like that,” said the voice, “What do you think?”

Another voice came from behind Rose, “Perhaps we should show her what we do with pushy little girls who stay up past there bed time.”

Rose noticed the figure of a grown adult pacing themselves in the shadows around her.

“Ooo, little kitties got attitude. I don’t think I like that,” said the voice, “What do you think?”

Another voice came from behind Rose, “Perhaps we should show her what we do with pushy little girls who stay up past there bed time.”

"For your information, I'm nineteen! And, I don't think you're gonna touch me. If you do, you'll regret it!" Rose said, while turing around quickly.

The one from behind began to pace themself in a circle like the other, he said, "Oh really!"

The other prettened to jult forward at Rose, just to get her jumpy, but she seemed pretty on gaurd and eyed them carefully.

The circuling stopped, now the two figures stood on opposite sides of rose.

"why don't you tell us why your here, Little Lady." said one of the characters, "And how you got here."

"Now, now, now," a third figure appeared from the shadows, "Where are your since of manners, men. This young lady is a guest, and we wouldn't want to make bad first impressions."

He steps forward into the light, revealing the black, hooded trench coat he had on. Then removes the the hood showing blueish-grey hair and his face which had a x shaped scar between his eyes. He swished some long hair back as he removed the hood. "my poor dear," he said, "You look soaked to the bone." A dirty sly smile creeps onto his face, "you should come with me, I will help you dry off." He outstretches a hand.

Rose jerks her hand away. "I'm not so sure I should trust you guys...You're in cloaks, and I don't think most people whould want to go frolicking off with some crazy guys, just because he 'sounds' nice. So, if you don't mind me, I'm going to try to find a way out of her." Rose started to walk off and she said under her breath,"And I'm going to give Cessy a peice of my mind for pushing me in here with these freaks..."

"Fine suit yourself," said one of the other cloacked men, "Good lucked on finding a way out." he shrugged and disappeared, as did the other cloacked stanger, but the one with the scar stayed and watched Rose wake on.

Rose hesitated for a moment, wondering if it was safe or ot, but then she had the urge to know why all of this happened, to know why she was choosen. Rose reached out and took the mans hand and said, "Fine."

He took only a few steps before lifting his free hand and spreading his fingures outward. A strange reaction happened next, A dark swrerl opened up a few feet in front of them. This frightened yet fascinated Rose.

"Shall we go?" He said.

"Um...sure..."Rose said as she stared in awe at the dark swirling vortex.
She wondered how he had created the vortex, but then again, most things in this...place were strange.
