Why is Marcus' name never mentioned in Code Veronica, when reading about the origins of Umbrella, and Ashford's name never mentioned in RE0?
I just thought about it, what if Ashford and Marcus were kept secret from each other? I mean, Ashford was the money, Marcus was the science, and Spencer was the middle man who established the corporation itself. So what if Spencer never told one about the other, as far as "Establishing Umbrella" went. It was the three of them who made Umbrella, but what if as far as Edward was concerned, Marcus was just another scientist, and as far as Marcus was concerned, Edward was just another employee? I mean, this way, both held Spencer in high regards as the founder, but neither cared about the other, so when it came to Edward saying, "Wow, what a great virus," Spencer would be like, "It's all me" and when it came to Marcus saying, "Wow, we sure have a lot of money" Spencer would go, "Yep, it's all me." Giving Spencer more prestige and 'credibility' within the company?

Why does Rebecca never mention her incident with Billy after meeting Chris at the mention?
My Theory:
First of all, let me bring up this particular note from Ex Files on N64 version of RE2. Whether it is canon or not does not disprove my theory:

Rebecca's Report
On July 23rd, an MP vehicle was found inside the Arklay
Mountains. Corpses of MP members and an unidentified body
were found near the vehicle.
According to the information from military authorities, the
unidentified body was identified as former ensign Billy
Koen, who was sentenced the death penalty following a
court-martial on July 22nd. While Koen was on transfer via
Navy MP escort, they must have experienced some kind of
accident.
The corpses were severely mauled, apparently torn apart by
unidentified wild animals.
The following day we returned to the location to recover the
bodies but they were nowhere to be found.
Military authorities have requested that we turn over Koen's
body as proof of his death. But due to the circumstances
described above, it will be a difficult task to recover the
corpse.
I am requesting that this case be temporarily closed until
further notice.

Now, Billy clearly said to her that he had only two options: Either turn himself in and get executed or keep on running.
With that in mind, I believe here's what happened...
Rebecca, in order to protect Billy's life, didn't tell anyone about him. If she wrote that report she'd say that the corpses were mauled beyond recognition, so Billy could be among them. At least that's what authorities would believe.
So Rebecca would protect Billy by not mentioning his name, and quite possibly pretend like she has no idea that Umbrella was behind it.
Afterall, what difference would it have made when she met Chris? If Chris knew that it was Umbrella right away, it wouldn't have made his life any safer in the mansion, and it's not like Rebecca knew about Wesker, so she hid the truth, which probably never got uncovered. Enrico died, along with the rest of Bravo, leaving Rebecca the only one who really knew what happened there. Even Wesker wouldn't know the whole story, he only saw her enter the Training Facility.

It wasn't T-Virus that he injected into himself. It was some other unknown virus that he got from Birkin. The name of the virus is never mentioned. And aside from that, he didn't have any experiments done to him, so it can only be assumed that his eyes were a direct result of that virus. Color contacts?
actually, Wesker had injected the G-virus into hemself before tyrant knocked him out. therefore he go the powers. the G-virus has different effects on others. |

that doesnt explain the fact that she acted like a total dip in RE1. if she knew so much information i dont think anyone would act that clueless.
(doesnt it say that rebecca's helicopter crashed and she ran into the mansion in RE1? what happened to the other part where she was tranporting a prisoner and she fought a tyrant?)

After meeting Lisa Trevor, I had suspicions that it was the primitive G-virus that Birkin had stumbled upon. If you think about it, Lisa Trevor was invincible, and her appearance hadn't changed all that much, minus the whole face-ripping thing. Birkin had to 'perfect' the G-virus into what it was by the time of Re2....
