Use the sewing machine...
It's fun....
It's easy...
It'll save time...
(On a side note, I got my 1st sewing machine, a Singer, lol.)

depending on what you are doing, hand is for better control at times or for situations in which the machine cannot do. or if you jsut dont know how to use it. some machines are using computers these days or even have multiple spool holders for diffrent colors without the hassle or for embroydery. i think one shodl know how to do by hand and machine and if they ahve enough moeny envest in a good machine only if you are commited to it.
